Very kind owners here! Came here to get some dry cleaning done before work this week and my first experience with them was very lovely. Got my clothes back extremely quick and it was all done very nicely. They have the BEST customer service here over any other dry cleaners I've been to in this area. 5/5 for their work read more

A couple of the customers called the owner by name. I didn't try the dry cleaning service, but the connected laundromat. I liked the magazine rack on the wall, so I stayed even when my clothes were dry and folded. I only washed one small load for $2.50. There are three capacities of clothes washers. It costs a quarter for six minutes of a large or medium load in the dryer. Medium washers cost $4. Seating consists of a row of plastic chairs and two benches. Someone took my opened box of detergent from the top of my washer. The owner mops the floor repeatedly. The soap stop sells Bounce, Cheer, and Tide for $0.75. There are no TVs inside. Vending machines sell chips and cookies. Another sells canned soda. You can also buy a laundry bag from the vending machine for $0.75 if you need one. read more

This is a review for the self-service laundromat, not the dry cleaning service under the same ownership. Yeah, that's right, a five-star review for a self-service laundromat. I came here for the first time with my fiber-filled comforters to get them washed in large commercial washers. As mentioned by other reviewers, the owner saw me coming in and asked if I needed help. I told him I had comforters to wash and he rolled out the cart to my car and helped me transport all 5 of comforters to the washing machines. He suggested that I load 2 comforters per large washer, with the single one in a medium washer. He stood by me explaining how many coins are needed and he even helped me pour the liquid detergent into the washing machines. When I came back after the washing was done, he suggested that I put each comforter into separate dryers for 30-40 minutes to dry. When that was done, he helped me push the cart full of folded, clean comforters to my car and wished me a pleasant afternoon. Wow, does anyone expect this much when going to a laundromat? I can't say that he will do this for everyone - maybe just first-timers. He was also busy with customers walking in to his dry cleaning service, yet he took time to help me use his coin-operated machines when he wasn't with any. To give one an idea of cost, it was $5 per load for the large washers and $4 per load for the medium washers. I inserted 5 quarters ($1.25) per dryer for a 30-minute dry time on medium setting. Total cost to wash and dry 5 comforters: $20.25 I even got to get some grocery shopping done at nearby Sprouts during the dry cycle. There's also an Asian market in the same shopping plaza offering fresh fruits and vegetables and lots of fish and other seafood. The parking lot is not big, so parking may be challenging at certain times of the day. read more

SAME DAY CLEANING if items are dropped off before 11am, and moderately priced. $2/men's business shirt, $4.50 to dry clean them. I didn't make it in time for the same day cleaning, but I still had two days grace period for when I needed them for a wedding, but it was nice to know I'd have them the next day by 5pm. Located next to a laundromat, it's easy to seperate your dry cleaning and alterations for drop off right next door... not too shabby. ...I walked in the next day to pick up my clothes almost half an hour early... just as he was pressing the last shirt that I had dropped off the day before. "Sharon, right?" - YUP, that's ME! [I love it when people remember your name...] He chats it up with me as to how I found out about the place, and I told him my bf's mom has been going there for years, and told me to go there. I was charged $10.00 flat, so I'll assume there was a first timer's discount thrown my way since he knew my bf's mom. Not too shabby. Clothes were clean and pressed, exactly the way they should be when dry cleaned. Definitely turning this into my standard dry clean joint due to the fast turn around of drop-offs. 4.5 stars... fast and good service. I would nudge it to a full 5 if they used eco-friendly standards to clean, but I doubt it - and the nearest place that does that to my home is miles away - which defeats the purpose of saving the planet when I'm killing fossil fuels to get a few shirts cleaned. read more

This review is for the one day dry cleaning service (not the coin laundromat next door). When I dropped off two shirts on Tuesday, I was told to pick them up on Thursday, even though it was supposed to be a one day service. I needed them by Friday evening, so that was okay with me. I came by on Friday afternoon, my shirts weren't ready. The owner offered to finish them by the end of the day and drop them off at my house, which was a very nice offer, but it would be already too late. I came by to pick them up on Saturday. Service is cheap, but not timely. Don't give anything you may need soon. read more

This is the laundry mat that I have been using for years.... Or at least when I am in Sunnyvale's neck of the woods. I know they do dry cleaning which is yet again with in a reasonable price. Great location & EXCELLENT customer service read more

One Day Cleaners - Laundry Services Near Me - Sunnyvale, California

Great customer service! The guy also operates the laundromat next door and he is always very helpful, whether its making sure I have a cart or reimbursing me for quarters the machine ate. He also showed me how to use the giant washer which I was a little leery of. I drive all the way from San Jose to do my laundry, so its definitely worth the 5 stars. read more

Daniel is the nicest guy around. He remembers everything about you, and is super friendly. Sure, it's cash only and kinda pricey, but I'm a sucker for that old school, mom and pop, knows your name, feel. read more

Well, how to start this. I put my laundry in the washer at my house before I went to bed. The next morning, I set my alarm early, so I could make sure to stick my wet clothes in the dryer. Even though it was not a huge load-and I allowed one hour of drying time- by the time I had to leave, my clothes I needed for the evening were still wet! I took the absolutely necessary things in my husband's car and draped them over the seats, hoping they would kind of air dry. I go to work, life goes on. 40 minutes ago when we met up, they were still damp. Ugh, well, you know, rain here means no sunny sky, and nothing to help my clothes get dry! I am in a musical, and this laundromat is super close to the theater. Oh thank god! I am greeted by a super friendly gentleman making sure all was well and that we had everything we needed! My clothes will be dry and I will still get to the theater on time! Yaaaay! read more

I thank you yelpers for your awesome review! Honestly, this is when I enjoy yelp the most. When you experience greatness for yourself. I can't stand doing laundry. But when you come across genuinely sweet owners who help you and check on you while your using their laundromat. It eases the pain of doing such a chore. :) Thank you ! read more

This review is for the Dry Cleaners. The owner, Daniel is super sweet. He knows me by "Watchtower or Convention Time" girl since i only go to him when it's time for our annual convention. His work is great and I have not one bad experience. He is very very helpful and goes out of his way to make customer's happy. I have also tried the laundry mat next to it which he owes as well and he even offered to help me fold my clothes when he saw i was buried in it but I said no, thanks of course! --AWESOME customer service. 4 1/2 star!! read more

I'm a fan of this family owned coin operated laundromat. They also offer dry cleaning and laundry service by weight. Opens at 7 am, closes at 10 pm. This place works for me because it's close to home, so I can run errands or go home while the washer or dryer is going. I've usually had good luck with parking in front or near the front, which is important when you're lugging loads of laundry, a bottle of detergent and a coin purse full of quarters. The man that works here is so nice, pulling a cart towards me, and pointing out available washers when the place is busy with a few people occupying a majority of the washers and dryers for their own customers. My favorite washers are the medium and large front loading washers! The machines here do a better and faster job than the washer and dryer at my apartment, so I make the effort to do laundry here. I like my clothes to last, cleaned with cold water and dried on medium heat! Thanks One Day Cleaners!!! read more

I've used their wash-and-fold service as well as their coin washer and dryers and highly recommend this business. The owner is genuinely nice, super helpful and keeps the place clean. I haven't tried other laundry and have no incentive to. The wash and fold service is excellent in terms of service and price. While our laundry area at home is being constructed, my husband and I gave him a week's worth of clothes. The laundry came back clean, soft, very nicely folded AND separated by person! For the cost of $1.25 or $1.50/pound, we saved 2+ hours on a weekend and got the clothes back the same day. Cash only. I can get used to this! read more

Did not tell me when I dropped off my clothes that they don't take credit cards. Had to make separate trip to ATM because of that. Also, the hours on Yelp are wrong. They close at 6, not 7. I learned this the hard way by leaving work early to pick up my clothes, only to find that they were not open. read more

I'm from Singapore and I came to the laundromat to clean my clothes. The owner was so helpful. I recommend this establishment to everybody.

Didn't do a very good job. Will not be going back. Didn't get out fairly light dirt stains. Not impressed.

For Dry Cleaner Only: overpriced. see the old gentleman not the haggard lady. went a few weeks ago and the old dude (owner?) was polite; decent experience. returned today to drop off pants, and the lady charged $7.50 per pair of pants(!). I told her no thanks, and she scoffed, "Whatever." Such attitude vieja! calmate read more

great service always on time reasonably good prices once our bags got mixed up and we got clothes mixed up with someone else's clothes but we sorted it out and it's been no issues since. read more

Laundromat review: The reviews are true, the owner comes to greet you and assist with using the right washer ( for my comforter), getting change, etc. He is super friendly, helpful and kind. I have never experienced this much service at a laundromat, he made my day! read more

It is fascinating how a simple experience such as picking up the laundry can save an intense day and turn it into a five star Saturday afternoon. I give them these five red stars for their fast, neat, and nice service. * cash only-well worth it. read more

Daniel has been in the business a long time, and I was referred by my wife, who has been taking her clothing here long before we met. You can also drop off clothes here to be tailored. read more

I come here regularly. The owner is friendly and always gives a smile! I've had many good conversations with him! :)

At my request, had my shirts done extra fast with no extra charge. Friendly and inexpensive.

I was looking for a laundromat after an altercation with my live-in manager while I was using the on-site washing machine/dryer to wash my clothes. Long story short, she took out all of my clean clothes with her who-knows-what-she-touched hands after I was only a few minutes late from taking them out of the machines. I checked on Yelp and this laundromat seemed promising. After my experience there, I can't thank the yelpers enough for recommending this place. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. Right when I walked in, he welcomed me in and asked if I needed any help. He even gave me some change so I wouldn't be stuck with $5 worth of quarters, although I wouldn't have minded anyway. He was happy to answer any questions I have, and constantly asked me if everything was good. We even struck up a nice conversation when I was waiting for my laundry to finish drying. I went back for the second time today in at least a month, and he even remembered who I was. The price for washing/drying a load is reasonable, and my clothes come out clean and dry. The place is clean and cozy, and the other customers are friendly. I haven't used their dry cleaning service, but I would definitely recommend this place if you're just looking for somewhere to wash your laundry. read more

Enter this laundromat and you'll be assured of getting a nice greeting from the owner and help, if needed. Seems like Danny truly enjoys people and works hard to please. I enjoyed our discussion on Hawaii travels. Pleasant customer service still exists! The machines and facility were very clean, with an adequate amount of rolling laundry baskets, and a good selection of machines of varying sizes. Washers and dryers take quarters and vary in price based on size, but very reasonable and fast working. read more

I had skid marks in my shorts and I needed them for my honeymoon I took them and he made them look brand new ! !

Worst dry cleaning experience I have ever had. First they don't take credit card so I had to drive all the way to get cash. Then when I came back the owner was gone and shop was locked at 12pm!! Seriously I needed to drive back and forth for 4 times to just get my $16 dry cleaning?!?! Will never come back again read more

This review is for the dry cleaning service, not the laundromat which I hear is great. I don't usually write yelp reviews but I am writing this one to warn others to avoid this place for dry cleaning items that are prone to shrinking if not handled properly. My husband has been getting his dress shirts laundered and pressed here for over a year and they've always come out great. When he told me he was going to the cleaners last week I gave him a few wool sweaters to have dry cleaned since they had some stains on them that I didn't want to deal with. All the items came back yesterday and my sweaters have been shrunk to the point of being nearly unwearable. They definitely were laundered in warm water and not dry cleaned, even though we were charged dry cleaning prices. Avoid this place if you want your clothes to stay the same size, I definitely won't send anything here again read more

A bunch of my clothes had black scuff marks after drying my clothes...very difficult to remove

This is a great cleaners! Daniel is extremely friendly and helpful. I have taken a number of jackets to him that had stains I thought would never come out. He has done an amazing job of making these jackets like new. He is friendly, helpful, and does a great job on all cleaning jobs. I highly recommend this cleaners! He now has a permanent customer! read more

This place is great, safe neighborhood, very clean establishment even late in the day. The manager is on site, he's very helpful, they also have a snack machine and magazines in case you're bored. This place is priced well and the washers work great as well as the dryers. Plenty of parking and there are other shops around to keep you busy in case you want to walk around the area while your clothes washes. read more

The owner, Daniel, is gracious and friendly and has a phenomenal memory. We only do dry-cleaning here, and we're more than happy. Daniel has been great getting tough stains out of our regular laundry, and everything we drop off comes back in great shape. Terrific service. read more

We met the owner when we arrived and he was immensely helpful. He personally made change for us and took the time to explain the cost, load size, run time and settings. He was very friendly and courteous. There were an adequate number of laundry carts outside to make it so convenient to unload our laundry from the car. I would definitely recommend this laundromat in the highest regard. read more

I gave my ethnic indian wedding dress ( which needs some care for dry cleaning) for dry cleaning here and these guys did a pretty good job.

I came for the laundromat. This place is very clean. The owner, who is very friendly, has an adjoining dry-cleaning business and is always checking on the machines, responding to questions, giving laundry tips, and cleaning the counter tops. With 3 very large loads, I was in and out in two hours, including folding, for under $20. I'd say that's a deal! read more

I've been here a few times, and they were accommodating with same-day dry cleaning. Five stars!
