She pressed the start button and assured me that the machine was working. I explained the issue and asked if I could move to another machine. She instructed me to wait for 7 minutes till the 2 coins time dryer before moving to the other machine. However, I didn't want to wait for 7 minutes cus I got to go home to drop off my groceries. I asked if she could stop the machine and return the two quarters so I could put my laundry in and leave. Of course, she threw the two quarters onto the tables. What an attitude! I've been using this laundry mat for a year, and it was always very early in the morning, so I've never encountered anyone at the counter. This was my first experience with them, and I'm definitely not returning. To share this experience so other people expect the customer service there.

The machines, both the washers & dryers, are very modern and equipped with touchscreen operations; and furthermore, they're grouped by the loads of your washes, Low, Medium to High. You don't smell that typical laundromat odors within the smaller & older laundromats. You could find everything you need, should you need them , like laundry detergents or fabric softeners, or you can use their Wash-&-Fold service. They even got a money payday cashing service on the premise. If you need some laundry service, this is a good option.

There were plenty of washers wide open with no one waiting for a washer, so don't use that excuse especially since you weren't there. Don't be disrespectful and condescending - have better customer service.

They can clean your garments, blankets and anything else for you. All you need to do is drop off. Our King sized comforter was $26 to clean and the process was so simple. I walked in and went straight to the back to talk to the workers who said they could have it ready for me in 24 hours. Sure, it may have been pricey to do this but for the convenience and someone else taking care of it for you-- why not. As promised, I received a text the next day to come pick up. I came in and the comforter was bagged up, ready for use again. When I opened up the bag and saw that the comforter was pristine, I was impressed. Highly recommend this spot if you want to do full service. Definitely coming back if my washer/ dryer (fingers crossed they don't) break down and I need a place to come do laundry. Like other reviewers said, the place is clean. The bathroom which I had to use was also clean to my standards.

I'm able to rebook services on there as well as set up recurring wash and fold services which is super convenient. Your laundry comes back on time folded neatly in a bag on time, if not earlier than anticipated. All in all, couldn't recommend them enough for all your laundry needs.

They have some larger machines that are good for larger loads, rugs, blankets, etc. some of the machines are quite new and others are older. I didn't see any phone numbers or ways to contact them for any problems or lost money. It's also a little outdated and worn out inside. Overall it's pretty good. I was able to wash a load and go. I would rate them higher if they updated the interior, had card payments and had customer service or at least a way to reach the owner for any issues.
