Not a huge job but also not nothing either. No major twists, would take half a day or ~2-3 hours for a plumber to do max. They wanted over $5,000. I guess they thought people wouldn't get a couple different quotes, or they bank on it. The had no issue collecting the $85 service charge though for coming out. Stay far away, they price like they don't want to do residential work.

I was able to send pictures of the old HW heater with model number to identify correct height and water capacity of new HW tank and after a few pertinent questions was able to schedule the replacement next morning at 7:30 AM. Doug came on time with new HW heater, he was very, polite and professional with good communication throughout the replacement project. In two hours job was completed and I have Hot water to shower. Had them do a tub install with and ran into issues with the overflow drain leaking. A few visits, a visit from a tub repairperson later and still no success. I took a look and lo and behold the bracket was installed backwards from the installation manual and it worked fine after about 40 minutes of fiddling. I'm sure they would've kept coming back until it ultimately got fixed but this had dragged on for over a month and I wanted to get it over with. Also had them do a shower valve which wasn't quite set at the correct depth in the wall, but that's fairly cosmetic and I'm not super bothered by it but someone else could be. I'm sure others will have a fine experience with this company but mine was tough.

His did have one in his truck and put it on but the default should have been masked. While he wasn't downright rude, I felt a bit of hostility toward me during the entire time he was there. 2. I had told the person on the phone when scheduling the job the part I needed for my condensing unit He did not bring the part and told me that he could not fix it and it had to be replaced. Honestly, $2 part cost me $500. Yes, the treads were stripped but I find it hard to believe that it wasn't fixable with the correct part. 3. He was unaware that I asked for the water condition and at first he said it was $1500. I explained that I had requested this service just for my boiler. It's been a day and I still don't have a quote. And now I'm going to have to be inconvenienced again waiting for him to show up to do what was supposed to be done on this initial service call. 4. I'm not even sure he did a tune-up on my boiler. When ask, he sort of answered me. I am deeply disappointed in the service I received. Your company came highly recommends.
