I was able to send pictures of the old HW heater with model number to identify correct height and water capacity of new HW tank and after a few pertinent questions was able to schedule the replacement next morning at 7:30 AM. Doug came on time with new HW heater, he was very, polite and professional with good communication throughout the replacement project. In two hours job was completed and I have Hot water to shower. The quality of the job was fantastic and takes away the old water heater and left everything in very neat and clean condition. If I could give on more than 5 stars I would.

Just yesterday he repaired a bathroom sink which required careful, diligent and thorough attention. It's a vintage sink. beautiful and well made. But the design is not well thought out in reference to repairs. The sink body can not be removed from the pedestal which means that you need at least three arms to hold a very heavy item and simultaneously replace old and broken parts. He did this difficult job with grace. And he charged a very modest price for his incredible work. Thank you Hwan and bless you. Any homeowner is fortunate to have your support.

The sliding door in the balcony fell off and it wont even slide or couldn't put it back to the original location, heavily rusted. Tang fixed it and it can now slide without worrying about falling apart. 2. The insulator wall behind bathroom medicine cabinet also fell apart. He placed a new supporting backplate as you can see the picture 3. A small water leak under neath kitchen sink from the garbage disposal was also fixed by him. We had an AMAZING experience with J G Perry Plumbing and Heating. Our water heater started leaking…read moreunexpectedly and was spraying water all over our basement. We called J G Perry Plumbing and Heating in a panic and told them that our water heater was under warranty but was leaking. We'd called several other plumbers and by the time we got return calls from the other plumbers, J G Perry Plumbing and Heating had already dispatched a person to our house who showed up within 15 minutes of our call. The person came to the house, immediately pumped the tank and shut everything off to prevent further damage. We were worried that we couldn't get a replacement water heater for a while since it's not traditionally in stock. J G Perry Plumbing and Heating called us the next morning at 6am to let us know they hadn't forgotten about us and that they got a water heater and would install it that day. The men came to the house at 10am, bringing the new water heater, drapes to protect our finished basement and equipment to install everything. In less than 18 hours, we had a new functioning water heater. We were so thankful to have called them and really appreciated the prompt response and help.
