Brian was extremely prompt. He was on time for the initial quote, on time when he said he was coming over to drop off samples, and he and his crew were even a bit early on both days of work required to complete the roof. Brian was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process, answering all of my questions, and taking the time to get on the roof himself to take close up pictures to show me the issues that we had so that I was better educated. We needed to have the entire roof replaced, and Brian told us it would take one day, possibly two worst case scenario. Turns out out roof was not properly vented and so we had FORTY sheets if plywood that needed to be replaced. Had it not been for that extreme amount of additional work, I am certain they would have finished in one day. Both days the weather outside was approximately 15 degrees, but that didn't stop him or his crew. They were at the house by 7:30 AM (on Saturday and Sunday), and didn't leave till after the sun went down the first day. Very hard working, cleaned up after themselves each day as immaculately as you could hope a roofing crew to. We had the roof done in early November, and there has not been an issue yet, so I haven't had to call Brian back to fix anything (though given our experience up till now, I have no doubt he would make it right back out here).All told, it was an extremely pleasant process working with Brian and his crew, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who would listen. On all three projects she was patient and provided us with great suggestions for different types of fabrics and colors that we could consider. We spent more on the drapes and blinds in our bedroom, but she recommended a more economical line for our guest room, which I really appreciated. We thought we would just do another set of blinds in our bathroom, but she suggested shutters, which are gorgeous. Great ideas! I got a few quotes from vendors I had reached out to on Yelp (thank goodness for Yelp) after first trying a personal referral from a friend that went poorly. I had two vendors come over and I like the brand of product that Paul brought for cellular shades, Comfortex. They had all sorts of beautiful colors and textures for the fabric cellular shades I had, and it was hard to choose! Another vendor I had come to my house did not have this brand, but had a brand that did not offer a fabric black-out cellular shade. I am really glad I had ABC Shades come over first so that I could see what was out there first. The shades have been installed and they are beautiful. Everything from start to finish was smooth and everything about the process was seamless. Having these new shades have really perked up the appearance of the 3 rooms I had them installed in. I knew they were not going to be cheap, but the fact is that these are custom-built for my windows, and I was able to select a lovely fabric. I also selected a higher end fabric so that I could get exactly what I want because I actually keep my shades closed almost 100% of the time, so I want to make sure I like looking at them. Using the leftover fabric to make 2 extra short curtains for my kitchen windows as well. They look absolutely adorable and function well in both places. My purpose was having something upstairs to keep some privacy but does't block the light. They look great. I was wandering inside for quite a while and didn't know Which piece to pick until the sweet lady introduced me this fabric. I like all my curtains a lot and for sure will come back next time. Before the order was sent to the factory, the installers came out to review it to make sure of any special challenges or material that would be required. After installation, which they worked around our schedules, they were careful to explain proper use and maintenance as well.
