This laundry is close to where I was staying. There are staff there to help occasionally, but you don't need to have most of the time since everything is well explained. There i a bill changer that works. The machines look to be in decent shape. It cost between 5.25 and 6.25 to do a load of laundry and then dryers are $.25 per cycle. You can get detergent and fabric softener here. There are a few sitting areas and of course a vending machine. There are bars on the door and window but otherwise it seems to be clean and functional inside. read more

Owner has profiled and harassed me the last month and a half whenever I do my laundry. She comes out of the office with no mask on and just stares me down every step of my laundry. I've had to take pictures of my laundry the last times I've been here and had to confront and show them to the manager so she would let me grab my laundry. I don't know what her deal is or the man in the office that sends her to do his bidding. It's sad and pathetic to think they have nothing better to do than to shut off the change ma home for random people who they ASSUME aren't doing laundry, then they confront and question. Multiple people came in before and after me and the owner only profiled me and stopped me. I hope this place shuts down due to the poor, immature, unprofessional, dirty, unsanitary, non-social distancing nature of the owners. UPDATE. To the owner and lady who treats people with no regard, I am appalled at your so called apology. You're ridiculous excuses don't justify you harassing others. Very clean and fairly quiet during weekdays. There are clear instructions for first time users. Drums range from medium (30lbs) to large (50lbs). Coin machines works perfectly fine, ATM available on premises, soaps, fabric softeners, and sheets are always stocked. The owner and manager come by random time of the day to check everything which is nice. They are always friendly and ask if we need anything. I've only been here a handful of times, but I plan on coming every other week now. read more

$6.50 for the largest machines. It's 6.75 if you select heavy soiled. I used this size machine to wash 2 large blankets and I probably could have fit a few shirts in there as well. Clean laundromat in a nice location-it's flanked by a crepe restaurant and Longhorn's. There's also a 24hr fitness next door. There's a couple tvs on the wall and the usual change machine and soap dispenser. Other info: They have "Lucky wash which is you might get a $0.25 wash for every 25 wash cycles the machine does. $4.75 for the " 4 laundry basket " load $3.75 for 3 laundry basket load $2.00 for a small load (these are the ones in most apt complexes and I used to be able to do a week's worth of laundry using 2 of these machines). I came here because my washer was temporarily not working. I love that they are opened everyday and have longer hours. Their prices are very reasonable! They have about 3-4 different sized washer and all of them only take about 25 minutes for one wash which is amazing!! It was super quick and I was in and out in no time! It was very convenient since I only had to do one load and was able to dry my clothes at home! Very convenient and close to my house which is even better when I'm in a pinch like that! They have an change machine and even have drinks and snacks machine available with decent prices hat aren't a rip off! One load of wash is all I wanted to do at 9 PM. The person there told me that for one load of wash I would need to be there at 8:45. I'm a business traveler. I need to do laundry. Clean, efficient, friendly service. My wife and I tried out Sudz to do some very large loads. Their high capacity washers and dryers worked great and we found the place very clean. Best time to start wash is 6am weekdays. I been going to sudz for 8 years the owner would keep-up with cleanness. He would dust the ceiling, dust mop the floors, clean washers and dryers inside and outside. NOT SURE what happened but Sudz laundry is getting run down, out-of- order washer machines. This review is only for the wash and fold service. First of all, you need to call ahead to arrange for drop-off; otherwise you might be there with a bunch of dirty clothes and nobody to receive them. It was $1.25 / pound and it requires a minimum of 12 pounds. And you also need to arrange a time for pick-up. That said they did a great job and they did it relatively quickly. I dropped 30 pounds of laundry off Friday at noon and it was ready by 8 pm. read more

Hi Al at Sudz Laundry, Soooo, I tried to drop off some laundry to take advantage of your awesome Wash and Fold service.... but no one was there and you weren't answering your phone (any of the four times I called). It's too bad, too, 'cuz your place is nice and not at all sketchy - unlike the laundromat I ended up going to because I needed my laundry done ASAP and you were MIA. This is just an idea, apparently a crazy one, but maybe if you're going to offer W&F between 8am and 3pm, you should actually *be there* between 8 and 3? Just sayin'.... This is probably one of the worst laundromats I've been gone to wash my clothes. Who seems to be the owner has the worst customer service and made rude comments. I had come in with my cousin and her kids. And just like any kid out there, they can be a little on the energetic side. "Wow the kids are too loud, did you guys have sugar???!! Are you guys always like this." Comments like these are so unnecessary. We were there to wash our clothes, and do our thing and leave. But he also left came out again, but more aggressively when I was pushing my cousin down the cart, as we know wasn't ok. But his attitude and rude behavior was uncalled for. He could have approached the situation more gentle and calmer. And like I said, we understood we were wrong but his behavior was unprofessional. Side note: my clothes didn't dry at all! Was in the dryer for a good 30-40 mins. Also the games were very tricky and seemed to be so impossible to win. There is way to many people in the laundry mat according to Santa Clara county ordnance concerning the square footage. This place is expensive and there's not a whole lot of machines to use. The machine to change your money to coins doesn't accept bills easily. LASTLY THE LADY WHO SAYS SHES THE MANAGER OF THE LOCATION IS RIDICULOUSLY RUDE!! I have been using this laundromat weekly for 2 years. The place is tidy and uncrowded. The machines seem to be in good order as well. The change machines also come in handy as I don't always have enough quarters. Recently, the owner put up some signs reminding people to only buy quarters if they were going to do laundry onsite. Seems reasonable to me. The owner said they were having issues having the machines stocked with enough quarters for customers. The owner and 1 employee have always been polite, friendly, and helpful. Last week I saw the female employee get verbally attacked by some belligerent customers. She handled herself with calm good humor. read more

Always clean and tidy. I even left behind a whole load of clothes and only realized it a whole week later.. dont ask me how! The owner was super and returned my call and asked me to come over and handed off all my clothes in a neatly marked and dated bag. Apparently i am not the only one who leaves behind an entire load. I like this facility, quick washes, and fairly clean. I've never seen someone who works there while I'm in there though. I think that's why the floor always looks dirty, there's no one there to sweep. But the walls, machines, and chairs always look super clean. I've used their 4-load washer and it's $4.75 for a heavy spiked load. $0.25 for 6 minutes in the dryer. Go early in the morning! Try to avoid lunch time, it gets crowded. read more

This was my first time ever going to a coin laundry business. I was able to go in the establishment and obtain money from their ATM with a $2.50 service charge. I asked for $40 but it had an error and gave me $20, after it tendered my receipt it stated that it needed servicing. After I received my money , I used their change machine and received $20 in quarters. The machines varied in size and I had no problem fitting my king size quilt into the largest '6 Load' washer. After a good wash, the dryer was next and it was very sanitary and clean looking. The settings for both the units were quite easy to interpret and the wall signs also helped. Located in a large strip mall with a Shell on the corner. Ample parking and a breakfast joint next door. Small and clean with ample machines. For someone who will only be doing laundry here once or twice, I like using quarters as opposed to those cards where you load money to use machines and inevitably leave money in the card. They had an assortment of washing machines to handle 6 loads, 4 loads, triple loads and singles. Came before 10am on a Sunday morning and there were only a few people doing their wash at this time. Change machine that takes $1, $5, $10 and $20. There's also one of those generic ATMs on site. Used the 4 load machine which cost $4.75 in quarters. Dryers were 25cents for 6 minute increments. Pleasant experience for someone on the road. They only have 2 small folding tables and 4 rolling baskets so it would be a challenge using them if this place gets busy. read more

Do not come to this laundromat. You are ensured a bad time. The change dispenser machine is lackluster, it took multiple times for it to accept my $10 bill. I only came to dry clothes, I used the bigger driers that they have available. In order to even get to use the dryer, you have to pay upfront 50 cents which only gives you 4 minutes (ridiculous), then you have to keep adding to get it to an ideal time. I ended up using all $10 dollars worth of quarters. And still, my clothes were not fully dry. I ended up just simply throwing away a bunch of socks that didn't dry, this place really sucks. Another gentleman was unable to get the change machine and suggested that it was a sign that it was not to do laundry. This place will make you feel the absolute worst about yourself. You're much better off hand washing and sun drying then wasting your time and hard earned money at this establishment. This place fails on a catastrophic scale in providing quality and service and succeeds in stealing your money. Do yourself a favor and stay away as far as you can from this establishment. read more

What can I say it's a laundry place. It's not idea to have to do your laundry in public but it happens. If your schedule permits go during the week before 2pm and you will have no problem getting machines. Don't over fill the washing machine or your clothes will not wash they will still be dirty. Trust me I had to learn the hard way. As far as drying my little secret is use the bottom dryers and put it on high. Once again don't not over fill the drying or you will need to stay longer because it will take more time and money to dry. Over this is my go to laundry facility. read more

Went in here when it first opened. Met the owner, very nice man. I think it's been There for a year and it's as clean as it was the first day it opened. No rip off dryers where you keep putting quarters in and they never seem to dry. I've washed my bedding here a few times and they dry fast! Complaints about only a few tables, that's probably so people won't hang out here all day like they used to at Oasis. Going there right now as a matter of fact. First time on a Tuesday evening. Clean, well-maintained, uncrowded. No attendant. Sign says free wifi, but it was locked and there was no sign with the password. Parking lot a bit crowded but not too bad. More parking spaces around back. I wish there were some benches outside. There's plenty of room for them and it would be really nice. Nearly next door to The Longhorn Pit, an old skool steak and burger joint. This place will probably become a new routine -- laundry, then dinner at the Longhorn. read more
