The job was done and done well. The crew was totally professional, clean, neat and more than willing to explain everything and answer all my questions. They charged exactly what they quoted. My home security alarm began beeping and it said the battery was low. I went into the closet where the alarm box is located but didn't see anything wrong. I called Frank at Eastern Security and he told me to go in the basement to where the electrical panel is. Yikes! There was a tiny leak in an overhead pipe and the area around the panel was wet and so was the floor and wall. My alarm wasn't working because of the leak. The socket where the alarm system is plugged in was wet. I immediately called the plumbers and they came over and fixed the leak. Once the area dried out, I again called Frank at Eastern Security and he told me what to do to get the alarm system back up and working. He stayed on the phone with me til the alarm all set. This is why everyone should deal with a legitimate company run by people who know what they're doing and how to treat their customers well.
