We decided to replace both our AC system and gas furnace (after the furnace died on the morning of the first blizzard!) with new American Standard units, and Gill gave us a very fair and reasonable price. While Warrior may not have had "7 trucks ready to finish the job in one day" like some of the larger companies promised, Gill and his team focused on doing the work the right way -- with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. What really stood out was the customer service. Gill even helped us install and set up a new smart thermostat I had purchased myself. It's rare these days to find contractors who are both skilled and genuinely trustworthy. The very next day the second heating system I had in an addition failed. I was distraught!! Net Zero gave me a great quote..several thousands less than other HVAC. What they did not tell me that they were only electric heating contractors. So after paying $12,000.00 for installation I now pay an electric bill of $1000.00 a month in the winter. They walked by a brand new gas system in my home..disengaged a second gas heating 50 feet away and installed a unit that is costing me a thousand dollars a month. Not one of the employees ...installers. or project estimators...addressed what a poor and unkind decision this was. Now I have to redo my heating system...sell my house...unable to retire . Would they do the same to their mothers..grandmothers? This is a sad and sorry company. Yes I know I'm a stupid elderly woman with no recourse from people like this. I just hope this warns others to avoid this snake company.

So on Sunday evening I called and talk with Doug Anderson. Per instruction I closed the gas line and water supply to heater. I was able to send pictures of the old HW heater with model number to identify correct height and water capacity of new HW tank and after a few pertinent questions was able to schedule the replacement next morning at 7:30 AM. Doug came on time with new HW heater, he was very, polite and professional with good communication throughout the replacement project. In two hours job was completed and I have Hot water to shower. The quality of the job was fantastic and takes away the old water heater and left everything in very neat and clean condition. If I could give on more than 5 stars I would.

Had them do a tub install with and ran into issues with the overflow drain leaking. A few visits, a visit from a tub repairperson later and still no success. I took a look and lo and behold the bracket was installed backwards from the installation manual and it worked fine after about 40 minutes of fiddling. I'm sure they would've kept coming back until it ultimately got fixed but this had dragged on for over a month and I wanted to get it over with. Also had them do a shower valve which wasn't quite set at the correct depth in the wall, but that's fairly cosmetic and I'm not super bothered by it but someone else could be. I'm sure others will have a fine experience with this company but mine was tough.

The Amana (Goodman) support literally told him to change the furnace. But Andre, eager to save me money, reached out to the board manufacturer and found a way to get it fixed. He made extra trips to the hardware store, going back and forth, but eventually fixed the issue. I was having problems with my boiler where it was making unusual gurgling noises. James's expertise and attention to detail was clear when he was able to identify the underlying issues with the system. He was great at explaining the issues and what needed to be fixed to me. I appreciated that he took the time to answer all my questions. The system had degraded over time due to acidic antifreeze that was installed by the previous owners resulting in leaks in various valves. There was pretty extensive and systemic damage but James was able to overhaul the entire boiler in half a day. Now the system is running as good as new. He came out quickly and resolved the issue. As winter came the same HVAC failed again so I had Pedro back out to review. At 35 years old the system really was beyond value to repair and I got a great rate to install a whole new system by Imperium. But this is why I highly rate Imperium Cooling & Heating the most. During the install one of the sub-contracted employees of his doing the job tried to give me a deal on an 'off the books' service to a mini-split system on our attic room. This individual caused damage to the condenser but had me spend hundreds, cash in hand with his trial-and-error attempts to repair the head unit (which was not faulty) and in the end insisted I needed to replace the whole thing (remember, this unscruipulous idiot broke it in the first place). All this happened over weeks while this guy continued working for Imperium and put me at the bottom of his priorities. As luck would have it, there was a small issue with the new HVAC and Perdro came out same day. Great service. So I took this chance to explain what had occurred with one of his guys. Apparently, I am not the only one impacted by this individual and he had been fired by Imperium (quite rightly) and Pedro was doing a lot of damage limitation to the reputation of his company caused by this less than ethical sub-contractor. So, for that reason more than any I highly recommend Imperium Cooling & Heating. They have great rates, put customers first and do not retain employees who seek to damage their reputation. I have had Pedro out on 4 occasions, all great services. The last was replacing the mini-split, done in one day, done well and done at a great price. 5 Stars for sure.
