I placed calls to the top five in my area (MetroWest Boston) and only one responded same day. A very pleasant gal from Wired called me almost immediately, and within minutes booked my appointment for the following week at my request. I had told her that my order for the charger kept getting delivery delayed and that I was uncertain whether I would actually have it in time. She said that if I wanted, they keep Tesla chargers in stock, and if desired they could book the install this week, and I return the ordered charger to Tesla service center. I selected the day after tomorrow and voila Paul, the very knowledgeable and friendly electrician/installer showed up with the charger. After some discussion about amps, load, location, and yes, sports, my new charger was beautifully installed, the work area all cleaned up and my new car charging up! They made it so easy. They are highly responsive, efficient and take great pride in their work. They specialize in EV chargers of all kinds. Highly recommend!

We agreed to a house surge protector. Recently, a master electrician took a look at our circuit breakers and shared the surge protector was placed at the bottom of the panel. Therefore, it was useless. I wouldn't recommend this business. Waste of money.

    Setting the appointment was difficult because the phone number is not monitored and you have to…read morewait on hold for a long time and no way to leave a message. Once I got a hold of someone, the appointment was set weeks in advance and team arrived on time and on day scheduled. However as my email to the ownership/mgmt outlines below (I received no response via email or phone from this note by the way), the pricing compared to what my research suggests for a similar job is x2-3 times that of another service provided. I would not recommend Tingley as I experienced distrust and dishonesty in their pricing practices. Shame on Tingley for taking advantage of the situation and then not even bothering to respond to my reach out to understand the pricing. Ryan & Vincent, Yesterday I was pulled out of town on business and my wife attended to the Tingley service team that arrived for our service appointment, including Doug Sarfim. Doug and his assistant were very professional and friendly, completing the job in under 1 hour of time. When I did my research on pricing/costs related to installing a foyer chandelier, what I saw was $250 - $350 so I was quite surprised to see a bill for almost $1,000 upon my return last night. I've tried calling the phone number and seem to always go to a waiting queue as I can never seem to speak with someone directly. You've asked me to provide a review of our service, however I'm uncomfortable doing so as my impressions are that you took advantage of the situation and overcharged us for the service by at least double and possibly more. We have other electrical home updates we are considering however based upon this experience, I will not be considering your services and I will not recommend your services to friends and family based upon yesterday.
