Very nice and clean laundromat. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are various size range of washers and walls of dryers making it for a quick and easy trip to do the chore we all hate the most. read more

Before I moved into a place with in unit washer and dryer I use to do my laundry on a weekly basis for many years. On less busy days and evenings I found the Oasis to be just that!...an Oasis! Friendly and helpful attendees and very clean and quiet environment. The washers and dryers were kept clean, inside and out and were well maintained. They have regular and large size washers. You can drop off your laundry and they will do it for you with care! I still go there to wash my comforters. It's sort of a gathering place for regulars. Great place to do your laundry! read more

Our apartment seldom has a working washer and dryer, so we decided to look for a place close by, and found Oasis Laundries. It's clean and well-organized with a lot of washers and dryers available when we went. You can also purchase detergent and dryer sheets at the front. It was a pretty fast process. We did about 5 loads of laundry and it only took 26 minutes to wash, and an additional 20 minutes to dry. You can wait in the car or go to Homegoods like we did! Overall, highly recommend and would go there again. read more

The business bills itself as a coin-op laundromat. You know what the business doesn't take or accept? Coins! What a waste of a trip and gas and time. Avoid this business with a such a deceptive advertising strategy. read more

It's clean, quiet during weekdays and upgrade by using the card instead of the coins. The lady very nice and helpful! read more

Oasis is the BEST! Just moved to the Bay Area and I wanted to find a laundry service as amazing as my old one. I found it! Service is amazing! My laundry is clean, folded, and ready to wear! Yay Oasis! read more

I appreciate this clean laundromat when I need to wash larger items (comforter, rugs, etc). They have washers of all sizes and tables for folding your clean laundry. Plus they're open pretty late so I can go after work. read more

My new silk blouse got ruined during the dry clean. There are 5 holes on it when I picked up. The store owner asked me to leave the shirt at the store and promised me she will compensate. However I haven't heard back from her since then. And the staff at the store told me they don't have the owners phone number. I can't find a way to talk to her. Worst experience ever l. read more

Clean and fast service. The employees are always nice. Cleanest laundry I've been to.

Haven't been here in so long and the laundry's/dryers are maintained super clean. The tables to fold your clothes are also super clean. What I love about the new change now is they offer a "Blue card" that is reloadable with your visa/credit/cash whatever you want. No more quarters which I hated carrying around!!! read more

They kind wash out king sized sheep skin mattress cover in their large machines. Friendly and helpful

I have used the full pick up/drop off wash and fold. The service is impeccable, consistent and reasonably priced. Roughly 60 lbs of laundry picked up washed, dried, folded and dropped off for $167. You can't beat that. The clothes are neatly packed, smell good and undamaged. It's a great service. I have gotten the service at least about 10 times and always have the same results. read more

I have used there cleaning services for my bedroom comforter in the past and recently dropped off a very large load of laundry for their wash, dry, fold services. It was basically everything my young teen daughters owns and they said it would be ready the next day. When I went to pick up, they couldn't find our order after searching for over 30-min, I was told our clothes might had been mixed in with other loads and was asked to rifle through 20+ bags of folders completed orders to "try to find" our clothes. Complete disaster. We recovered what we could (maybe 75% at best) and the employee just casually said "sorry." I asked to speak to the manager and she said she didn't have his number, "he just stops by sometimes." Unprofessional and unacceptable. I paid $55 to have our clothes lost. I'm not sure what next steps to take but will never return again and would caution anyone else to use their wash, dry, fold service. read more

Regular customer. They are not perfect hence I knocked off one star. Over all, I keep going back. Its been years now. Recommended.

Super clean and good prices, I haven't experienced a busy morning or night here since. Pleased with their machines

Once our washer/dryer needed repairs there was only one place to go. Friendly staff and reasonable turn around, this place was a lifesaver. So glad they were there for us in our time of need. read more

Lynn was amazing! I was time-pressed on getting my item dry cleaned (my own poor planning) and a little neurotic at the desk. Lynn was so patient and calm with me, offering to call as soon as it was in-hand. She reached out within minutes of when she expected the approximate arrival and seemed as happy as I was that I got the item in great condition and in such a timely manner. The quality of the cleaning was A+, the service so friendly, and I highly recommend to anybody in their area. I was lucky I chose them and would recommend to any of my friends. read more

As a foster parent to three teenagers, sometimes things get hectic. When they do, we have our laundry picked up for wash and fold. It's ALWAYS done well and in less time than promised. I also bring the table cloths and napkins from my neighboring dinners here. They get the napkins folded neatly like I could never accomplish! 10/10 would recommend. read more

Came here because my typical laundromat wasn't accepting cards (additionally, the coin machine was broken there so I was bummed). Another customer recommended that I go down the street to Oasis even though it was a bit on the pricier side. There are a heck of a lot more machines here and it feels very spacious. I also liked the location because I can walk around the shopping mall while I wait for the machines (the other place I go to is also in a strip mall, but there really isn't much to do besides sit in my car). Anyway, while Oasis is on the pricier side, I'm very happy with the convenient location and the availability of machines. read more

My machine broke down and fixing it sounds like will take awhile. I came to Oasis because of their proximity, and was able to wash all the large items pretty efficiently - For $9 or so. My entire laundry set including my daughters ended up being something like 80 pounds, and while I could have washed , dried and folded, I opted for them to do it. It was $2.39/pound and then $9 to deliver , wasn't cheap but worth it for the great job they did! They delivered just on time and packaged inedibly. And while almost $200 is a lot of $, and a lot can be saved by doing it yourself, convenience is incredible and nobody would have that much at once I think :)... def. Recommend ( and self serve machine are huge so u can probably fit all u need into 1-2 max, so might be able to do your laundry for $20, and save many hours as compared to tiny home ones read more

Oasis Laundries - So professional - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Mountain View, California

I have been doing a remodel for 5 months and have been without a washer dryer. I have used multiple pickup/delivery laundry services and most have lost my clothes or failed to deliver as expected. I have been really happy and surprised by Oasis Laundry. They have very flexible pick up times (on demand often) and deliver in 24 hours (and sometimes within 12!!). They have not lost anything. I've been impressed with them. I have also dropped off before and picked up and everything was great. So, for me, they have been the best laundry service I have tried. Others lost my clothes! Or even gave me other peoples clothes. read more

With my neighborhood dry cleaner going out of business, I had to find another place to clean our pillows and comforters. Luckily, Oasis was not too far away. The girl that helped me out was friendly and took great care of my items. In fact, she did not have to look at my ticket to know which items were mine! I really liked the turnaround time (24 hours)! Pricing seemed reasonable. read more

I have never used a wash-and-fold service before, but COVID pretty much forced me into it, as the communal, cold-water, always-broken "laundry" facility at my apartment complex wasn't going to cut it. Oasis have always been professional, courteous, affordable, and VERY fast. I appreciate how communicative they are (when necessary), and love that they have online scheduling, online payment, and no-contact delivery (I also deeply appreciate that their staff wears masks and gloves when they come to the door anyhow - it really shows how conscientious they are). I honestly don't know why I ever wasted hours of my day in my apartment's crappy "laundry" facility, and won't ever again thanks to Oasis. read more

Am in from out of town and anticipating I'll be stuck for a few extra days because of an impending storm on the east coast -- so I did some laundry to be ready! The reviewer tip below was so helpful about the place being hard to find -- enter the Marshall's/Rite Aid shopping center. Facing Rite Aid, turn right, then turn left, and Oasis will be on the left. It did not appear to me as a dump -- it was clean, and at 8:30am on a Saturday, almost deserted. I didn't have to wait for a machine or a cart; the machines and folding tables were also clean. I thought it was affordable, and when I did ask a few questions, was answered by someone who was very nice and helpful. No complaints here! read more

Would have been five stars, but lost a star for not fixing the row of six top-loading machines to the left of the service desk. This location has been consistently clean, well maintained, somewhat friendly and has adequate space for folding clothes for many years now. They have a polite little sign asking that only customers use the change machine. That's very reasonable. No attempt at change triage like Laundrolux in Campbell. read more

This laundromat is decent and gets the job done--Can't really complain since I already complain about having to drive to do laundry. The place is bigger than your average laundromat and the flip sides are there is ample parking, and is located in a plaza that has Nob Hill, 99 Ranch, Marshalls, and a bagel shop next door. You can browse other shops while waiting for your laundry. No need to be bored to death! Also a plus is that there's always an attendant on site. She's always cleaning the place so it's decently clean even though the machines aren't the newest. They really should sanitize the machines though, I'm not sure how often these public laundromats sanitize and I don't think i want to know! This place also gets SUPER busy on weekend mornings so I would avoid if I were you and go during the non-peak hours. Usually evenings clear up. Laundry can get pretty expensive here but I find that most places, these prices are pretty standard. read more

Prompt. Professional. Thorough. Good value. Delivery always with a smile and thank you.

I've been using them off and on for over 10 years. They do a pretty good job with the wash and fold. Very convenient for a busy person

Great place to get your laundry done! Our nearby apartment complex recently closed our laundry room temporarily, and management suggested that we get our laundry done elsewhere in the meantime, so we decided to get our laundry done here. It's a bit pricey (as in, I wouldn't full-service my laundry here every weekend), but the people here are hard-working, very kind and considerate, careful, and the quality of their work (washing, drying, and folding) is totally deserving of the cost. read more

Thank you Oasis for your wonderful service. I think I won't replace my washer and dryer that died two weeks ago. You picked up and returned my laundry the same day. The price is reasonable and saves water/energy costs on my end. I have my Saturdays available for rest and relaxation after a long week working two jobs. read more

This place is one of the cleanest and safeest Laundromat that i have been at. I just go there for the water. Great price and service. Now they have alkaline water at less than 1/4 the price of SmartWater. Love it.
