This laundry is close to where I was staying. There are staff there to help occasionally, but you don't need to have most of the time since everything is well explained. There i a bill changer that works. The machines look to be in decent shape. It cost between 5.25 and 6.25 to do a load of laundry and then dryers are $.25 per cycle. You can get detergent and fabric softener here. There are a few sitting areas and of course a vending machine. There are bars on the door and window but otherwise it seems to be clean and functional inside. read more

===== Clean, friendly, snacks, wifi: what more do I need from my laundromat? ===== Positive experience warrants a positive review! Caveat: I came at 10:30 am on a weekday morning so one's experience is different when it's more crowded? Also, I only used the dryers (dryer broken at home and waiting for repair -- that's a different Yelp review!). +++ Dryers work well. That's why I'm here after all, right? Clothes got perfectly dried. Put quarters in for 40 minutes and everything dried. These were cotton sweatshirts too so dryers definitely work. It was $0.25 for each 5 minutes so $2. I don't go to a lot of laundromats but that seems fair. + Clean facility. Floors clean, machines clean and not musty. No weird smells inside. + I didn't use change machine but three other customers did and it seemed to work like a charm. No negative attendant experiences that others reported. +++ Wifi! I didn't see the password posted but took a chance and called the service number. Super nice person answered who gave me the password. To save you time (and further calls to the attendant), the password is the address of the place, all lower case. I figure if you're going to go as far as looking up the Yelp review to use their wifi, then you earned it with your industriousness. (No one's going to steal wifi through this Yelp review.) Wifi decent enough for getting your work done - typing this review with it! + Clear instructions posted all around. * TV's not on but I don't mind that. + At least 4-5 carts with wheels that I can see for wheeling your stuff in, between washer and dryer, and back out. + Little vending machine games if you're into that (claw machine!). + Snack machine with an array of sweet and savory snacks plus drinks. + The blue chairs that are in every laundromat! :-D +++ Power outlet in the front waiting area. Two sockets. + Vending machine with an array of products. Update: An attendant showed up and she was talking with regulars. Always love when small business owners talk with regulars. read more

Sudz Coin Laundry - Wifi decently fast. Password is address of the establishment all lower case. (Hopefully this reduces a few calls to the attendant/owner!) - Laundromat Near Me - Sunnyvale, California

I love this laundromat. It is always super clean and there is someone wiping down counters and sweeping the floor. Coin machine dispenses quarters. There are 4 sizes of washers starting at $3.75 per load. Open 6 am and closes at 10 pm. Very fast and convenient. read more

Honestly this place is hands down disgusting! The washing machines are moldy, they have hair all over, soap residue. The machines are so nasty that I had to take my clothes are re wash them! Never ever again, y'all need to shut down and get some cleaning done read more

Sudz Coin Laundry - Disgusting as fuck - Laundromat Near Me - Sunnyvale, California

Owner has profiled and harassed me the last month and a half whenever I do my laundry. She comes out of the office with no mask on and just stares me down every step of my laundry. I've had to take pictures of my laundry the last times I've been here and had to confront and show them to the manager so she would let me grab my laundry. I don't know what her deal is or the man in the office that sends her to do his bidding. It's sad and pathetic to think they have nothing better to do than to shut off the change ma home for random people who they ASSUME aren't doing laundry, then they confront and question. Multiple people came in before and after me and the owner only profiled me and stopped me. I hope this place shuts down due to the poor, immature, unprofessional, dirty, unsanitary, non-social distancing nature of the owners. UPDATE. To the owner and lady who treats people with no regard, I am appalled at your so called apology. You're ridiculous excuses don't justify you harassing others. Seems like a recurring theme at this laundromat and I advise all to STAY CLEAR OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT if you don't want to be harassed or have your money taken. They'll just say some half ass apology to make themselves seem better than they are. read more

Very clean and fairly quiet during weekdays. There are clear instructions for first time users. Drums range from medium (30lbs) to large (50lbs). Coin machines works perfectly fine, ATM available on premises, soaps, fabric softeners, and sheets are always stocked. The owner and manager come by random time of the day to check everything which is nice. They are always friendly and ask if we need anything. I've only been here a handful of times, but I plan on coming every other week now. read more

$6.50 for the largest machines. It's 6.75 if you select heavy soiled. I used this size machine to wash 2 large blankets and I probably could have fit a few shirts in there as well. Clean laundromat in a nice location-it's flanked by a crepe restaurant and Longhorn's. There's also a 24hr fitness next door. There's a couple tvs on the wall and the usual change machine and soap dispenser. Other info: They have "Lucky wash which is you might get a $0.25 wash for every 25 wash cycles the machine does. $4.75 for the " 4 laundry basket " load $3.75 for 3 laundry basket load $2.00 for a small load (these are the ones in most apt complexes and I used to be able to do a week's worth of laundry using 2 of these machines). Dryers: $0.25 for the small dryer for 6 minutes. These apparently dry 30lbs $0.50 for the large 45lb dryer for the first 4 minutes and 0.25 for additional 4 minutes read more

I came here because my washer was temporarily not working. I love that they are opened everyday and have longer hours. Their prices are very reasonable! They have about 3-4 different sized washer and all of them only take about 25 minutes for one wash which is amazing!! It was super quick and I was in and out in no time! It was very convenient since I only had to do one load and was able to dry my clothes at home! Very convenient and close to my house which is even better when I'm in a pinch like that! They have an change machine and even have drinks and snacks machine available with decent prices hat aren't a rip off! I will definitely be back when I need to do laundry in cases of emergencies! read more

Clean and convenient. I wish there were more of the largest washing machines.

This location is always clean, the machines are quick, and it's not overly expensive. I like to go here because I can get in and out quickly and there is always availability on the machines. A hidden gem. Very convenient! read more

One load of wash is all I wanted to do at 9 PM. The person there told me that for one load of wash I would need to be there at 8:45. I'm a business traveler. I need to do laundry. It wouldn't of taken more than 45 minutes with their "high-efficiency machines". How ridiculous. Save your time save your money, go somewhere that's more reasonable. read more

Clean, efficient, friendly service. My wife and I tried out Sudz to do some very large loads. Their high capacity washers and dryers worked great and we found the place very clean. The service manager even took the time to explain to us how to work the washers and dryers efficiently and we appreciate that very much. read more

This review is only for the wash and fold service. First of all, you need to call ahead to arrange for drop-off; otherwise you might be there with a bunch of dirty clothes and nobody to receive them. It was $1.25 / pound and it requires a minimum of 12 pounds. And you also need to arrange a time for pick-up. That said they did a great job and they did it relatively quickly. I dropped 30 pounds of laundry off Friday at noon and it was ready by 8 pm. read more

Hi Al at Sudz Laundry, Soooo, I tried to drop off some laundry to take advantage of your awesome Wash and Fold service.... but no one was there and you weren't answering your phone (any of the four times I called). It's too bad, too, 'cuz your place is nice and not at all sketchy - unlike the laundromat I ended up going to because I needed my laundry done ASAP and you were MIA. This is just an idea, apparently a crazy one, but maybe if you're going to offer W&F between 8am and 3pm, you should actually *be there* between 8 and 3? Just sayin'.... I would have loved to have made you my regular laundry place since you're so close to my work and the price is right. But alas, my quest for decent W&F in the Bay Area continues.... read more

Good laundry service. Neat and cleaned. Good quality machines.

Best time to start wash is 6am weekdays. I been going to sudz for 8 years the owner would keep-up with cleanness. He would dust the ceiling, dust mop the floors, clean washers and dryers inside and outside. NOT SURE what happened but Sudz laundry is getting run down, out-of- order washer machines. Dirty washers and dryers. Floor look black and dirty. Television and ceiling have dust and cob webs. Disappointed, probably would be my last wash here ,Tuesday, September 7, 2021. read more

This is probably one of the worst laundromats I've been gone to wash my clothes. Who seems to be the owner has the worst customer service and made rude comments. I had come in with my cousin and her kids. And just like any kid out there, they can be a little on the energetic side. "Wow the kids are too loud, did you guys have sugar???!! Are you guys always like this." Comments like these are so unnecessary. We were there to wash our clothes, and do our thing and leave. But he also left came out again, but more aggressively when I was pushing my cousin down the cart, as we know wasn't ok. But his attitude and rude behavior was uncalled for. He could have approached the situation more gentle and calmer. And like I said, we understood we were wrong but his behavior was unprofessional. Side note: my clothes didn't dry at all! Was in the dryer for a good 30-40 mins. Also the games were very tricky and seemed to be so impossible to win. False advertisement isn't the way to go (: All in all, thanks for the horrible experience. I won't be back again. read more

Very rude owners. No social distancing at all. When asking about it I was told to mind my own business and I don't need to be there. There is way to many people in the laundry mat according to Santa Clara county ordnance concerning the square footage. I even saw the woman who runs the place chase after customers who were leaving without a mask on. Don't go here if you dont want to get COVID-19. read more

i just don't rlly like the vibes at all. the lady doesn't wear a mask and doesn't follow covid protocol. she talks pretty loudly without a mask and you can see her spit. she will contaminate all your laundry. they don't allow you to pay in cash, only quarters. yet they shut off the coin machine? read more

This place is expensive and there's not a whole lot of machines to use. The machine to change your money to coins doesn't accept bills easily. LASTLY THE LADY WHO SAYS SHES THE MANAGER OF THE LOCATION IS RIDICULOUSLY RUDE!! I politely asked if she can unlock the bathroom and from the looks of it she didn't want to do it so she said it was out of order. read more

Compared to a few laundromats in the area, Sudz is the best. Two TVs, clean facility, vending machines, plenty of clean washers and dryers, they leave the doors open for ventilation, change machines worked, carts for carrying laundry, seats, folding area. I'll come back again. read more

I have been using this laundromat weekly for 2 years. The place is tidy and uncrowded. The machines seem to be in good order as well. The change machines also come in handy as I don't always have enough quarters. Recently, the owner put up some signs reminding people to only buy quarters if they were going to do laundry onsite. Seems reasonable to me. The owner said they were having issues having the machines stocked with enough quarters for customers. The owner and 1 employee have always been polite, friendly, and helpful. Last week I saw the female employee get verbally attacked by some belligerent customers. She handled herself with calm good humor. read more

I go to this place to get my laundry done through their Wash and Fold service. They do a great job, and the price is very reasonable too. I am docking a star because the hours for pick up and drop off are very limited. But otherwise, I would recommend this place wholeheartedly. read more

This was my first time ever going to a coin laundry business. I was able to go in the establishment and obtain money from their ATM with a $2.50 service charge. I asked for $40 but it had an error and gave me $20, after it tendered my receipt it stated that it needed servicing. After I received my money , I used their change machine and received $20 in quarters. The machines varied in size and I had no problem fitting my king size quilt into the largest '6 Load' washer. After a good wash, the dryer was next and it was very sanitary and clean looking. The settings for both the units were quite easy to interpret and the wall signs also helped. I would certainly visit again. read more

The hours clearly said 10 pm and I arrived at 9 and the owner was very rude and sent us out an hour before closing. If you want to close at 9 then state it clearly in your hours. Very awful service. read more

Located in a large strip mall with a Shell on the corner. Ample parking and a breakfast joint next door. Small and clean with ample machines. For someone who will only be doing laundry here once or twice, I like using quarters as opposed to those cards where you load money to use machines and inevitably leave money in the card. They had an assortment of washing machines to handle 6 loads, 4 loads, triple loads and singles. Came before 10am on a Sunday morning and there were only a few people doing their wash at this time. Change machine that takes $1, $5, $10 and $20. There's also one of those generic ATMs on site. Used the 4 load machine which cost $4.75 in quarters. Dryers were 25cents for 6 minute increments. Pleasant experience for someone on the road. They only have 2 small folding tables and 4 rolling baskets so it would be a challenge using them if this place gets busy. read more

Always clean and tidy. I even left behind a whole load of clothes and only realized it a whole week later.. dont ask me how! The owner was super and returned my call and asked me to come over and handed off all my clothes in a neatly marked and dated bag. Apparently i am not the only one who leaves behind an entire load. The price is very reasonable and the wash is fantastic since most machines are like new. Note of warning though.. it gets really crowded on a Sunday .. but that shouldn't be a surprise, so choose to get there on a saturday read more

I like this facility, quick washes, and fairly clean. I've never seen someone who works there while I'm in there though. I think that's why the floor always looks dirty, there's no one there to sweep. But the walls, machines, and chairs always look super clean. I've used their 4-load washer and it's $4.75 for a heavy spiked load. $0.25 for 6 minutes in the dryer. Go early in the morning! Try to avoid lunch time, it gets crowded. read more

The laundry mat is immaculate! So clean and the machines are top notch. Very easy parking next to 24 hour fitness. Great place!

Went in here when it first opened. Met the owner, very nice man. I think it's been There for a year and it's as clean as it was the first day it opened. No rip off dryers where you keep putting quarters in and they never seem to dry. I've washed my bedding here a few times and they dry fast! Complaints about only a few tables, that's probably so people won't hang out here all day like they used to at Oasis. Going there right now as a matter of fact. OPEN at 6am on a Saturday, who can beat that!!! read more

Quiet, clean, reasonably priced. I even won a 25 cent wash! New machines. Hot dryers. Awesome.

Do not come to this laundromat. You are ensured a bad time. The change dispenser machine is lackluster, it took multiple times for it to accept my $10 bill. I only came to dry clothes, I used the bigger driers that they have available. In order to even get to use the dryer, you have to pay upfront 50 cents which only gives you 4 minutes (ridiculous), then you have to keep adding to get it to an ideal time. I ended up using all $10 dollars worth of quarters. And still, my clothes were not fully dry. I ended up just simply throwing away a bunch of socks that didn't dry, this place really sucks. Another gentleman was unable to get the change machine and suggested that it was a sign that it was not to do laundry. This place will make you feel the absolute worst about yourself. You're much better off hand washing and sun drying then wasting your time and hard earned money at this establishment. This place fails on a catastrophic scale in providing quality and service and succeeds in stealing your money. Do yourself a favor and stay away as far as you can from this establishment. read more

What can I say it's a laundry place. It's not idea to have to do your laundry in public but it happens. If your schedule permits go during the week before 2pm and you will have no problem getting machines. Don't over fill the washing machine or your clothes will not wash they will still be dirty. Trust me I had to learn the hard way. As far as drying my little secret is use the bottom dryers and put it on high. Once again don't not over fill the drying or you will need to stay longer because it will take more time and money to dry. Over this is my go to laundry facility. read more

First time on a Tuesday evening. Clean, well-maintained, uncrowded. No attendant. Sign says free wifi, but it was locked and there was no sign with the password. Parking lot a bit crowded but not too bad. More parking spaces around back. I wish there were some benches outside. There's plenty of room for them and it would be really nice. Nearly next door to The Longhorn Pit, an old skool steak and burger joint. This place will probably become a new routine -- laundry, then dinner at the Longhorn. read more
