This is the best company I have dealt with. My underground wires were struck by lightning - Their response was immediate - every time they set an appointment they were here on time. Now about their work - AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! I had to deal with all the rain we had, and the rain washed away my yard where they dug and went into my neighbors yard. CYR Electric came with a crew and cleaned my neighbors yard of all the debris that flooded into their yard. Then they cleaned my entire yard where they had to dig to replace my wires - they rebuilt with loam, seeded and watered my yard. Every plug and breakers were all fixed - I also had them install a surge protector on my main panel to protect me from future strikes. I HIGHLY Recommend this awesome company. Had a faulty outlet in the early morning and I didn't have an electrician already. I called 6 places that were near me according to google, and some had even advertised as open 24 hours. They use an answering service so you actually speak to a live person, and very shortly later the electrician called me and made a plan with me to solve the problem. Turned out the situation was really serious and we could have had some major losses to fire; but Cyr Electric hooked us up with professional, responsive service that completely solved the problem and made our home safe again. I have hired Cyr Electric twice because the qoutes were fair and the work done was exceptional. Darren Cyr (owner) gave good recomendations on the work needed and answered all my questions concerning the work. He responded in a timely manner to all my phone calls and worked with my schedule to complete the job. The electricians were polite, informative, and did a great job.
