This place is wonderful and reasonably priced! I'm not a huge fan of their location as it's not near a supermarket or a place where I could run my errands and also go to my Cleaner, BUT I think it's worth the extra trip. I must say, I've recently got on board with their VIP program, which I also get free pick up and delivery so now it solves my problem with the location and having to run one more errand. They have great next day service (if you drop off at the store location fairly early) and are prompt when they take your order. I've had my husband's shirts and suits cleaned here, $1.65 for L-Shirts and $10 for suits, plus that free pick up and delivery. I've yet to have any issues with them about stains or items not being pressed right. I've also taken few alterations here for my dresses and jackets (sleeves) and they all turned out great. I suggest asking for Michael when you're trying to get measured, he's the manager, I believe, and does a great job overall. One thing that specially impressed me about this place is their level of customer service. I have to say this simply because it's not easy getting a great customer service at cleaners as mostly I've had not so pleasant of an experience. With Axess it's been positive and makes us want to go back to them. I had two dresses (one of which is an expensive night gown) that were fancy with lots of beads and colorful fabric, which I needed for my friend's wedding. Obviously, we all leave our errands to last minute, so did I. Running out of options, I called up Axess to see if they can manage to do the two dresses plus my husband's suit, shirt and tie. At first I was turned down since it was a difficult task, but I asked for Michael and although he wasn't available at the time, he gave me a call within 15 minutes. We spoke about the situation, he asked for few pictures of the garment and basically told me that he will get it done. I was very happy to hear Michael say this as Axess was my last resort, but what I was also impressed about was that Michael got the job done a day sooner than what I expected. He is great at what he does and communicated with me via text the entire time. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone. I give them all the 5 stars. Well deserved. At first, I didn't want to believe that they have an almost perfect review and thought it can't be "true". But, I thought to give them a try anyways since they're close to me and met my need. After trying them for about a month (once a week) on mainly dry cleaning and wash-n-folds, I couldn't help but realize how good they are. To many dry cleaning is dry cleaning, but to me is the entire experience and now I see why they're well reviewed. - Convenience : A++ (specially when you use their pick up and drop off service) . - Price : A (In my opinion best value for money, specially when you consider their free pick up and drop off) - Customer service: B (They have an exceptional customer service, however at times major work must be dealt with the manager. Not a big problem, but could take a day or postpone orders) - The manager however is amazing and very helpful. - Location: C (Not the best location, at times issue with parking, but again with their pick up and drop off service, this shouldn't be a problem. In all, I too believe they're one of the better service in the area I've tried and looking forward to continue using their service. I give them 5 star as they well deserve it. P.S. ALL 5 Star is well deserved. AXESS Cleaners and their staff are truly amazing at what they do. From customer service to the quality of their work I am quite amazed and happy with the overall outcome. I am a frequent dry cleaner user and have tried many dry cleaners so far. I must say, I have yet to use a dry cleaner that I have been so satisfied with and Axess Cleaners is truly unique when it comes to giving me a good impression. For one, these guys are green certified, but aside from their environmentally friendly practices, they seem to take the extra steps when it comes to pressing of my garments. I have been bringing my suits and shirts to them for few months now. All my shirts are nicely cleaned and pressed. I don't have to give them much instruction on how to press or even remove any spots. They go through my garments and take care of it for me.  Probably the fastest drop off location I've seen, I just leave my bag that they provide for me at their store and leave. Turn around time is really great (2 business days). I've also recently joined their VIP program, mainly because of their delivery and on top of which I've been also getting a great discount as well. So, now I'm getting an amazing price per garment and the convenience of delivery to my work makes it a whole lot better. Definitely recommend using Axess Cleaners. read more

I am so incredibly thankful to have found Axxes for all my dry cleaning needs. I never have to worry about finding time to drop off or pick up my items. Michael is so responsive, friendly and professional and it is a pleasure working with him. My items are always cleaned and ironed perfectly and arrive so quickly! The process is so seemless - I just leave my items outside in a bag they give me and when they are ready for drop off, they merely hang it on my door with a hanger (that they also provide). From every small city and town that I've lived in to the Bar Area, I've tried it all. Online Dry Cleaning, on demand pick up services, different stores and locations. I have been able to really take my pick of who's the best when it comes to Choosing the right Dry Cleaner and Laundry place. I must say, I'm lucky enough to have been introduced to Axess Cleaners by a friend of mine who's been using their service for some time now. After moving to the Bay Area and closer to Mountain View, I tried looking for a Cleaner that's good, reasonably priced and does and overall good job. Tried few in the area but didn't meet my need. Although, at times the ones I tried weren't bad or horrible, but there was always something that I saw missing. Either, quality, convenience or price. Personally speaking, I don't go for cheap cleaners, cuz I know what you pay is what you get. But, I don't go for over-priced cleaners either cuz it's just a quick rip-off to me. With these guys, they (as far as their prices goes) are right in the middle. I think their price before their program is competitive and nice, but it gets really good with the program. Tried, bunch of suits, lots of shirts (weekly), few alterations and they were all handled well. Not once I had to go back for the second time on an order that was supposed to be ready a day before or something. On top of which, every time I had asked for Rush/expedited service, they kept their promise and it was ready at the exact time I had asked for. In all, I certainly suggest using these guys. I don't always use Yelp for finding businesses, post reviews or give feedback., but Im starting to get used to it - great tool. It seems to be handy when you're looking for a new business, specially ones you'd want to go to frequently. Being a person that wears professional clothing (suit, tie, etc) and in need of a Dry Cleaner, I couldn't help but do my homework to find a location that provides me with the best possible service. I care for quality service, and I pay a lot of attention to customer service as well as reliable and ease of use. At first Axess Cleaners was referred to me by a friend of mine - I gave them a try with few articles and some for alteration. It came out great. But, being mostly around San Jose and Santa Clara their location didn't suit me so well. Switched and went to a local cleaner (family owned etc). Started using them few times and the convenience was great until I realized my clothes weren't processed right. Always had issues with press or at times not being cleaned. I Decided to go back to Axess, and noticed their pick up and drop of service. I've now been using them for few months. They come to my office and pick up my order and I get them back in 2-3 business days. Thus far, I've been very happy with their service. Price-wise: I have experienced cheaper locations in San Jose - but with their VIP service, it gets pretty competitive. I specially enjoy their pick up and drop off service that comes free of charge - can't beat that. Customer Service: Is good, haven't had any issues. So far, I truly enjoyed their services. The price is kind of high compared to others, but it's GREEN. Can't go wrong with that! To get the best price, I joined the Platinum VIP package, which cost $250 up front, but you get $25% on most dry cleaning services. Best part, they pick up and drop off for free. I work down the street, therefore, I don't mind dropping it off if I have only a few items. I am posting from my boyfriend's account to talk about the very good experience I had at Axess Cleaners last week. I especially want to give a shoutout to Patty. She went above and beyond when she didn't have to. I had a very important work meeting in New York and had to look my absolute best. I dropped off a custom skirt that needed repair and a blazer for cleaning on Wednesday afternoon for a late pick-up Friday. It seemed like it would take a lot of effort to get my skirt stitched in that time frame, but she promised it would be done according to my specific instruction. Michael followed-up with a phone call to confirm my request and timeline. We moved pick-up to Saturday which was fine, since I was flying out Sunday morning. Time got away from me Saturday, prepping and all. I looked at the clock and it was 30 minutes to closing time and I was clear across town. I called and spoke to Patty, she said she could wait for me since she knew how important the garment was to me. I gave her the option to leave it on the outside of the door, but she said "Absolutely not! I'll wait for you." I rushed through the streets and retrieved it from her after closing time. t's not always easy to finding the right cleaners. At least for me it's just like searching for the perfect hair salon; Its the place you go to frequently and hopefully if happy to keep on going on regular basis. Now, having to change cleaners (or hair salon) every time is just as much of a headache as it is to finding them in the first place. Few trials here and there, from Dry Cleaning, to laundry (wash&folds) to some alterations; eventually I came to realize they are in fact the right cleaner for me. Axess Cleaner has never let me down, I've been extremely happy with them in every way possible. I've taken my couture and designer dresses and jackets to more basic items (sweaters and pants) and with every cleaning they were not only spot on perfect, but their quality did not differ or even slightly changed. My clothes came out great every time, and throughout my experience only few times have I had to point out stains. In most cases, they look for stains and handle it without me having to tell them. Few reviews I had read here mentioned about their location not being the best (parking), I too think it could improve, however with their pick up and drop off service, that part is resolved for me and now I only go to them once every few weeks in case I need to have them measure something for alteration. In all, I give them 5 Start for customer service, quality of work and turn around time. Price-wise, they are very competitive. In fact cheaper than the cleaner I used to go to before (up in the City) and most of all they are trust worthy. I strongly suggest giving them a try. I don't like to review many places simply because I tend to find faults with businesses that I use than necessary be happy. By this Im implying that Im a perfectionist and care to get utmost experience I can possibly get BEFORE I review them. I'm hard to please since Im also detailed oriented. My experience however with Axess Cleaners was different. Im going to admit it, at first I wasn't so fond of their service at first glance. Walked in, it was toward the end of the day so Im assuming the girl assisting me was tired, but I don't think its a good reason to not get the best service. However, I still went with it based on seeing their reviews and just feeling comfortable about the service they can provide for me. This said, other downside to them was their parking, which I noticed few others had mentioned, but again theres ways around that. Including may be calling them to have your order ready before you get there so it's a quick pick up (this way I usually park my car behind other cars for a quick stop). Now their service. I've had nothing but a great service here when it comes to what I'm most here for. That is dry cleaning service. I don't do much repair so I won't touch on that, but with my experience in Dry Cleaning, I have been very satisfied. They are prompt and on time, and every time I've asked for rush or next day service they never missed it. The quality is great - here Im comparing it with my old dry cleaner who was beyond amazing and they used brand new equipment and my clothes always came out great. These guys come very close to what I was used to and what I was using before them. I haven't dealt with any of the other staff much and mostly with the girl who comes toward closing time, but overall Im very satisfied with their service. Moreover, I am considering their discount program to also get home delivery. I think its a nice touch, now this I've never tried before so we'll see how it will turn out for me. Convenient and Reliable. Too bad I don't live close to Axess Cleaners and their delivery radius. However, they are definitely the cleaner that I go to when I visit family and friends over weekends. I have been using my local Dry Cleaner in SF that I am satisfied with, but couple of occasions they weren't able to clean my garments and mentioned, the stain that was on my silk beige dress had been on there for some time and it wouldn't come out. I LOVE this dress, and so I decided to take it to Axess Cleaners for a second opinion. Since I am in this area frequently, I dropped off the dress with few other items, and on Monday morning before heading to work, stopped by to pick up. I was surprised to see that all my items done - the manager had kept his promise on expediting the order since he knew I was only there for the weekend, and also the stain/spot on my beloved SILK Beige Dress had actually come out. I just wish they would extend their delivery service to the City or may be have a small store there. Such great experience, and will definitely come by here with my beloved clothing articles. I've been using these guys for few months now. Took care of few jeans that I needed shortened and they also needed to be taken in on the waist a little bit. :) Based on my experience with previous dry cleaners and alteration stores, I think these guys have an exceptional customer service and on-point when it comes to giving details about the work, the time it will get done and all the good stuff. At first I had more than few jeans to do, but they simply suggested that if I do the waist alone that the jean will hold itself up high and that would solve the issue with the pants "dragging". I loved this about them. It shows they're honest and didn't have to charge me for something I didn't need. Trust me I've had such experiences before were the business does what I ask EVEN if they know its not the right thing to do. That said, I loved how they pay so much attention to details when it comes to these things. I've also been using their laundry and dry cleaning service. It's prompt and they do a nice job. Moving to a different part of town and looking for a quality cleaner has been a bit of a challenge but after our first visit here we've been pleased. It's the first time that I've ever seen a package deal at a cleaners but if they're going to offer me a discount for something that I "have" to do like cleaning its a pretty score deal! I have been coming to Axess Cleaners for some time now and have now signed up to have my dry cleaning picked up and dropped off. This location is about a 20 minute drive from my house, yet its completely worth the drive. The peace of mind I get from knowing my clothes are going to be well taken care off makes it that much more worth it I have brought in everything from jeans to formal gowns and have never been disappointed with the service I received here. Their customer service is amazing, they really go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I really like the fact that they make themselves available via phone, email and text. I have tried out other dry cleaning places closer to home, yet i have continuously gone back here. Update: Most of my problems have been addressed so I am bumping up from 3 stars to 4 stars. The Manager is very responsive and really tries to make things right. Still would like to have more pick up and drop off options, but for the price this seems like a minor sacrifice. I really want to give them a better review. They did a wonderful job removing a stain from a black and white dress that another cleaner had tried to ruin. Michael the manager is very responsive in trying to solve customer problems. I think their prices are really good as compared to other pickup and drop off services. My biggest complaint is the lack of transparency. They have a VIP deal where you keep a balance with them and they give you free pick up and delivery. However the draw back from this service is they never provide you with a receipt showing how much you paid and how much you have left in your account. Every other business I deal with an automatic receipt is standard practice. You have to request to not have one. I do not like not knowing how much I am spending. A more minor complaint is a lack of pickup and drop off dates, currently twice a week for my area. With other more expensive places I can send it in on any day and get it back 2 days later. I think this is a worthwhile trade off. A 2nd minor complaint is that their front line staff needs better training in how their business works. when I signed up, I was told several things that turned out to be wrong. In short I will continue to use their service and send them reminder texts about getting my receipt. Hopefully at some point this will be an automatic option. If it does I will change this review to a 5 star. read more

I want to like them more given how convenient their location is, but I just can't. I signed up for their VIP program, which seemed like a great deal. You get free delivery and pickup plus 10% off each order. That is awesome. However, they never give you a receipt when they deliver. I never had any idea how much they charged for each item, nor how much was left on my account. One day I got a call saying I was out of money and needed to reload my account. There was no way. We finally figured out they had inadvertently charged someone else's $40 cleaning on my account. I'm not sure how that is possible, given that they were two different last names and they could have scanned the corresponding bar code on the tag. Sure, mistakes happen, but they couldn't give me a clean record of how much had been billed each time. They just expected me to trust them that I was being billed correctly and that my $100 up front payment was safe. I need more assurance than that, and I need receipts. It's just good business practice. Despite this mishap, I continued to use them. I opted to not reload my VIP account and just pay full price and not receive delivery. Certainly less convenient, but I was OK with it for the peace of mind I gained. The last straw was when I went to pick up my order and one of my items was MISSING. They ended up finding it two days later, but the stress of thinking they had lost one of my favorite sweaters was horrible. I will not go back there after that mishap. They try really hard and seem to genuinely care about their customers, which is why I give them 2 stars, but they just don't have a good business model. I don't think I'm asking too much when I say I would like a copy of my receipt to accompany my delivery. They should also have a better mechanism for keeping track of the balance on their VIP accounts. read more

My personal experience is that Axess Cleaners is not worth the cost, and the turnaround time is much longer than other shops, and the actual cleaning service was very poor. I brought a white dress shirt here that needed focus on the collar. When I picked up the shirt 4 days later, I noticed new yellow stains around the front buttons and was told that "the dry cleaning process can bring out new stains, such as cologne" (I never wear cologne). They offered to re-launder the shirt, which I accepted giving them the benefit of the doubt, but it was returned again 4 days later with the same stains, and the attendant gave me shrugs of indifference. To get a second opinion, I took the shirt to another dry cleaning shop in Palo Alto who gave me friendly, same-day service at less than half of the price. The yellow spots were gone. I do not recommend Axess for dry cleaning. read more
