Need to fixed my pants it was awesome highly recommended to my friends and colleagues definitely will be back

I wanted to give Courtesy Cleaners a shot and I think you should too! I'll begin by saying the staff I interacted with were all extremely nice and I felt they cared about me as a customer and the clothes I brought in. They were able to clean and press my suit in a reasonable time for a reasonable price. I'll definitely come back for more service needs from them! read more

Courtesy Cleaners - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Mountain View, California

The lady dry cleaned my jacket and it turned out very nice. I had to pay extra for a fast turnaround too

I found Courtesy Cleaners shop from the yelp. With the high review ratings, I thought it should be a great cleaner shop. However, it doesn't do the job at all! I have 6 clothes cleaned at the shop, and my husband helped me to get the cleaned clothes back today. When I checked the sweaters at home, the stains are still there and not get cleaned at all!! They charged me $80 for 6 pieces of clothing but the very basic cleaning job is not done! Very disappointed service! read more

Ironed shiny areas into my nice clothes. Did not even iron my nice clothing. Very bad experience. Stay away!

Quick and efficient and very knowledgeable on army uniforms for alterations and tailoring

Courtesy Cleaners is the best dry cleaner in Mountain View! I've been coming to this dry cleaners for about 10 years to get my dress clothes dry cleaned. Ann has always been awesome. It's great to find a local business who takes great care of you. Their prices are super reasonable and they do great work, I'd recommend them to anyone! read more

Courtesy Cleaners - My family and Ann from Courtesy Cleaners! The best dry cleaning near me! - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Mountain View, California

I came by in September 2021 to get my husband's dress shirt and tie dry cleaned. The last time he wore it was for an event in December 2020 (ah, pre-pandemic gatherings). The collar of his shirt had some sweat stains and the tie had some oil stains from food. I showed the items to Ann and she said it wouldn't be a problem to get out the stains. I believe getting both items dry cleaned was approximately $12. Ann asked me to pay cash upfront, which I was fine with since it wasn't a high amount. Normally I'd prefer to pay after completion of services. I wanted to support local small businesses and was happy to pay with cash instead of credit card. I dropped off the items on a Saturday afternoon and they were ready by the following Wednesday. I think if you were in a hurry, you could probably pay a fee for expedited services. I will likely come back to get other things dry cleaned if needed since this is in a convenient location with fair pricing. read more

I've been coming to this location for years and the quality of service has been phenomenal. Ann is very sweet and great with her customers, and it helps that she is a veteran herself, so she has great familiarization with military uniforms. It's been a great way to save time from having to shop for items like ranks and service strips which she readily has available. I would recommend to EVERYONE! read more

Courtesy Cleaners - Alameda County Fairgrounds 9/11 Memorial Service. (Me: leading front with rifle). - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Mountain View, California

A great place to take your things for your dry cleaning/professionally washing needs. They do a great job tailoring too - I took multiple pants during my pregnancies, and recently got one jean hemmed with an inner slit (which is not easy). The cherry on top is that they are a mom and pop shop, and the owner, Ann is very kind, cheerful, and empathetic. Thank you for the years of service! read more

I needed my Army Service Uniform tailored and put together since the pieces I received from Marlow White required sewing. I was recommended by a friend from my unit here in Mountain View and I was impressed with the quality of the service I received and the end result of my uniform. Ann did a great job fitting the uniform and doing minor adjustments even on the day I picked it up. I required a quick turnaround for my uniform as the shipping was delayed and they were able to get it squared away in just a couple of days. Will definitely be coming back here in the future for both my military and civilian tailoring needs. read more

Service was great and felt very personal. Price is reasonable for the area. Turnaround was quick

Great customer service! Super convenient and was ready within a few weeks of drop off!

We've tried this place out for a couple different items. Pros: They did a great job with dry cleaning and pressing dress pants, sweaters and shirts without stains. Cons: They did a 2 star job on a tie, mainly because they didn't press the tie correctly after cleaning. It looks unpressed in some areas and pressed at the wrong angle in others. Would not trust for tie cleaning in the future. read more

Had good experiences with their dry cleaning services. But today's experience totally upsets me... Last week, I picked up some dry cleaned clothes and dropped off a pair of good jeans to be hemmed. I asked Ann to do a raw hem, 1.5 inch. I went to pick up the jeans today and asked to try them on, length was perfect, but the hem was kind crooked... I asked her if she can fix it and she said ok. I thought maybe it's easier to just hem it, so I politely asked if she can hem it, and I'm willing to pay extra for her time. I'm not trying to get a perfect straight line, I just feel like the hem could use more work. She suddenly got mad and told me to do it somewhere else, she said she can't deal with a picky and detailed person like me. I should go to another shop and pay more if I want perfect service...? She also said I was "MEAN" because I gave her a hard time when I picked up my stuff last week. I got really confused, all I can recall was I took the jacket out and asked with my boyfriend to make sure that's the way he want to fix it. He confirmed then we left. I'm sorry if I made it look like I was giving you a hard time but I swear I was not! I didn't say anything mean or complain to you! I just expected a different way to fix it and wanted to confirm with my boyfriend. Ann, I understand things seem small to me can matter to you. That's why I feel sorry if I made you feel bad last time. But today, all I did was trying to communicate with you, ask you nicely. But you just kept blaming me for what I didn't intend to do last time... ALSO, if I asked for something you can't do, you can explain how it should work or give me some other suggestions instead of trying to kick me out, because I'm not familiar with all the techniques! You can chose not to do business with me but there is a more polite way to say it. read more

They are really great about alterations and dry cleaning. They do a good job with alterations for military uniforms.

Great customer service and affordable dry cleaning. The clothes are cleaned, organized, and returned in a timely manner as they promised. It is a hidden gem! Please support them to keep the shop opens. The only thing is hard to spot, especially with the construction going on around the area. You need to take a detour to get to it. Overall, I highly recommend this place. read more

The place where I got my uniforms tailored before was closed due to Covid... fortunately I found this hidden gem. Most places do not know how to work with military uniforms or know the regulations. The owner here was most familiar, answered my questions, and knew what I needed. Big recommend! read more

I have been trying to find someone local to alter/tailor my Marlow White Army Service Uniform for quite a while. This place is a hidden gem just next to Moffett. Parking is super easy. Ann was very helpful; she is prior service and knows all the regulations. She also made some tailoring suggestions that made the fit of the uniform a lot better. All the work was top notch - I will be going back for my tailoring needs and once we get the new AGSUs! read more

Such a hidden gem for dry cleaning! I came to this place since it's nearby my work and my usual dry cleaners are closed by the time I get home from work. I brought in couple of things that were time-sensitive for an engagement party, but Ann was able to get it done fast! I brought some of my dad's clothes in (shirt, slacks, ties) and some of my own (dress and sweater) on Tuesday afternoon to be done before Friday. She was able to get all of my dad's stuff completely clean and ready to go AND my stuff as well by Thursday! Everything looked freshly pressed and clean, all the stains were gone! The pricing was also not bad (~$40 for 6 items), so...this might become my new go-to dry cleaning place after all. Thank you for your friendly and quick service, Courtesy Cleaners!! :) read more

The best in the Bay, Ann & her husband treat their customers like family, they are always welcoming, their alterations & dry cleaning are perfectly done and always ready for pick up at the agreed time & date. I have not found better pricing for the same care & service anywhere else. We love Courtesy Cleaners & highly recommend! read more

Ann is terrific. She goes out of the way to accommodate, is friendly, pays attention to details, and is a former Soldier who knows uniforms. I highly recommend this business! read more

I'm not someone who regularly gets dry cleaning done, but this place is amazing. Ann is so nice to all of her customers - I was so impressed on my first visit here when she would greet other customers by name as they walked in. They totally saved me tonight - the zipper on my winter coat broke just two days before my flight to Chicago and I was kind of panicking a bit. I came in here, and they fixed it up for me for $9 in just 15 minutes, while I sat on their couch chatting with Ann. I was so impressed with that amazing speed and level of service! I also came here one other time for a standard cleaning of dress shirts, which was simple and easy. While I don't have a personal need to come here very often, any time I do have the need for a cleaner or alteration, I'm not planning on going anywhere else. And if you're someone looking for a regular dry cleaner, you should definitely choose Courtesy Cleaners! read more

Courtesy Cleaners clearly doesn't need any more 5 star reviews, but I couldn't help myself. This is a perfect example of why I love well run family owned businesses. I have had a number of skirts and, most recently, a cocktail dress altered here. Their attention to detail is impeccable! The dress fit me like a glove at the wedding I attended. I'm honestly writing this review not because of their excellent dry cleaning and alteration services but because of their attention to detail. After altering and dry cleaning my dress, they attached three safety pins to the tag on the inside of my dress. Initially I didn't know what they were for :). Then my cousin needed Bobby pins to hide and secure her bra in place under her dress at the wedding. These Bobby pins would have helped me ensure my dress and strapless bra were secured to a tee. Since my dress was altered so well, I didn't need these pins. But they came in handy anyway! Rock on Courtesy Cleaners. You are my go to place for as long as I live in the area. read more

This place is Military friendly; Ann knows all the aspects on the uniforms if you need to have any alterations done. My co-worker recommended to place to me, and I wasn't disappointed. I walked in and asked to get my uniform tailored thinking it was too large. Ann took the time to spot-check my uniform, only to find that it fitted just fine. Thanks for the time! :X Save your trip to Camp Parks or Liggit. Drop off your uniforms here for alterations. read more

I found Courtesy Cleaners through YELP! and I have to say that their cleaning rates are probably one of the lowest in town! I recently got married and thus, had to look for a place to clean my wedding dress. I was planning to donate my dress, thus, I just needed a place that could clean the dress and didn't care much for the "dress-preservation" service. Since the dress had to be ship to Portland (where the donation place was), I even told them that I didn't need pressing, just cleaning! I took my dress there on a Friday morning and there was a young asian man who took the dress (and gave me a receipt) but he couldn't give me a price for the charge. A woman named Ann, later called me and quoted me $60 for the dress cleaning. WOW, so cheap!! (YAY!!!). She told me it should be ready in a week (she said, came by next Friday, should be done!). I didn't come until 3 days after the promised date and I met Ann in person. She was very very sweet and friendly and she told me that she decided to press my dress and she just finished it that morning. She didn't charge me extra and asked me to just pay her $60 (the quoted price). She said the pressing made the dress a lot nicer...ok, thank you Ann! (but in my head, well, if I would have come by on Friday, I guess, my dress was not ready yet???? a phone call to let me know of the delays would be nice!!) Unfortunately, my dress had a lace corset back and I forgot to ask for the "lace/string" back from them upon picking up my dress (they forgot to return it to me). I called Ann and she said she had to look for it!!! and would call me back. Ann never called me back but I called her the next day and she said she had the lace/string and asked me to pick it up. When I picked up the lace/string, unfortunately, it wasn't the correct lace!! (yeah, I started to get nervous and annoyed, honestly!). Ann told me she would check again with her husband and mentioned that they had two dresses with lace/string, so they might have accidentally gotten swapped. Ann said she would call me!!! and she never did! A few days later, I called to check about the lace/string and Ann said they found it. I went back and picked it up and this time, it was the correct one!!! pheeeewwwwwhh!! Overall, regarding the cleaning, they did a great job! The bottom of my dress had lots of dirts due to dragging it on the floor for photos at the garden/outdoors. In addition, the dress was a floor sample, meaning some people tried it on before and perhaps there were some additional dirts/blemishes (though not very noticeable). When I got the dress back, it was sparkling clean and there was no damage to the dress (my dress was fully beaded on the top with fluffy ruffly organza bottoms), I was very very satisfied with how well the cleaning service was. However, I wish that they would have paid a bit more attention to detail regarding the lace/string as it was certainly an important part of the dress!!!! Courtesy cleaner is locally owned, so I would like to support them as a local business. I will come back for cleaning service but I just have to keep in mind that they may not be best for rush/timely service. read more

For any dry cleaning or alteration needs I highly recommend Courtesy Cleaners. Ann is amazing to work with and so talented. Especially if you have any needs relating to uniforms for military or first responders or civil air patrol or anything they really know their stuff, especially since I believe Ann herself served. Not only is their work amazing, they foster relations and for example she took initiative to coordinate some uniform donations from Air Force personnel to Civil Air Patrol. read more

All the things you want in a dry cleaner. Quick, delivers as promised and CLEAN! Not sure what else to say except I was impressed that they remembered me 3 days later. Whether you bring one shirt (like me) or a laundry bag of stuff you get treated like a king. Oh, and shhhhh. Don't tell them that it's also the best value in town or they'll raise their prices. I seldom need things dry cleaned since I'm only in town for work but when I do you can rest assured that I'll be bringing my dirties here! read more
