    Dirty floors
    Julian W.

This place used to be nice and clean and machines functioning. In the last year it's gone down hill. Every two machines are down with signs. I've messaged the management number and spoke about how dirty it was but I believe they just blamed it on being busy. The last time I washed, I took the photos and grabbed the broom and swept the floors and took my antibacterial wipes from the car and wiped down all the folding tables. It's really sad that it's not being kept up. I hope the city doesn't shut them down. Also homeless issues with people hanging out in and around charging their phones and drinking.

This coin-op laundromat is perhaps a touch expensive, but everything worked and worked well.

Love the turn around on the wash-n-fold service. Helpful tip: they will pick up in Mountain View. Saves a trip to San Jose.

Vogue Cleaners does a great job and they keep their word. I came to Luke with several blazer jackets that had been either ruined or improperly cleaned by Green and Fresh Cleaners on Rengstorff. There were two blazers where Green and Fresh put NEW stains on my jackets, and you can see they were clearly put there with their ironing press, because the press marks are in the exact same place on both jackets. Those jackets sadly were ruined, but there was a cream white blazer that looked grey and dingey after it was cleaned by Green and Fresh, and Luke told me he might be able to fix it. I had one other grey double breasted blazer that had stains that were NOT removed after Green and Fresh "cleaned" it, and Luke also said he'd work on removing those stains. For the cream white one, he told me if he couldn't fix it, he'd waive the charge. A week later I came to pick up my two blazers and lo and behold, the old stains on the grey double breasted blazer were gone! Imagine that, bringing your blazer to be dry cleaned and the stains actually getting removed. Vogue Cleaners successfully got the job done and removed the stains, when Green and Fresh could not. For the cream white blazer, there was still a subtle greyish tint to it, but honestly Luke made it so much better that it's at least wearable again. Because he wasn't able to get it back to its original state, he kept his word and waived the charge. I will be coming back to this shop because they take their work seriously and treat their customers fairly. I've been going to the same dry cleaners Green and Fresh Cleaners on Rengstorff for years and know the family there. As a result even though I frequently noticed subpar results, (e.g. I pay for the dry cleaning but all the original the stains on my items are still there), I just assumed the they had done their best but the stain was "too tough" to remove. I let it go on too long. I even started to question, what's the point of dry cleaning when it either makes the stains worse or my clothes look the same before and after cleaning. The answer is, Green and Fresh don't do the cleaning themselves and don't care if they damage your items. When I talked to the owner's son and asked him how often they replace or check their solvent, he told me he didn't know because he doesn't do the cleaning and brushed me off, even after their dirty solvent had turned my cream white blazer into a greyish white blazer. When I questioned why my blazers looked worse and were damaged from the cleaning process, he gaslighted me and acted as if they had nothing to do with it, like "not my problem." No apology, no offer to waive the cleaning fee or compensate me for the damaged items. It wasn't until I went home, angry and shocked at how I was treated, and then finally came to my senses and went back and demanded the refund because they had not only ruined two jackets but also improperly cleaned the other two, that he gave me the full refund. It was so disappointing, how the entire situation was handled. Fifteen years of trust and repeated business from me-- broken in 15 minutes. Luke, on the other hand, listened to my concerns, empathized with the situation, offered solutions, and knew exactly what I was talking about when I talked to him about the solvent, because he understands the dry cleaning process and manages the machines himself. That's what you need when you go to a dry cleaner. Knowledge, honesty, and a dedication to great customer service. Highly recommend Vogue Cleaners, and especially Luke.

I have never been to a dry cleaner that doesn't tell you that the clothes are still dirty. I waited almost 5 minutes for someone to come out. He was on the phone and wouldn't stop talking on the phone when talking to me. He accused me of accusing him of staining the clothes. There was a stain that wasn't there when I dropped it off. It could have a been a discussion. Aggressive customer service is not a good look. For $17 for 1 piece of clothing I will go elsewhere. I do not understand how this dry cleaner stays in business.

Wish I read the reviews on this establishment regarding alterations prior to dropping off my pants…read more My regular alteration girl was out of town and I needed to get my new pants hemmed. I've dropped off my dry cleaning here before but never for used this establishment for alterations. Here's the story: I came in- tried the pants on- he took note of where it should be hemmed. And this is where there was some confusion. He communicated to me that my pants were the newer type and they are very long and I agreed with him. - drop the pants off - nothing of note Upon picking up the pants I noticed it was indeed still longer at the bottom. So I said hey what ever I'll bring them back and get it sort out. Today I just went in and the owner became very huffy and puffy. Accusing me of saying "keep the pants long" and me "disagreeing" with making them shorter. If this is indeed true, he needs to learn how to communicate more effectively because I've worn dope zegna, Ted baker, and crew suits for a number of years; so I'm a creature of habit when it comes to tailoring my clothes. So I have somewhat of an idea of what needs to be done to my alterations to "look sharp" I had to cut him off from his confrontational tone and just say "hey it was obviously a miscommunication so what's the next step. How can I expedite the process." He recommended I pay for the tailor again. Which is valid, although there was no real effort into customer service he just kept reminding me he was losing money. (Which honestly I've dropped my suits off here (and by far; the price exceeds the value of service) I used to live in mv, before I moved to Hawaii. I came back and my favorite dry cleaner (willy- where posh bagels is now) is gone. 1 star - for confrontation, service, and when I got my pants back. There was like a staple of some sort from the ticket / alteration mark. I will come back to do another alteration or dry cleaning to add any more stars although I doubt I will.
