I ordered solar lights directly from their customer service department based on their…read morerecommendation for my pickleball court. I paid over $5000 for these lights on November 5, 2025. It is now February 6 th, 2026 and I received only 2 of the lights and they do not work. At first they said they would deliver them in 3-4 weeks, then over Xmas and then January 15. I called access fixtures several times and they have responded that they will not cancel the remaining order and they will not refund my money. The lights need an enterprise system or a remote in order to turn them on. They did not send me anything nor tell me about this. Remember that I bought these at their recommendation. So I have 2 lights that are sitting on my court that don't work, they will not allow me to return them, they will not allow me to cancel the order and they have not provided a solution. I am at a loss as to how a company can operate like this. If you deal with these people do not allow them to "sweet talk" you into an order. Get everything in writing. In fact, I can not recommend them to do business with. BTW - this is the only negative review I have written in my life.

I needed power outlets added to my attic as part of my attic to office conversion project. I…read morereached out to about five contractors to review and provide an estimate on the job. The first to respond was Mike from Cyr Electric who came to view the attic the next day. He was professional, polite, and took his time viewing the problem and provided solutions. As I mentioned, I met with five who provided more or less the same solution with varying degrees of engagement. One contractor never showed while another provided their estimate more than a week after their visit and only after I reached out numerous times. I ended up selecting Cyr Electric for their timeliness and value as they worked within my budget. They started the work on time and completed phase 1 on one day. I can't wait for the Cyr team to come back and finish the job. I will provide an update at that time. But if you need an electrician, there's no need to wait for my update, trust that they will get the job done

Installation was for baseboard heat and thermostats. Boxes were already in each apartment. Job cost approximately $10,000. Cyr chose all materials. Within 18 months, multiple thermostats began failing. Cyr charged $400 per service call to replace. It is clear that either they had a bad batch from the supply house, or used inferior products. Cyr refused to adjust pricing. Tried to blame the tenant without any evidence. Tenant is long term and I have had zero problems with her.
