I was impressed by his exceptional speed, and I appreciated how he had a mat to ensure that my carpet wouldn't get dirty with the various tools that he was using. Although I felt like the quote was on the pricier side, I think it was worth it for his prompt response and service. I highly recommend Mr Home Guy for same day (or scheduled) TV mounting. Thank you for your assistance!

Once I…read moreconfirmed that I wanted to use their services to mount my tv, they scheduled the appointment really quickly and I was able to get someone to my home the next day. I could also pay and tip online. Their contact consulted with me throughout the service to ensure the tv would be where I wanted it, and he was careful to put down protective cloth so that they wouldn't leave a mess. He worked pretty quickly, neatly, and ensured I was good with the service before he left. They also provided a cord cover for the tv cable without an extra charge. Overall, it took about 30 mins. It was a little pricey, but I knew that beforehand and chose them because they had good reviews! Would definitely recommend.

Professional, friendly, excellent customer service, quality work and good value for the services…read moreoffered. Stephen helped me mount a TV in a small bedroom for my elderly father, on short notice, over the holidays. His communication to arrange the appointment was excellent and flexible. I knew what I wanted but asked for his guidance on how to go about it. He was friendly, pleasant and helpful on all fronts. I quickly I had an appointment and felt confident about how things would turn out. On the day, he called ahead to let me know his ETA and showed up on-time. Once he arrived we confirmed the job details and he got right to it. I asked him if he minded me watching and asking questions to learn, but I admit, as a highly skilled professional tech guy myself, I wanted to find out what experience Steven had and how well he understood the tech behind the services he offers. My motivation for that is simple: - I live out of state from my folks - good service is hard to find - not everyone is trustworthy - even pro tech folk need help with tech - I know tons of folks who need tech help Stephen answered all my questions with ease and I discovered he has great technical skills and experience beyond the services he offers. I even learned a few tricks about how to make aspects of what he did easier and more successful. I also really enjoyed talking with him about tech and even about life. I was left with a feeling that not only is he smart and qualified, but also that I'd enjoy working with him on any type of tech project because he had such great aptitude and attitude about all. He was efficient, handled small challenges with confidence and completed the job with ease...all while teaching me how he did it. I highly recommend Carter IT and will be sending him as many referrals as I can.

His eyes were also very experienced with the level-ness of the mount. I doubted him and I paid for it with a slightly-slanted sound-bar (but he fixed it with his magic somehow). Service/response-time (2/2): His response time was incredibly quick when he's aware. When busy, he might need some reminding. Nevertheless, incredibly fast responses, amazing hospitality for scheduling provision and incredibly pleasant to converse with. Price (0.5/1): Objectively, I think Steven's price is on the slightly-high side. However, to get someone professional, amiable, fast, and considerate? I would say it was worth it.

Top of the line Samsung. After ONLY 3 years my tv died. I complained to Huntington only to receive a deaf ear to my problem. Their only solution was to replace " the junk" they sold me at My own expense. A friend of mine highly recommended Best Buy Geek Squad. Two competent friendly techs quickly diagnosed the problem. When Huntington installed my tv they did not install a surge protector leading to a power surge frying the tv's power cord killing the tv. What a sloppy careless way to install a $5k tv. Lesson to be learned here, NEVER do business with Huntington home systems ever again!!!

I really appreciated that. They spread pads on the floor to prevent any dirt on rugs. They have a vacuum cleaner to cleanup dust left from drilling holes in the wall. They made sure i had extra outlets in back of tv for my sound bar which i installed later. I recommend these young men most highly. I am going to have them install two more wall mounted TVs in the house.
