Terrible service. Took 2 suits, and 3 shirts to them. They damaged the suit button, and returned 2 shirts, and a suit pants dirty. Despite having them redo the shirt they still returned it dirty. Completely unacceptable. Might as well thrown everything into the regular laundry. They cited their policy for not taking responsibility for damages, but their policy only cites this for loose/delicate garments. My clothes were neither of those things. How about the fact that almost the entire set of clothes came back dirty? They took no responsibility and did not even refund me for damaged dirty items... read more

They cheat and do NOT actually dry clean your clothes. I tested them with a shirt that had a lot of dirt inside that is easy to clean. After they "dry cleaned" my shirt, the exact same dirt was still there so they did zero dry cleaning. I tested them twice and both times they cheated and did zero dry cleaning. I took the same test shirt to a different reputable dry cleaner, and the shirt came back clean and passed the test. read more

Paid by card. Super Quality Cleaners is located in a small plaza and offers a few parking spots. The staff is nice and occasionally wears masks. They also have cute cloth masks for sale. I usually go here since the staff does a great job on the items and they are always friendly. Turnaround time is usually a few days for several items. Recently I paid $45 for a king blanket cleaning, $5 for a shirt cleaning, and $10 for a dress cleaning. Overall I'd go back and would recommend this place. read more

This place has become my new go to dry cleaner, as the quality and the speed was top notch. Brought in a cashmere muffler that was dropped and stepped in a muddy ground, and smelled terrible. The after the clean, the muffler came out like a brand new, and fluffy. The shirts were also cleaned very well, and nice smell is a plus. Although may not be the cheapest place, overall, I highly recommend it. read more

Called for pricing and they were not that friendly. I'm reading on Yelp they have they are under new management, but you would think they would be overextending themselves to go above and beyond while building relationships with their brand new clientele. Not sure if the woman on the phone was having a bad day, but I felt I was wasting her time with typical pricing questions. Will take my business elsewhere. read more

great service, nice owner! Super Quality Cleaners is the to go place for me in terms of cleaning! read more

This place came recommended by a friend as a great alteration place. I brought a dress there a week ago and today brought a skirt. Very professional, doing a great job and super friendly. Prices are also very fair in my opinion. You can come there with your item and get a good, honest advice/option regarding an item you brought and what is the best way to make an alteration - this is exactly how they helped me with my skirt today. Thank you for a great service! read more

Mindy and her seamstress are amazing! I sent an email after getting a prom dress very last minute and it needed shortening, and taking in at the bodice/shoulders. They responded in less than 2 hours! I came in the next day and they had my dress done in a day! The ladies did such an amazing job and truly made my dress fit like a glove. If you need alterations go here!!! Thank you ladies for being so kind and doing such amazing work! read more

The staff here is great. Quick and reliable service, my button down shirts and suits and even tuxedos all look great when they come back from Super Quality Cleaners. They also really helped me out with color matching some suit buttons when I needed them repaired right before a wedding. They sourced the buttons for me, matched them to my suit, and neatly changed them all out on the jacket to match beautifully. Really amazing customer service. read more

SQC is a cozy woman-run store in the neighborhood. I like to have the tailor lady work on my clothes that need to be fixed. She has done a great job so far! I love their convenient location and their thoughtfulness to try to meet my schedule. Thank you Super Quality Cleaner! read more

I have gone to Super Quality Cleaners quite a few times and I find them both very professional and friendly with their customers. I have specifically gone for alterations but both those and their cleaning process is exceptional. They are quality plus. I would highly recommend them! read more

Ok place for dry cleaning and laundry. Unfortunately they've misplaced a couple of my shirts two separate times. But they called me right away when they found them. Can't really complain much since the place is affordable and close to where I live. Plenty of parking. Will accept credit cards with a minimum if $15. Otherwise you'll have to pay cash. read more

Provide a nice, convenient service for minor alterations and dry cleaning. They're prices are good and they are friendly. My only complaint is that they have a "$15 credit card minimum" - I'm so tired of businesses trying to do that. Per Mastercard policy: "...MasterCard acceptance rule prohibits merchants that accept MasterCard cards from establishing any minimum amount below which the merchant won't accept payment via MasterCard card." http://www.mastercard.com/us/business/en/common/faq.html#211 You can report merchant violations here: http://www.mastercard.us/support/merchant-violations.html Per Visa policy: "U.S. retailers may require a minimum purchase amount on credit card transactions. The minimum purchase amount must not exceed $10 and does not apply to transactions made with a debit card." http://usa.visa.com/about_visa/ask_visa/index.html read more

I highly recommend this place for any dry cleaning and alterations. It's been perfect and the owners are great at answering any obvious questions I have about the process of getting my clothes dry cleaned. I'm appreciative that they took the time to explain things to me. read more

So happy I found this place! I've searched all over for a great tailor and finally found her! This lady can fix anything! I had holes in my clothes since I have cats and moths were snacking on my clothes. I was going to throw them away but she managed to fixed them all! And I had a few dresses that needed to be shorten or taken in and she did an amazing job also. Love love my new tailor! They also do a great job with dry cleaning. Both girls are very friendly and the service is always great. Highly recommend this place! read more

I just moved to the area not to long ago and was looking for a Dry Cleaner and found Super Quality Cleaners. I drop of my dry cleaning about once a week and everything is done in no time. They are super welcoming and friendly and they even text you when your dry cleaning is done and ready for pickup. The cost is very reasonable and actually way less then where I used to go. They also do alterations which I will keep in mind for the future. read more

They really care about you. I am always careful with my clothes, but it seems like they still get dirty and sometimes get food splatter. Mindy carefully looks over each shirt to make sure it is super clean when I get them back. Mylinh Nguyen (the owner) is the nicest lady on Earth, next to my Mom! I had to hem a new pair of jeans and my GF recommended this little shop on El Camino Real & Henderson Avenue in Sunnyvale. They have been doing my GF's dry cleaning of business suits/dresses/ and pants alterations for years now! However, this was my first visit inside. Mylinh greeted me with a great big smile and hello! I told her what was up and she went right to it! I was ticketed for $10, and the turn around time was super quick! We chatted for 15 minutes or so about our business ventures and I found out her kids went to Nativity Catholic School in my hometown of Menlo Park! Kudos: Facilities were absolutely clean! Pricing & services were consistent and low... Owner of the store remembers everyone's name! *Parking is VERY limited in the small plaza, back your car for easy exit* read more

Been to this place a few times now for both dry cleaning and alterations. Never had an issue of items missing (and thank goodness for that!) and I like how she's honest, reasonably priced, and does a wonderful job on alterations and dry cleaning. However, I have to deduct 2 stars for labeling my name on the dress/shirt tags. What if I dropped off dry cleans for someone else? Will my name be inked on their garment tag? That wouldn't be nice. There has to be a better way of keeping track... read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE! I took a bridesmaids dress in for alterations. HORRIBLE MISTAKE! I brought the dress in 2 weeks in advance. She said it would be ready on Thursday at 4pm. I even called to confirm on Thursday morning! I came in 4:30pm and she hadn't even TOUCHED my dress. It was in a heap on her work table. She told me to come back in 2 hours to pick it up! No apologies at all, the audacity. I came back 2 hours later and my dress was 2 sizes TOO SMALL and THERE WAS AN OIL STAIN on the front of my dress! She had been eating while working and put food stains on my dress! Again, no apologies. She then blamed the situation on me and asked if I GAINED WEIGHT! She charged me $50 for STAINING my dress and MAKING it 2 sizes too small! DO NOT COME HERE! WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE! read more

NOPE, they weren't able to remove ANY of the stains on my dress, and the owner's excuse was that California doesn't allow them to use chemicals and they use green cleaners. They're not even a green cleaner. One of our shirts didn't even look like it was cleaned. And like another reviewer said they still charged me $6 for a dress that still has stains all over it. Yes the owners are very nice, but we're going back to our other cleaner that can actually get stains out. read more

I really wanted to like this place, I did. I first started going when it was run by the cute elderly Vietnamese couple, but since they've retired, they've passed it on to someone else and I just don't feel the same about it anymore. Since they retired, I had come back twice, both times for dry cleaning. The first time was uneventful. I dropped things off, came back for them - the usual drill. The 2nd time, and unfortunately the last time, I dropped off a long evening gown I wore to a wedding. I will admit that I did not pay that close attention to the garment when I turned it in, but I am very confident that it did not come back in its original shape. I dropped off the dress on Monday, came back on Saturday assuming that it would be done and taken care of. The outside of the dress is a delicate material, easily torn, easy to poke holes in. Somehow it came back with many, many holes right underneath the bust of the dress. The holes didn't look burnt, torn, or eaten through, so the only other explanation is that it was poked by pins. What really irks me is that it was returned by the cleaning service they use and the dress had been sitting on a rack with a nice sign that said, "Please return. Too many holes. Check with customer." The least they could have done was called to let me know that it wasn't getting cleaned so I could've come sooner to pick it up and find someone else who could take care of it. It's aggravating to come in to think that you'd get a nice clean dress, but to find the same smelly dress with now one-week old food stains on it that you hope will be able to come off when you drop it off to the next cleaners. I wish I could have written a nice review, I wish I could have been able to like the new ownership, but this level of service really ticks me off and I won't be coming back here now. On to the next one! read more

This review is long overdue. This place literally saved my life. I had a bridesmaids dress that needed to be altered the SAME day because I, of course, procrastinated. So I called in at 7:30am and someone picked up rght away. I let her know the situation and she told me to come in as soon as possible. When I got there, I was greeted by a young woman (I think her name is Ann?) God bless her - I wish I remembered her name. She asked me to put on the dress and it was a 3 inch gap in the bust area, and the zipper would just NOT close. She said that it would be a rough task, but she said she could do it. When she asekd me when I needed it and I said by 5:00pm, she looked at me like I was crazy. LOL! She laughed and said she would do her best, so I said "That's all I could ask for." I came in at 5:00pm and the dress was ready. I put it on and it fit like a glove. I gave her a HUGE hug and was just so relieved. I literally owed her my life. Bottom line... I'll be back for any alterations, dry cleaning, etc. and will refer this place to anyone and everyone. They deserve good business! read more

I came here because of all the positive reviews on Yelp, and I'm glad I did! The lady and the gentleman who work here (are they husband and wife?) are both quite pleasant. I brought in a men's 2-piece suit for a regular dry cleaning. There was no fuss at all. I dropped off my suit on a Monday evening. They told me it would be $6.50 cash (they have a $15 minimum for credit) and that I could pick it up on Wednesday after 4 PM. True to their word, the suit was ready to go when I returned Wednesday evening. The jacket and pants were each on their own hangers, and ID number tags had been carefully fastened around a loop in the jacket and a belt loop on the pants. I smelled a very faint, pleasant fragrance after removing the outer plastic bag. Maybe this is the way it should always be with dry cleaners, but I wouldn't know since this is the first time I've personally taken anything to a dry cleaner. This review is already longer than it needs to be, so I'll conclude with this: they cleaned my suit for a fair price and without any fuss. read more

WARNING: THE ADORABLE OLD VIETNAMESE COUPLE THAT USED TO OWN AND OPERATE THIS PLACE ARE NO LONGER HERE as of 2012. Apparently, things are awful now. When they were here, I sometimes felt her work could be better, her prices were so ridiculously cheap and she was so ridiculously nice that I kept coming back. They also sent out / outsourced their dry cleaning and did not do it on-site. I really used her for alterations. read more

Good operation on the corner of Hendersen and El Camino. Excellent operation and very nice people. $8 for Pants alterations to $7 for dry clean. I ordered a suit from Indochino and I put off checking the fit and getting it altered until 2 days before my friend's wedding (and I was a groomsman ). I was referred to Super Quality Cleaners by a fellow groomsman. Mindy and her seamstress were incredibly kind and friendly, and managed to get my suit pants altered perfectly and my whole suit cleaned and pressed, all in the same day. The suit looked great for the wedding and now I know who I'll bring my suits, shirts, pants, and jackets to! Highly recommend, Mindy and co. deserve every bit of 5 stars. read more

Let me start by saying that the lady who is always there has not only great customer service but she is so sweet and her disposition is always happy with a smile, I feel as we are old friends, lol. SQC does a good job with the clothes but the best aspect is definitely the great prices and the quick turn around, many time within 24hrs. Great business with exactly what you want, good quality, great prices, friendly service and fast turn around! Wish many other businesses conducted themselves the same way. read more

Seriously don't waste your time, this place use to be good just a few months ago, but after the owners recently told me they no longer use the same company for their dry cleaning services, I immediately noticed the difference in quality. I have nothing against the owners, everyone is right in saying they are very nice people. The problem is SQC no longer has Excel Cleaners doing their dry cleaning...ever since they switched to another company to handle their dry cleaning, quality went down the drain! Excel Cleaners closed shop, so I understand it's out of the SQC owner's hands. Trust me, there is nothing "Super" about their quality in cleaning now. I had to return several "supposedly dry cleaned" dress shirts and show them all the wrinkles in the arms and back. It was almost in the same condition I dropped them off...horrible. Even if they write "EXTRA CARE" on the dry cleaning tag, you won't be satisfied. I dropped off 3 brand new dress shirts, took them out of the packaging right in front of the owner. When I got them back, there was a stain on one of them and all 3 were clearly not pressed because you could see the original folded marks of when I pulled it out of the packaging. My suits came back with lint, so the owner had them "Re Do" the cleaning and they came back the same. The owner was so embarrassed she gave me a lint roller as a gift...wasn't my idea of great service when I have to lint-roll my own suits after paying for dry cleaning. read more
