I'm curious to try out some other types of fabric and see how they are doing there.

I don't speak for everyone here, but for me dry cleaning is a luxury for certain pieces of clothing that are super precious to me. Luckily everything I brought to them was returned to me, but it did take 3 people to do so and it was a little nerve wracking thinking 2 of my husband's linen suits were gone. It was difficult to communicate with them and definitely makes me think twice about dropping precious items off here. Fabric was cleaned to a good standard, but it is also expensive.

Unfortunately, I was told that even after cleaning it twice, they couldn't get the stains out of my dress and recommended not doing it again as the fabric of my dress is very delicate. The stain was improved but unfortunately not removed. The stained area looked like it might have be rubbed and looked a little white l, but overall my dress still looked okay so I think I'll just have to leave it as is. It was interesting that they added a paper support for my dress so that it would prop it up. Not sure what that does but I appreciate the extra effort.
