My mother needed a safety railing installed for her house. Jeimin was a pleasure to work with. She responded to my request quickly, provided several options, communicated clearly and thoroughly and answered all my questions. She came out and measured and two weeks later returned to install the custom railing. The work was done to specification and looks great. We're very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend her welding services to anyone else. read more

Jemin is responsive to inquiries through text and reviews photos of requested work. I needed the townhome's back door railings and handrail restored through sanding and paint. One railing was improperly installed and rusted off - Jemin and her co-worker reinstalled the railing - cemented it in place and ensured the base would not accumulate water. All of the rails are sanded to remove rust and painted with oil base rust prevention paint. Jemin and her associate kept to the hours and clean as they go to remove their equipment. Their expertise and professional courtesy keeps me HOA compliant. read more

I moved to Fredericksburg this year, buying a home on Caroline Street. The first absolutely necessary requirement was installation of railings leading up steep concrete steps. Upon lucky discovery, I called WATT Welding & Installations, left a message and immediately got a call back from Jeiman. It wasn't long and the project planning was underway. Upon completion of step and porch railings, I called her to design and install a black wrought iron gate. Jeiman's works are examples of beauty and extraordinary craftsmanship, stunning detail, impeccable customization and precise installation. Customer service is top notch. Her competitive prices made it possible. I am so happy with the results, want to plan another project. read more

Jeimin was referred to me and i'm so glad she was. I had to have my front step railing replaced, she came out to look it over, took her time with measuring every piece and took photos. She explained every step and how the old would be removed and the new one installed. A couple weeks later she was back with beautiful railings! They matched the old ones perfectly. Everything was installed much quicker than I anticipated. Now I have very sturdy railings that look amazing. She is top-notch and I am thrilled. [To add, they were done several months ago and still look brand new.] Thank you again!! read more

I contacted probably close to 10 different companies regarding a broken front electric gate for our home for almost two months in the DMV area. Almost all of them quoted absolutely insane prices PLUS an estimate fee from $250 to $500. What insanity. Am I really going to pay around $500 per estimate for almost 10 companies? No. Ridiculous. Luckily, I contacted Jeimin via Yelp & she got back to me and worked her magic. Her estimate including how she was going to fix the gate was smart. Booked her right away after the estimate and price was insanely reasonable. I contacted her post-fix, and she responded right away. Higgly recommend. I don't know what else to say. read more

Reasonably priced outstanding services, I can't recommend this company enough! Jeimin and her colleague Diego spent the afternoon today installing a pair of jaw-dropping-beautiful railings at our home. As soon as they left, we've already received comments from neighbors. We're about to start our second project with them, so I'll add extra pictures once the work is completed. Thank you so much, Jeimin and Diego, for your dedication and attention to detail - you guys truly put your heart and soul in what you do, and that is priceless. read more

Good job ,on time and good job with excellent results and clean looks, recommend them any time

I needed a weld repair on a small boat trailer. Jeimin responded within a hour and came out to my house when she was in my area (the next day) and gave me a fair estimate. Two other welding service providers responded as well. One wanted to discuss over the phone but never called back, the other said he would come out and look at it but never did. I waited four days before going with Jeimin and she took care of the job for me. Her work is excellent and she is friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend her work. read more

Excellent service! Responded quickly to my inquiry and provided detailed information and recommendations for my situation. Completed work within days of my reaching out. Excellent communication and updates. Very fair pricing. Removed and replaced two slide bolts with key/knob lock on row house iron security gates. Fabricated shields to prevent access to knobs from outside. Would work with Watt Welding again. read more

Cannot say enough great things! We had to replace our old garage door openers, which finally quit on us after 20+ years. Jeimin was extremely responsive, suggested multiple new opener options, quoted us fair prices, and came out the next day to complete the installation (despite frigid temperatures!). She was very friendly and professional, and left us with fully functioning WiFi-connected openers that are so quiet and smooth to operate. Will definitely be contacting her again with future projects! read more

Jeimin is my go-to from start to finish. She didn't do the typical "Let's talk on the phone" / "Can I call you" / "I need more info, let's have a call". She gave me some options and a (very fair) price. Simple. She asked to come a day early - A DAY EARLY - and did a meticulous, professional installation. I have OCD and her wiring work and quality was top notch. Excellent communication, excellent quality of work, excellent value. Watt Welding and Installations deserves every one of the 5 stars. Jeimin, THANK YOU, love your work, couldn't be happier. read more

Watt Welding & Installations - Railing - Metal Fabricators Near Me

Jeimin did an awesome job creating a super slick hand-made railing for me!! She removed our broken, unattractive railing and replaced it with this seamless beauty! Most welders will only install prefabricated railings, but Jeimin was up for the challenge of making one by hand just based on a photo. It looks even better than the photo I provided. She is extremely talented, very responsive, and provided a reasonable rate. A+++++ Will definitely use again! read more

We recently needed to replace our porch railing and contacted Watt Welding. Jeimin responded very quickly and we set up a time to provide an evaluation and estimate. She was very professional and knowledgeable on what would be the best course of action. After measuring the railing, she provided three estimates from minimal repair to total replacement. All three estimates were very fair in value and she provided a timeline as to how long it would take to make the new railing and set up a date to remove the old railing and install the new piece. Jeimin and a co-worker came out and did all the work, did a fabulous job, and we're finished within a couple of hours. She wasn't happy unless we were satisfied with the final product. The new railing was built of high quality material and made me wish I had found her sooner! We have gotten many compliments from the neighbors on the new railing and highly recommended Jeimin to them when considering replacing their porch railing. When it's time for replacing any metal railing, I highly recommend considering Watt Welding & Fabrication as one of your estimates, you will not be disappointed. Her company will always be my first choice for any future projects! Thank you Jeimin on a fantastic product you and your company put out! read more

They were amazing, responsive, professional, and thought of the most cost effective solution for me despite knowing that it may end up being harder work on their end. I highly recommend them for all your garage "fixing" needs. They were able to replace panels that were unfixable and fixed the panels that were. Saved me $2500 instead of needing to replace the full garage! read more

I'll start off by saying that Jeimin was very responsive and knew exactly what she was talking about when I tried to describe the repairs I needed for my garage door. We were on a time crunch and she was able to come earlier than I expected on a Saturday for the repairs. She described everything that was needed to be done and also recommended some upgrades without giving off that pushy salesperson energy. The price was great and she completed the repairs very quickly. I will definitely used Watt Welding & Installations again for any garage repairs/upgrades in the future. read more

Jeimin came over to adjust my garage door opener and I decided on a new one instead as mine was 22 years old. She installed a brand new Genie opener and now my door operates so smoothly I'm shocked. I would have done this a long time ago if I knew it was so smooth. She also showed up same day and spent a long time to get it right. So nice to have it operate this way. Also came with a battery backup and outside key pad, both of which I didn't have before. She also offered me a great price. Look no further. Will definitely call her again for my other door. read more
