Within a half hour or so, Josh and Zach were at my door, and, to my everlasting astonishment, fully equipped to do the job -- immediately! They worked expertly, quickly, and efficiently to remove the existing fan and install the new one. They disassembled the old unit, gathered up the carton and debris from the new one, and took them out to the condominium's dumpster. I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could!! They were terrific, and if they represent Boivin Electric's typical customer service approach, I recommend them with no qualifications. (Other companies could take lessons....)

They're not your typical HVAC guys who do the bare minimum and move on to the next job - they make sure everything is as good as it can possibly be. They completely replaced a 40 year old system in my house (2 floors) and came back to do the air handler in our attic. The situation was so bad in the attic that they actually called their dad off the bench and he came and fabricated ductwork in my driveway while they were fixing everything in my attic. It's really hard to find people like this nowadays. "I recommend them" is an understatement, as far as I'm concerned.

Vic is a real nice guy and took the time to explain to me what the issue was, and left us with the broken part to show what he had replaced. Two (2) uniformed Atlantic employees showed up on the dot of the appointed time, wearing masks (important to me as I'm 69, and my wife is immune compromised). They got right to it, after introducing themselves. I wish I could remember their names. I'd gladly include them - it's that 69 years old thing again. The lead had 10 years experience with Atlantic. His assistant had 3. Both were personable, and professional. They laid out protective coverings to shield our floors and our heirloom hand woven rug (pretty much the most valuable thing in the house) which sits directly in front of the fireplace. The total experience was one (1) hour. The living room was shielded from soot from the fireplace throughout. Finished product was terrific, and the price was exactly what was quoted a month earlier. Great job. So... the hang-up? They closed the flu without mentioning it. When I tried to set a fire a couple of weeks later, I ended up inhaling a crapload of smoke before I could reset the flu. Still sneezing black three (3) days later. But every other element of the job was so good I couldn't let myself dock them a star. I will use them again next summer. I recommend this company without reservation (but make a reservation).
