I reached out via yelp messenger and got a response within the hour and they dispatched at technician over within 2 hours. The technician arrived Joey, and was professional and courteous. He identified the blockage and setup some tarps around the sink area to minimize dirt. He snaked the drain very thoroughly and resolved the blockage. Joey was chill whole time, explained some of the possible root causes behind blockage and preventative measures. I guess they thought people wouldn't get a couple different quotes, or they bank on it. The had no issue collecting the $85 service charge though for coming out. Stay far away, they price like they don't want to do residential work.
