On the last check he took our less than 5 months, newly purchased, smoke detectors (claiming that they are NOT compliant with BC Fire Code) and replaced them with their units. Now Fire-Pro is charging us for their unit, while they cannot bring us back our new units because they "destroyed them". It is very convenient for them, makes EXCELLENT earnings for the company at the cost of their customers. Now they are claiming that our units were not safe enough but DID NOT answered how they were safe previously, since they were left in our unit, as they are. On top of that, they are calling us lairs, telling that we have not proof that we replaced them previously! Fire-Pro is INCOMPETENT, UNRELIABLE and without ANY DECENCY, even for their PAYING customers!!!
