New staff, and management. I went about a week ago to wash clothes and the lady is moping while there are customers washing their clothes and barricading them from accessing and getting their clothes from the washing machines. I ignored her because she works for the customers and not for us to wait for her to finish, I also have things to do. She typically mops around 3 hours before closing with bleach and assaulted me with the mop almost putting bleach on my 600$ all black sneakers. I could care less about the shoes but it's the principles of harassing customers about cleaning where machines are being used. Today as I write this she blocks me from getting my clothes that I placed into a machine before she even was at the store, and got mad at me for trying to access my clothes where she had mopped. Again I don't work for her so I will not wait 30 mins on top of waiting the 30 mins it's takes for me to wash the clothes. As I place a load of clothes into the dryer I go back to get a second bunch of clothes and she completely puts her food blocking me from getting my white clothes from the second machine I put my clothes in. She had a history of harassing other customers while machines are in use stating that she needs it to be clean for the next day but she's mopping during rush hours. For the owners of this store I suggest you fire this lady or have a serious conversation with her regarding her actions of harassment. I've been a loyal costumer at Dave's for about 3 years now and have never had a problem until now. I will not be coming back ever to this place ! I also tried calling the number but it said the line is disconnected. Please reach out to me or I will be contacting my lawyers regarding this place. read more

Dave's Laundromat - Worker harassing me and blocking me refusing to let me get my clothes. - Laundromat Near Me - Mountain View, California

Dave's Laundromat is a clean & safe place to wash your clothes. Woman owned! I will support this business. They do have a new cleaning system in place. I personally like coming here because it is so clean. I have seen the owner cleaning the machines herself. Plus she is very helpful. Dave's 5 stars. read more

I really like this laundromat because it is self service, clean, & easy to get in and out. I also appreciate that I feel safe going here alone as a woman. Whenever I see the owner she says hello and asks me if I need anything. I have been going here for years and am never disappointed. read more

Wow, my wife and I thought she was the only person being harassed at this location, but it turns out several others have had the same experience with the lady who works at night. If you'd like to file a complaint with the owner about her, you can call (408) 335-5666 -- this is the number to one of her other businesses. You can leave a message with the staff, and they'll pass it along to the owner. The workers at Scotty's Laundromat are very kind; I just don't go to that location because they close early. I'll be posting a picture of my wife's experience, along with another woman's story about being harassed by the same lady everyone's been talking about. Please understand that this post is not meant to bash the company. Like my wife said, it's a great place to get your clothes clean -- which is why we've been coming here for years. It would have been 6 years in September 2025, but we stopped going because of that employee. I'm sharing this to warn others and help make this laundromat a peaceful place again. like it was during the first 4-5 years I came here. read more

I went to this laundromat and the lady cleaning there noticed I kept putting my credit card into the dryer and the machine was shutting off well before time. I fed almost $20 in total :( she told me to leave a note for management explaining the situation, which I did along with my business card. It's been almost a week and no reply. Do not bring your laundry here! The machines eat your money. I ending up leaving with my clothes still wet and management doesn't care and is non responsive. read more

Joke of a business. Girlfriend did laundry here and left behind an article of clothing. So i go back to find it and there's nobody there to help. their listed phone number leads to nowhere. the contact us form got no response. the owners list their phone numbers for emergencies. they go straight to voicemail. absolutely non existent customer service. not only that but the machines are grossly overpriced. I'll be sticking with el camino laundromat from now on even though it's further away. If Sandy or Mike could respond and help me out maybe i'll give them 5 stars! read more

Dave's Laundromat - Sandy and Mike don't answer their phones despite nobody working there - Laundromat Near Me - Mountain View, California

This place has a horrible history for customers being harassed, the lady had a big attitude with customers using machines so she can clean during rush hours. 100% do not recommend this place. Save yourself the stress and hassle and choose to wash your clothes by hand before even considering coming to this place. read more

Old lady harassing customers, there is no number to call it leads to a dead line. Please fix this ASAP, i will no longer be coming to Dave's. She's ruining the owners business. read more

I don't normally write Yelp review but when I do it's for a good reason. I came in to Dave's laundromat today and found the place absolutely immaculate. The machines are completely adequate and not too expensive. This laundromat is located in a shopping center and has stores all around it which is wonderful. The machines are fully automated and can accept a variety of payment methods including change. I can't tell you it's such a pleasure to find a place like this. This is not my area where I live I was just in the area today and had my laundry with me and had a few hours to kill. What a wonderful place if I'm ever in the area again with a bag full of laundry I'll be sure and stop by. read more

The old lady working there was harassing me while I was trying to wash my clothes, this has happened multiple times and every single time it's the same thing. Definitely do not recommend this place. read more

Great place to do laundry, just wish it was easier to get a key to the bathroom There isn't a number to call that I saw or an email, can get kind of dicey at night The large dryers and washers are great however, and I love that the take card and coins. read more

This laundromat is normally pretty good, especially with the multi load washers. Although my brother and I have both had some issues with the dryers. When you set them for a certain time 45-60 or so, they seem to only put 5 or 10 minutes so we will have to add more time. Although we pay for the full 45 or 60 minutes it doesn't apply to the time. We're unsure if we're getting charged correctly, which is the downside to this place. read more

I would give it 0 stars if I could ! We were so excited to try this laundromat out because it's literally behind our place. We have washers and dryers in our apartment unit but they are not big enough for comforters. So we came here on a Sunday/Monday night I can't remember exactly. We put our comforter with our sheets to wash and waited in the car. I do want to point out coming in here it was dirty AF, not just dirty, the little machines were all broken, there was crap everywhere, on top of the washers, in the sink, but whatever we were already here and had to wash our comforter. 30 min later we come and wait by the washer as it says it has 1 min left. It's spinning. While waiting for it to finish we see a cockroach coming out of the little crevices, I am terrified of bugs, yes I understand I am probly 20x there size but I have this phobia that I can't shake. I started freaking out and my fiancé stepped in to take the things out of the washer while I kept a look out. Once you take one of these home, forget it ! While taking out the things from the washer we notice there is another disgusting looking thing crawling on the floor. I wanted to fkn throw up and run out of there. We had no choice but to have to dry out things there as there w no other laundromat near by that we could go to. We wiped down the dryer with Clorox wipes and hoped for the best. I will never, ever go back to this place. It is so disgusting, they need to clean it up and put some sprays/chemicals for bugs ! Please see pictures ! We used to live in San Jose and went to Marco Polo laundry, that is heaven compared to this place. It is definitely a drive but will make it, not looking for any other places around. read more

It's a clean and nice laundromat but not responsible. The laundromat closed before midnight 11:30. My clothes was drying had 15 minuetes but the doors locked. I had to return at 5am when it opens to pick it up read more

I am giving 3 stars because the 1st time I came here it was cleaner, I used coins, and had an overall good experience; though I could not get into the restroom and really needed to go gotta go gotta go right now, gotta go gotta go gotta go.,. The 2nd time I looked forward to using the app to pay, so I didn't need to use coins~ I did not being cash or coins as I thought the app would work.... I loaded my laundry, put the detergent in, then followed the steps to get the app and pay- It said the washer numbers I used had an error and to try a different one.... I tried every single number available and got the same error message. I had to leave as the last wash was at 11pm And it was about 10:40 and was not enough time to go very cash somewhere and come back and finish all the washing I wanted to do. Very frustrating. Also the place was pretty trashed (it was much cleaner the first time) but I guess it's because it was a weekend and late at night? Anyway- how lazy can you be? Not the people that own the place, but the people washing their clothes.... they literally just threw stuff all over the floor when there is a trash can. Also, the closest open place (till 2 am) was a 20 minute drive away, I drove there..... arrived just after 11pm, and that place was closed. I'll be doing my laundry elsewhere tomorrow. read more

Dexter pay it works only for the washers and not the dryers. I had to double test this several times to make sure. What an awful system. So bring quarters or you're in trouble. Great place otherwise and very spacious and welcoming. read more

Very nice and very affordable thank you for doing this because life is a challenging task we all have to face on daily basis. Will help down the road with your needs as well! read more

This is my go-to Laundromat. I have been coming here for almost an year. There are many machines and All of them are maintained well. Everything is so clean. They have recently upgraded their machines. Also there is a wifi. I would bet that this is the only Laundromat that opens at 5 am in the morning till midnight. Unlike other Laundromats, I don't have to worry about my last wash at this location. read more

This is an excellent establishment. Much to my pleasant surprise everything was neat and clean and everything was in shipshape and functional. When I needed additional Sandy was there to help immediately and then to call back and make sure everything was A OK. You do not find this kind of excellence in other places Great place and great job read more

Coin machines are operable during the coin shortage, varying prices for washers, dryers are a lot cheaper, overall a very enjoyable experience. read more

It's in a plaza, has a variety of size of washers, if you forget your dryers sheets and soap you can buy some, very clean, recently remodeled, has great hours, friendly, thoughtful and good owner, has a coffee shop across the parking lot with good coffee, has WiFi (both laundromat and coffee shop), folding tables, lots of wheel-carts for your Rachel & Ross moments. I got 6 loads of laundry done in 2 hours easily on a Sunday morning and I had coffee while checking my email. Ideal spot! They're looking to install card options but for now they have two cash changers for your quarters. The washing is more expensive than the dryers (price varies according to size of washing machine- xxx large for $8, xx large for $6.25 (I think?), x large for $2.75-$3.25, and so forth. Great value considering the size of loads you can do and the dryers are also huge and powerful. Lots of options for low and high heat and it's just generally a pleasant experience. Highly recommend! read more

Great new Laundromat in Mountain View! The service is great and quick. Highly recommend.

I am so happy I discovered this Laundromat! I just moved to the area and I was nervous about finding a reliable place to do laundry (I've had poor experiences in the past). The machines are reliable and the owner is so friendly! I have and will continue to recommend this place to everyone. read more
