Such an unprofessional and disorganized company - I would give zero stars if it was possible.
I recently moved into my house and needed someone to come out and diagnose noises and a gas smell coming from my boiler. This company's sticker was on the boiler, so I called them first. I spoke with the owner who said that he was just finishing up a job and could come out that afternoon - perfect I said! When no one showed up or called I called back and spoke with a woman who was very rude, she said they could come out the next morning - even though a snowstorm was due to hit.
When no one showed up or called - again - I called the day after the storm to reschedule and got the woman, who was even more rude - and I had not even mentioned the fact that I had made two appointments already and no one had called or showed up!
I made another appointment for the next day. When no one showed up an hour after the appointment time, I called the office to confirm that someone was still coming and the woman told me yes they were still coming - they had gotten hung up at a job that morning - I said okay great. Sadly no one came that day either and no one called to apologize/reschedule.
That is when I looked online for reviews of this company. Usually, I will check for reviews first, before calling a company, but since this company's sticker was on the furnace I figured the previous owner had used them so they were reliable.
Imagine my surprise when I found a review on yelp that was almost EXACTLY the same experience I had just had!
That is when I looked for another company to do this service for me and found one that came out the same day I called and did a fabulous job!
I do not like to write negative reviews - but this experience was so ludicrous I had to share so as to hopefully save someone else the trouble and inconvenience of dealing with this organization!
