I ignored her because she works for the customers and not for us to wait for her to finish, I also have things to do. She typically mops around 3 hours before closing with bleach and assaulted me with the mop almost putting bleach on my 600$ all black sneakers. I could care less about the shoes but it's the principles of harassing customers about cleaning where machines are being used. Today as I write this she blocks me from getting my clothes that I placed into a machine before she even was at the store, and got mad at me for trying to access my clothes where she had mopped. Again I don't work for her so I will not wait 30 mins on top of waiting the 30 mins it's takes for me to wash the clothes. As I place a load of clothes into the dryer I go back to get a second bunch of clothes and she completely puts her food blocking me from getting my white clothes from the second machine I put my clothes in. She had a history of harassing other customers while machines are in use stating that she needs it to be clean for the next day but she's mopping during rush hours. For the owners of this store I suggest you fire this lady or have a serious conversation with her regarding her actions of harassment. I've been a loyal costumer at Dave's for about 3 years now and have never had a problem until now. I will not be coming back ever to this place ! The machines, both the washers & dryers, are very modern and equipped with touchscreen operations; and furthermore, they're grouped by the loads of your washes, Low, Medium to High. You don't smell that typical laundromat odors within the smaller & older laundromats. You could find everything you need, should you need them , like laundry detergents or fabric softeners, or you can use their Wash-&-Fold service. They even got a money payday cashing service on the premise. If you need some laundry service, this is a good option.

We did not recognize the staff tonight, and they were being very rude and even started yelling. I put my final load in to dry around 10:40 and paid for the dryer with no issues and no inquiries from staff when we arrived. Upon closing a male staff member started yelling my family, and called me "boy", started insulting me and calling me names and asking me in a very rude way to leave. He even began boasting about being a Panamanian immigrant living in the USA for 30 years, and called me illegal (which I find humorous because I've been here my entire life and he just assumed my residency status because of my Mexican heritage). One of the other staff members tried to intervene and was thrown around by the fellow violently against the dryers as he shoved her out the way. No respect for customers or workers. I always frequent this laundromat but after this experience I'll have to take my business elsewhere. No idea if it's under new management, as I did not recognize these employees that have replaced the usual ladies. Absolute horrid batch of new staff.

I can't imagine how much more stuff they would've stolen if they would have not been a worker around. Put quarters in for 40 minutes and everything dried. These were cotton sweatshirts too so dryers definitely work. It was $0.25 for each 5 minutes so $2. If I dropped a piece of clothing, I didn't feel gross about picking it up off the floor. The washers come in different sizes and prices, so I was able to do fewer loads.
