I was even more excited when I saw that they had a wash and fold service. I called to confirm what their wash and fold hours were, and dropped off our remaining 2 loads on Sunday afternoon. The attendant there, Gil, was super fantastic! Very kind and jovial, and helped me understand my laundry choices, temperature choices, what to expect from them and when I could come by to pick up. I paid and moseyed on out of there. I went back the next day at the time Gil gave me, and my laundry was ready - washed and folded so neatly I thought they were new. Thank you WashFoundry (and Gil)! We'll be back.

It had gotten heavily soiled and it would not have been able to fit into a regular sized washer. Thank goodness for this place because they do *full service* washing/ drying/ folding. They can clean your garments, blankets and anything else for you. All you need to do is drop off. Our King sized comforter was $26 to clean and the process was so simple. I walked in and went straight to the back to talk to the workers who said they could have it ready for me in 24 hours. Sure, it may have been pricey to do this but for the convenience and someone else taking care of it for you-- why not. As promised, I received a text the next day to come pick up. I came in and the comforter was bagged up, ready for use again. When I opened up the bag and saw that the comforter was pristine, I was impressed. Highly recommend this spot if you want to do full service. Definitely coming back if my washer/ dryer (fingers crossed they don't) break down and I need a place to come do laundry. Caveat: I came at 10:30 am on a weekday morning so one's experience is different when it's more crowded? Also, I only used the dryers (dryer broken at home and waiting for repair -- that's a different Yelp review!). +++ Dryers work well. That's why I'm here after all, right? Clothes got perfectly dried. Put quarters in for 40 minutes and everything dried. These were cotton sweatshirts too so dryers definitely work. It was $0.25 for each 5 minutes so $2. I don't go to a lot of laundromats but that seems fair. + Clean facility. Floors clean, machines clean and not musty. No weird smells inside. + I didn't use change machine but three other customers did and it seemed to work like a charm. No negative attendant experiences that others reported. +++ Wifi! I didn't see the password posted but took a chance and called the service number. Super nice person answered who gave me the password. To save you time (and further calls to the attendant), the password is the address of the place, all lower case. I figure if you're going to go as far as looking up the Yelp review to use their wifi, then you earned it with your industriousness. (No one's going to steal wifi through this Yelp review.) Wifi decent enough for getting your work done - typing this review with it! + Clear instructions posted all around. * TV's not on but I don't mind that. + At least 4-5 carts with wheels that I can see for wheeling your stuff in, between washer and dryer, and back out. + Little vending machine games if you're into that (claw machine!). + Snack machine with an array of sweet and savory snacks plus drinks. + The blue chairs that are in every laundromat! :-D +++ Power outlet in the front waiting area. So, I decided to check it out, and I must say I was somewhat surprised. The whole place was spacious, at least compared to other coin-operated laundromat places. You don't smell that typical laundromat odors within the smaller & older laundromats. You could find everything you need, should you need them , like laundry detergents or fabric softeners, or you can use their Wash-&-Fold service. They even got a money payday cashing service on the premise. If you need some laundry service, this is a good option.

DON'T GO HERE. MOST AGGRESSIVE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE…read more I brought in a pair of clean white pants to be taken in at the waist and hemmed for length. I tried them on in the store, we agreed on the alterations, and I handed them over in perfect condition. When I picked them up a week later, they were folded in a clear plastic bag exactly how the tailor had given them to me. I didn't remove them until I got home--and that's when I found a massive pink stain across the fabric that 100% wasn't there before. I know this because I tried the pants on in front of a mirror with the tailor, and we both would've noticed something that obvious. I returned to the shop, politely asking for an explanation and hoping she would take responsibility and offer to dry clean them. Instead, she immediately started yelling at me--blaming me for the stain, getting aggressive, and refusing to listen. She then brought over a man (possibly her husband) who joined in, also yelling and pointing fingers in my face. It was completely unprofessional, hostile, and honestly, a little scary. To make things worse, it seemed like the pants were folded in a way that intentionally hid the stain, which makes me feel like this wasn't an honest mistake. Bottom line: they ruined my pants and treated me like garbage when I asked for help. Avoid this place at all costs.
