I recently started using WashMix for dry cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Thank God. The convenience of their pickup and delivery service is a game-changer--straight to my door, no hassle. My clothes came back spotless and fresh, even though some items were vintage wool. Not an easy task! The team is also super friendly and responsive. Very knowledgeable in what they do! I also love that they've been serving the Mountain View area for over 20 years--it really shows in their attention to detail and quality. If you're looking for a reliable, top-notch cleaner, WashMix is the way to go. Five stars all the way! read more

Exceptional quality of service and convenience. I used WashMix to get some of my wife's jackets dry cleaned, and it such a simple and effortless experience. Their pick-up and delivery service was a game-changer, especially with me and my wife's busy schedule. The quality of the cleaning was outstanding--her clothes came back fresh, perfectly pressed, and on time. The team is professional and attentive. Their communication top-notch, and they show they genuinely care about their customers. If you're looking for a reliable and hassle-free dry cleaning and laundry service, WashMix is the one to choose! Highly recommended! read more

I show up a few minutes before they close and the woman behind the counter, runs up and locks the door as I approach and then waves me away, and I just wanted to pick stuff up. I'm never coming back here again. I've been coming here for years, but that was incredibly rude. Now I have to make a special trip back here just because someone didn't wanna hand me something. I'm incredibly upset. It wasn't closing time yet and I didn't even have anything in my hands so it's not like I was trying to even drop anything off. read more

Amazing service! Very comfortable and very well done! Also express service is great when needed...

I have been a Washmix customer since (I think) they started business, and have always been happy with their service, quality of their work, and communication. They make it very easy to schedule service and the clean clothes are always returned on schedule. read more

WASHMIX made laundry day a breeze. Their pickup and delivery service was prompt, reliable and the clothes came back spotless and fresh. Highly recommend for convenience and quality! read more

Absolutely love Wash Mix! Their pickup and delivery laundry service is a total game changer. Everything comes back fresh, clean, and folded better than I could ever do myself. They're prompt, professional, and incredibly convenient. Highly recommend their advantage program! It works just like a gift card that you can keep reloading to get their wholesale pricing. So worth it! read more

This was one of my first experiences with WASHMIX, and I have to say, it was spectacular! The biggest standout is the convenience -- with pickup and delivery straight to our home or office, it takes a huge errand off our to-do list. Their pricing structure is fantastic, especially with the Pre-Paid packages, which make the service even more competitive than other places we've tried. And the best part? The quality of the work is consistently excellent. I highly recommend WASHMIX! For the best value, definitely consider their Pre-Paid packages -- the credits don't expire, and it's a great way to save on regular services. read more

I've written previous reviews for WashMix ( previously Axcess) but had to give a quick shout out today. I forgot to put out my pickup this morning and they could easily have skipped my house but THEY DID NOT. They rang the bell and patiently waited while my daughter called me and got our pick up together. Top notch company, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

Finally! A dry cleaning experience worth writing a review over. WashMix in Mountain View deserves a five-star rating! Their exceptional service included a thorough cleaning of my comforter and white pants (and you know those white pants can be tricky!) The added convenience of free delivery made the experience even better. WashMix has that mom-and-pop atmosphere, blended with a modern touch, which sets them apart. When I walked in the store I immediately felt like the owner was like my own dad, just trying to help me out. Nowadays we lose sight of the importance of human interactions! I highly recommend WashMix for their quality and customer-centric approach. Also side note you can grab coffee, sushi or Mediterranean food as it's right next door! One stop shop for errands is always a win ! read more

They did an unbelievable job on two stained suede jackets (one light grey and one off-white). I couldn't believe how good they turned out. I also really appreciated Michael's open communication, professionalism, and amazing work. Highly recommended for all cleaning needs! read more

Avoid this place at all cost. Charged me $50 then totally ruined my genuine suede jacket and said it's "not their responsibility". Be aware they will ask you to sign a "release" with nothing printed out for you to review. Then they will say it means you agree if anything goes wrong it's none of their business. Ridiculous and I'm pretty sure it's illegal. Last but least, they will trick you that "our boss will call you to settle it", but NO ONE EVER called me. read more

Great place with professional service. I was going to get my suit tailored for my sister's wedding, but wanted a professional opinion on the fit first. Michael was very attentive and most importantly, honest. We shortened the pants but decided against the suit jacket as it would be costly for such a minor alteration (about 1 inch). He said he was more than happy to do it but wanted to let me think it over since whether he took 1 or 2 inches off, it would cost me the same because he had to remove the lining. Overall, amazing experience and thankful for Michael's help! read more

I rarely go to the dry cleaners but this is a great first time for me. I found axess cleaners through an internet search. It's free pickup and delivery for items $50 or more. I had a short puffy coat and a dress that I had to wash with care. I decided to entrust my items to clean with them and it was delivered back to me on time as good as new. I would definitely use their services the next time I require cleaning. Highly recommended!! Great service, great job guys!! read more

Have been using WashMix for a few months now. Highly recommend. They respond quickly and it's text-based. The bags they leave behind are high quality and reusable. Garments look great. I am a frequent and last-minute traveler and on the occasions when I needed a special turnaround, Michael, whom you can reach by a separate email/text/phone is a real person who provides excellent options to getting it done on your time frame. door to door drop off is SUCH a privilege these days - They save me at least an hour each week and that alone pays for any cost difference. read more

A great service offered by Michael and team in the South Bay Area. Seamless collection and delivery of my shirts in a turn around of only a few days. Would totally recommend. read more

Washmix is a great service. They are reliable, convenient, and competitively priced. I use them for everything. No more hauling my clothes to the cleaners! read more

Tried this place for dry cleaning and they were honest AMF could manage my expectations well rather than over promising and under delivering. I appreciate that in a business. Good news, they were able to get the coffee stain in my off white dress out! I don't get much dry cleaned, but I'll come here again if I do. read more

I found Axess after reviewing multiple dry cleaners on Yelp. The manager (Michael) answered my questions about turnaround time (usually 2-3 days), using the 15% off Yelp check-in deal (score!), their VIP programs, and how to find their location (on Church and Castro across from Wells Fargo Bank on the backside of 650 with plentiful free parking). Upon arrival I saw they are a Green Business Bureau platinum business with 3 levels of VIP services. They have a bunch of perks to membership including 10-25% off, a free laundry bag, door hook, free pick up and drop off, texting drop off and pick up at your house. Rebecca helped me set up an account and was friendly. Their prices are reasonable for the Bay Area. So far 5 stars. Will update more after picking up my dry cleaning next week! read more

Michael is an absolute pleasure to work with. He's incredibly responsive, super professional, and just a really nice guy all around. All of our items were always spotless and ready to be worn. The process for the home delivery/pick-up service was seamless and convenient. It makes a HUGE difference when you're in meetings all day. Thank you Michael + team for the reliable service and awesome customer service!! read more

I dropped off a bunch of sweaters about a week before Labor Day; I needed them back by the end of Labor Day weekend because I was leaving town Tuesday morning to spend four months in a colder climate. I was told to pick up the clothes on Saturday of Labor Day weekend, but when I arrived that morning they were closed for the whole weekend(!). I was pretty sure I wouldn't see those sweaters again until January. However, I called the phone number, and to my great surprise the manager (Michael) texted back right away, and he made all the arrangements to correct the situation. I was able to pick up the cleaning later that afternoon. I greatly appreciate his responsiveness, as well as the time and effort of the employee who came in on his day off. Bottom line: they botched the initial communication about when to pick up, but I give them 5 stars for making it right in a prompt and helpful way. read more

Michael and his team at WashMix are excellent from start to finish. We have been very happy with their professionalism, responsiveness and excellent customer service. They have an automated system where you can request pickup and are very consistent with the drop off and pickup days and times which make your lives much easier with planning your laundry days. I highly recommend you sign up for their Platinum tier so that you can reap the benefits of lower costs per service and also get money back at the end of each quarter which is really cool. Their wash and fold laundry service has been seamless and they've made our lives much easier. The costs along with the convenience of their services make this worthwhile. The clothes come back super clean, neatly folded and so easy for you to organize. Michael is a pro. He has been extremely responsive and answers all your questions patiently and thoroughly. This is THE best laundry service provider in the area. We highly recommend them. read more

I took my wedding gown to Axess Cleaners for preservation and I am very impressed with their service. Since I purchased the Platinum package plan, I took other clothes to their service and I'm very happy with their professional and warm customer services. Especially, their free pick up & drop off service is amazing! I relocated to SF right before the pandemic started and because of that, I was no longer able to use their service. I still had a credit, so I contacted the owner Michael asking for a refund for my remaining credit. He responded quickly and said he will mail me a check but I haven't heard back from him during the lockdown which is completely understandable. I contacted Micheal to follow up about the request after a year later, and he promptly responded and was kind enough to process a refund for me. Much appreciated for all your help throughout this process! Best wishes to you and your stuff. Thank you! read more

I have been using their pick-up and delivery service for a year now. Wonderful!! Michael will help you get set-up and the rest is a breeze. Discounts for prepaid accounts are wonderful and they credit you back a percentage of your services every quarter. I am a snob when it comes to cleaning quality and I have not had any issues. I was nervous about leaving my clothes out (hook provided) but Michael explained that thieves are looking for things they can easily sell and worn clothes are not one of those things. So far no issues! I will not go back to dropping off and picking-up. read more

Customer service is great so far. For busy people pick up and delivery is awesome Your clothes do not smell like chemicals and are in great condition I will use them again. It is a bit pricey but for the service and quality it is worth it read more

Michael is so incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful. I found Axess while looking for a place to preserve my wedding dress. Four days before my wedding, we did a photoshoot in our wedding attire, so I coordinated with Michael to drop off my wedding dress so it could get dry-cleaned within the 4 days before my wedding! My wedding dress got pretty dirty during the photoshoot, and it came back sparkling clean and looked fresh for my wedding. After the wedding, I dropped off my wedding dress for preservation and my husband's suit and mom's dress for dry-cleaning and they all came back clean and fresh. Highly recommend this place for any of your dry-cleaning needs! read more

Absolutely DON'T USE AXESS Cleaners - they'll charge you $250 *totally unauthorized*, and claim it's a "refill" you never authorized - and they never told you about. I tried to use them and last year - the second time I used them - I found a $250 charge from them on my credit card bill (not the cost of my dry cleaning) that I absolutely did NOT authorize. They never told me they charged this either. I didn't sign anything authorizing this. When I confronted them they claimed it was my "account refill" - which goes *directly* against what their brochure they gave me said (pic attached). I got into an epic battle with them and their owner Michael was ridiculously rude to me - both on the phone and over text. Filed a dispute with my credit card company and let them handle the battle with AXESS. Finally managed to get my money back. Who just throws a $250 charge on someone's credit card without 1. Telling them about it, and 2. Getting authorization? (Not verbal authorization, not a signature, anything!!) Totally fraudulent company!! Run, don't walk, FAR away from Axess Cleaners. Unless you want the owner stealing $250 from you without authorization, and then endlessly harassing you when you want your money back. read more

Michael is very personable and a great help. He is very responsive to texts and incredible helpful. I recently moved and realized I had $65 left on my tab, and he went out of his way to make sure that I got the money back. I decided to give axess cleaners a try after the dry cleaners that I usually go to moved. I am very happy that I did! The service and prices are great I did a prepaid plan which provides a bit of a discount and worth it in my opinion. Even if their prices are slightly higher you get quality service. I have extremely sensitive skin to chemicals and smells. I received all my clothes back with ZERO chemical smell and ZERO irritation to my skin. All my items came back looking awesome! Michael, the manager is extremely friendly as he even called me one time to confirm the service I wanted for a delicate dress and explained to me how they would clean the dress and extra time was needed. Every interaction I've had has been polite friendly and professional. I would highly recommend using them as Im very particular about the condition of my clothes. Having been a frequent customer of Axess Cleaners for more than a year now, I'm mighty impressed by the fact that Michael and his team have continued to raise the bar on the quality of their service through the pandemic. Not having the luxury of being able to walk in and drop my clothes, I was pleasantly surprised and relieved to know that Axess provided "pick-up" and "drop-off" services. The instructions provided on their website could not have been clearer and it took me all of 5 minutes to proceed with booking their services [done over a matter of a few text messages]. As always, Michael was super prompt and professional while providing me as much context and information as possible about the charges and time of return. I'd recommend Axess Cleaners without any hesitation to anyone looking for economical and high quality laundry services with the added flexibility of having a hassle free pick-up and drop-off experience. read more

I needed the cushions for our glider that's on a little patio in the front of our home. Some suspicious critter had ripped the old ones open and was helping themself to the stuffing. I imagine it was doing so to insulate a mouse or bird house. I picked new fabric and went online for estimates from Yelp. Michael, I believe the owner of Axess answered immediately with a reasonable estimate and very fast turn around promise. I really did not expect that I could have new beautiful covers made so quickly. They look great! Michael was excellent in communicating my payment options. Not only did I get the finished product back within days, I saved money, and still have credit for future services at Axess. I drove all the way from Redwood City to Mountain View to have my custom cushion covers made and it was worth the trip. read more

This review is long over due, I've been a customer here working with them for a little over a year! From day one I've been impressed with how personable the staff are but not just that also the fact that their customer service reflects on the quality of work they do. I won't sugar coat the entire thing! Has there been issues with few stains here and there or perhaps not meeting the deadline! Yes! Is it common or an often practiced - absolutely Not! I've used many services as such throughout the years and these guys have done an exceptional job and now that I think about it the amount of errors or mistakes or issues has been next to nothing. This said, as I was shopping around to do my Wedding Gown Preservation, I was not aware of Axess doing this! And so I called many places before I get in touch with them and got price range anywhere from $200-$500+. I guess the fancier the box the more expensive - regardless of the overall job being the same! Then I thought to give Axess a call. And was happy to find they do in fact process Wedding Gowns - all with a nice certification to give the added benefit and assurance. I called and after dropping it off at the store. Michael called me to go over full detail. Both Michael (Manager) and his staff were super friendly and informative. Michael gave me the run through and it sure was detailed. Eventually I set my mind on Preservation which includes the cleaning and full certification that comes in a beautiful box. The whole process, like it has always been with my dry cleaning and laundry services was seamless and hassle free. To top it off, their price was less than most places I called. $249 and because I am a Platinum Level customer with their Dry cleaning services I got an additional 10% discount on the Preservation. I am very happy with this location! And only recently found out that are going to be in Mountain View for many years to come - will be using their services throughout. Highly recommend read more

I've been a customer for just over 10 years and WashMix has been a fast, efficient and quality dry cleaner. They pick up and deliver so if you are on a time crunch like me, it's a great service. they even provide an over the door hanger and cloth bag to keep your clothes fresh and wrinkle free. Have had incredible experience here at Axess. Been using their services for a little over 6 months now. Especially enjoy their advantage program since we get discounts and perks like pickups and delivery. Before using their services We've used few others in the area including one that was an online platform only - no store front. And none came close to what we've gotten here. On few occasions for important interviews and dinner event I've had some last minute work done which came out great especially with the Time frame I had. Customer service is great and they rely heavily on text which has in fact made my life easier. Highly recommend their services read more

Can't say enough good things about the people here. I regularly took shirts and jackets to Axess over the course of 18 months, and always had good results from them. I also took them blankets, jackets, hats, scarves, and coats that had been in outside storage for a few years, and smelled musty and damp. Axess did a great job cleaning them up and getting rid of the smell. And lastly, Michael, the manager, was *exceptionally* kind and helpful to me after I lost my job. Just a really nice man who took the time to do something thoughtful for someone he barely knew. I'm so touched. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his business. read more

Terrible business and terrible service. Ruined my suit.
