Rude employees. Locking the bathroom so customers can't use it because "they just cleaned it". I've been a customer for 5 years and I'm never coming back. You better hold it in if you stay there for 1.5 hours doing laundry. Don't you even think about drinking water. Decent prices. Very clean overall. The floors and machines seem to be fairly well kept. Good amount of seating inside. The machines are run by a card system and you need cash to fill up the card. KEEP IN MIND: Last wash is at 8:45 PM!! The staff is also really friendly! We chatted with one of the staff and they were telling us all about how their machines have OZONE. I had no idea what it was, but apparently it sanitizes and gets rid of mold! And since they use soft water, they recommend using 50% less soap than a typical load. It's also really considerate of them to have a sink to wash our hands before we do laundry! I'll definitely be coming back to this laundromat. read more

Tonight when I was at the laundromat the employee working was super rude. I tried to use the bathroom and realized it was locked. I went back again (about 15 minutes later) and it was locked again. This time as I walked over to the employee desk he told me it was locked and said he had been watching me try and open it. He then said sorry it's already cleaned. I again asked are you able to open it for a paying customer?, he then said he can't cause he doesn't have the key, then he said actually I'm not allowed to open it after 9:30. I then asked if he could show me a sign where it says the bathroom is closed after 9:30 and he couldn't. Mind you this is happening right at 9:30. There was one other customer there. I said sir I need to use it for 2 minutes I've been here for an hour and a half. He still refused to open it. When I mentioned I was going to leave a review he acted as if he magically found a key and might be able to open it. I don't think I'll be coming back. There are many other laundromats with much better customer service. read more

Came here on a monday evening and it wasnt very busy. A worker walked me through how to get a card and load it very thoroughly. He also explained that the machines have an ozone option which supposedly cleans the clothes better. The entire place is clean looking and the machines don't look too old. There's a sink with soap, hand sanitizer, and paper towels. I've only been to one other laundromat, but I think this laundromat is better than most. If I ever need to return to a laundromat I'll be coming here. This place uses a card loading system instead of coins. It avoids having to handle a bunch of dirty coins, but it also means you'll probably end up with extra money on the card when you're done. I had $8 left over in the card, so until I come back it technically costed $8 extra. read more

It's not the closest laundromat to me but I keep coming here because it's clean, the machines work and there is a Starbucks next door. There is free Wi-Fi and two huge tables to fold after drying. Only real negative is they charge you two bucks to get a laundry card and another fee to use a credit card to load their card. It does get busy on the weekends but on a weekday it's perfect. Get in, drink a coffee and get out. read more

I've been going to this place for about six months now. Decent and well managed facility. I see the owner from time to time and can tell that hes kindov hands on. Its clean and they address any issues timely. Can be busy during weekends as obviously like any other laundromat where other customers hoard the carts but staff will try to hep out and i appreciate that. read more

This laundromat's equipment is actually quite good, and only a small fraction of them (mostly dryers) are out of service at any given time. However, the card system is extremely frustrating. I don't understand why people complain about needing quarters to operate laundromat machines--at least with cash/quarters, you're not tied to one laundromat... Unfortunately I have to give Daisy's a low rating because of the card system, because at any given time I have money left over on my card that I can't ever quite fully utilize. Daisy's has collected on that money, but unless I put _more_ money in to do some meaningful load of laundry, it's just stuck there. Not to mention that the customer gets burdened with the credit-card processing fee when paying with card--I feel that the owner should take on this one (at least with transactions above $5-10, which is quite common when doing laundry at the laundromat) since they took the effort to force everyone to use a card in the first place. However, it's quite easy to knock out a ton of laundry, so using this place is quite efficient if you're backed up for weeks! read more

I do not live in Santa Clara, but my son attends Santa Clara University (SCU). This year he wanted to move into an off campus apartment. I told him, "Student Housing & your car! An apartment and your scooter!" He chose the latter! Found apartment a quarter mile way from campus. Two blocks away from Daisy's Launderland. The apartment complex's laundry room is difficult to use and his next door neighbor told us about Daisy's. I went to Daisy's to check it out and do a load of laundry. It was around 7:30 am and I parked in the rear. There was plenty of parking. When I walked in, there was only one other patron and Daisy. I noticed that most of the machines were newer. The inside of the establishment was very clean. I had a roll of quarter thinking that it took quarters like most laundromat. I noted that they did not take quarters but a card that you add money to. I spoke with Daisy who was very nice and helpful. I explained what I was doing for my son and she said that a lot of students come to her laundromat. She showed me how to get the card and that they were having a special of an additional $4 for every $20 deposited. I went to the the washing machines and found the size wanted to use. It was a new front load machine. All of the washing machines were front load. There were two different sizes of dryers. It took me less than an hour to finish my load. I put more money on the card gave it to my son and told home about Daisy's. Five weeks later and I was in town to celebrate my son's birthday. He'd been going to Daisy's. He really liked it! As he does his laundry he's able to use the free WiFi to do homework. He also gets treats from the Starbucks next door. I went back to Daisy's to put more money on his card. Daisy was there and she remembered me. She's such a sweet lady. I'm so glad my son has a nice place to do his laundry. read more

I was staying in a local hotel and I needed my clothing washed. The hotel did not have washer and dryer service. Took all of my belongings over Daisy, was able to pick them up about three hours later everything clean and folded neatly. And I only paid about $30 for all of it. read more

I have been trying to find a wash dry fold service for about 2 months. The first one I tried without really checking all that much absolutely ruined about 15 pounds of laundry, they didn't sort at all and there were dark blue and black garments in the mix. A second one I was considering quoted me $200.00 a month for just me, a retired woman. Daisy's delivered my first order today and I am very pleased with the quality of their work and their pricing. This is the finest laundromat I've ever used and unfortunately, I've been a patron of many. It's clean ALWAYS! There is an attendant at all times who actually helps people( Chris is THE BEST) and there is plenty of parking. Cards are purchased for 2.00 then money is added to it as needed. It's convenient providing you don't lose your card. If you do the attendant will issue a new one for 2.00 and you lose what was on the card unless you register it. I finally learned that after losing about three or four of them. If it's registered, they have a way to look it up, and any money on the lost card will be transferred to your new one. There are different sizes at different prices. I'm told this is a higher priced laundromat, however, excellent customer service, clean surroundings, and no one asking for money or trying to take a shower in the restroom is worth every penny to me. We have come to Daisy Launderland many times over the last 15 years and have always had a pleasant experience. They have washed and folded many a comforter and sofa cover for us over the years and done a thorough cleaning. The owner is always pleasant and has even darned holes in our items for us. I don't use a laundromat often, and we usually just went to the closet/most convenient one to our home. That one closed, so I found this one. It's truly a gem. The attendants are friendly and helpful. The space is very clean, the bathroom is immaculate, and rarely have I seen any machines out of order. There is also a hand sink with paper or cloth towels, and easy parking, They use a card system instead of cash, but that's not an issue for me. A bonus is the coffee shop next door. This is now our go to laundry. We usually use a laundromat when our home machines are down. I don't feel pressure to fix our dryer since this place makes for a pleasant experience. This laundromat is what we called high end laundry service station. I've almost all around California and travel around the world but u won't see anything like this. A very friendly establishment and the owner is very accommodating, offer each customers with a smile creating a relationship to each one of them. Not to mentioned that this business promote eco-friendly environments. It's has a full service cleaned restrooms, nice wide parking space at the back and most of all clean surroundings that offer a very nice patio to seat at the corner end of the establishment with tables and chairs that allows u to sightseeing the cars that passed by while waiting for ur laundry to finished. They closed for a whole day for maintenance and a lot of washers and dryers are still broken. Dryers now only give you 6min per quarter. The timers are not right and need recalibration. Makes me assume that the temperature may be off too. Washers are dirty. They have enough workers and obviously have business sales through purple tie. I'm glad my stuff from company doesn't get washed here by the staff. Pretty disappointing this was my neighborhood spot. read more

On yelp it looks small which is what kept me away, but when arriving the owner was outside cleaning the leaves out of the door way and when I turned around she was cleaning inside as well. The theme here is clean and fast. What usually takes me 3 hours somewhere else only took about an hour and a half here. The machines are quick and look brand new and even though a couple of more dollars they are great. The dryers actually stop and rotate the opposite way to make sure it is dry so that is also a plus. Its in a great location next to starbucks and a vegan/vegetarian crepe shop. Love and will return! read more

My new dog recently threw up on my king sized white comforter. I spot cleaned it and dropped it at Daisy's. This was my first time here. Daisy's is very clean and the man who wrote up my ticket was very nice. My comforter was ready the following morning! I dropped it off late on Saturday afternoon, and picked up Sunday late morning. No more free drying with your wash on Tuesdays. :[ I came in today, to get my laundry done. I noticed the sign out in front advertising the "free dry with wash" was gone. I probably should have asked before I started my laundry, but hey, I needed to get my laundry done anyway. I asked the worker there if they still did the free drying with a wash and he said that they stopped it today-- so from today on there is NO more free drying. Someone is always here incase you have a question like which slot do I put my liquid detergent in which the answer would be the first slot : ) I asked! Large commercial washing machines which I like to use for my blankets and comforters. $5.75 a load which is a lot better then taking it to a dry cleAners which would be $30 +. Quick 16 minute cycle then to the commercial dryer which drys in about 40 mins. Diffinetly will be back to do this more often!
