Well a brand new laundromat opened up named Wash Plus Laundry at 841 West Hamilton Ave, Campbell, CA 95008 It is the highest tech wash system I've seen. It uses a card to pay for the machine, so no need for quarters. You simply refill the card with bills or a credit card. The washers and dryers are so quick as compared to other stores. Ozone is used to absorb odors and for extra cleaning. I really liked the two attendants, Marlene and Tatiana, who were so helpful giving me a tour on how everything worked. They also have drop off laundry service. The Laundromat was brand new and kept spotless. Even the restroom was impressive. The chairs are so comfortable to sit on with electric and phone charger plug ins. I'm definitely coming back and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Laundromat! read more

We came to wash two large comforters and it was our first visit to a laundromat in a really long time. We were extremely impressed! The facility is clean as a whistle. The staff, especially Alfredo, were unbelievably helpful and attentive. He approached us and walked us through the entire process of loading the card, selling us soap and softener, how the payment system works, explaining the washing services they provide, etc. There is no trace of humidity in the air, no dampness, odors, etc. Every chair has a charging port and there's a counter for your computer while you wait. They have a free to use bottle filler and clean restrooms for customers. New modern vending machines and the washer/dryer cycle is less than an hour (for both). They do a vinegar rinse in every washing machine at night and it shows. We would definitely recommend this place and recommend tipping Alfredo for being such a great employee and not with his face in a phone or hiding in the back. Best laundromat around! I've been coming here for a few months and every time I'm always happy with the experience. The location is clean from the building itself to the machines ((so you won't have random bleach stains on your laundry like some other places)). They have a wide range of load size machines, going all the way up to 80 pounds so you can do 8 loads worth of laundry in one machine! The pricing is fair based on which machine you use too. I used to hate laundry days but now that I come here it's quick and efficient. My clothes always smell amazing too! No matter which settings I choose, my laundry is always clean and fresh! There's always parking too which is a plus! 10/10 if you're looking for a laundromat this is the place to go! read more

Who knew washers could be so high-tech? The first thing you notice when you walk in is how sparkling clean everything is. Alfredo and the staff were super helpful--trust me, you'll probably need a quick explanation at first, but once you get it, it's a breeze. All the machines use ozone, so your clothes come out incredibly clean, and you can wash and dry a full load in about 40 minutes, which is a huge plus. These washers weigh your clothes to see how much water to use! The only downside is that it's a bit pricey, but honestly, you get what you pay for. Since I tend to wait until I really need to do laundry, it ends up costing a little more than if I went regularly--but the convenience and quality make it worth it. As a small business owner (Massage Therapist); I do a lot of laundry and have experienced many San Jose, Ca laundromats. This is by far the best experience that I have had. Let's face it, few people actually like doing laundry. So if you are going to have to lug it all somewhere to wash/dry/fold; this is where to go. 1- CLEAN! This place is sparkling clean. The machines are clearly labeled, the soap dispensers well marked and clean (many laundry mats have gross soap dispensers: this one is pristine). Inside the machines is CLEAN! Folding stations and the floor are CLEAN. I drop stuff from my basket and during the transfer from dryer to basket all the time so a clean floor is appreciated!! Clean bathroom! 2- FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! The owner and attendant were super helpful and explained how their card system works. They were very knowledgeable about the machines, the Ozone process, the length of time to dry which made it a very seamless and easier experience. 3- AFFORDABLE and FAST: Payment- it's similar to the other places. It's $15-$17 to use the extra large washer. The extra large washer fit to big baskets of clothes in one washer with room and not overfilled. It took 20 minutes!!! That's it!! The clothes were clean!!! I have a stinky teenager and the clothes were bright, smelled clean and no dinginess. Other places take about 40 minutes to wash and longer and not always as clean as I hope for. Other mats charge $13.75 for the large washer but the machine is smaller than this location. Only 1.5 of my baskets would fit those. So I saved money not having to use two machines. ** Cost averages out with the wash and dry. You pay a little more on the wash and less on the dry and save time. Yet, if you have large washes, you save $$ on their large because it fits more. 4-CONVENIENCE- They have a card you pay $1 for initially but keep and load money onto. It's super efficient. You can track your wash/dry costs, set it up to text you when your laundry is done and it's BETTER THAN QUARTERS! I don't know about you but putting $15 worth of quarters into machines that jam, stick can be a slow and tedious process. - plenty of washers and dryers. No rush to grab one of the 4 large washers in the place! Plenty of folding spaces too! There is also nice seating while you wait, a Starbucks/coffee shack/ Safeway super close so you can multi-task. There is room to move your cart (no narrow passage ways to navigate). Spacious and well maintained. I have been on the hunt for a better laundry experience for a while now. This is the 4th one I have tried in the last 6 months. I just spend too much time washing/drying/folding to not have my clothing thoroughly cleaned, bad patron experiences, dirty facilities, broken machines, quarter dispensers jamming, machines breaking or half of them broken. This is far from a regular Laundrymat! Everything about it from the time you walk through the door is special. The atmosphere, state of the art machines, ease of payment center, and extremely clean store are standouts. The customer comforts are perfection. Work bar with Internet, comfy chairs. Nicely stocked vending machines , fans and air conditioning make the grind of doing laundry so much more relaxing. But, the noticeable standout is customer service! Wow, the staff is so kind and helpful! I was having a challenging day, not getting around easily. I needed a stool to sit on to fold laundry and they brought one over, they noticed I was struggling a bit to get things packed and to the car and offered to help me. I cannot remember a time in recent years where such compassion, unsolicited help, and genuine human decency came so naturally. I am very grateful. This business is very special. Wow! This really is the BEST place to do laundry, AND they take cards instead of quarters!!!! The machines are so high tech, you see (and feel) the results with your first wash. Large loads are washed and dried in about 40 minutes total, which saved me so much time. I brought in a heavily soiled, thick mattress pad AND a queen comforter, and needed advice since it was my first time at Wash Plus. Alfredo was amazingly helpful, walking me through the entire process, and suggesting several affordable treatments that made all the bedding look, feel and smell brand new. I will definitely be taking my laundry here from now on! read more

Friendly staff. Clean space. Easy and forward process. Amazed by the speed and efficacy of washing and drying! NO more 30-45+ minutes of waiting during a wash that doesn't even rinse well. Same for drying. This place is a game changer:) It was super fast- I didn't keep track but it felt like 15-25 minutes. Easy to navigate where to place your detergent, bleach, and or fabric softener. Thorough pre-wash and wash. Really good rinse that leaves your clothes damp after wash, not wet or dripping. Drying was very straightforward and well done. Wash Plus is fast and reliable!! Love it. The machines are hugh. I used a 60lb for $12.50 & a 80lb for $15.50. The machines deodorize, whitens & brightens your clothes. The place is new and so clean. The staff is knowledgeable & helpful. They have drinks, snacks & laundry needs. Nice soft plush chairs to sit in & they all have charging stations for your phones or laptop. FREE WIFI. This place smells so fresh & not like some laundry mats that smell like old water. Its a little pricey but worth the quiet & fresh smell. They even have a customer care area where they wash & fold your laundry. Lots of little shops near-by to get lunch.......no wonder my husband volunteers to do the laundry. read more

This laundry place is just wonderful, I have been coming here since it opened, let me break it down *CARD SYSTEM: super easy and convenient no more carrying heavy coins to do laundry * MACHINES: new but super clean, I see staff cleaning the inside, the rim in the doors, the rim on the machine, Your clothes come out smelling fresh and clean not musty. Affordable and well worth the price for how clean your clothes are. * STAFF: super friendly, helpful, they patiently guide you as to how things work and show you everything. Al and the lady that works there ( sorry don't know her name) are always cleaning to keep the place spotless for us. I appreciate that so very much *DRYERS: can't be more efficient! 12 to 18 minutes in high and clothes are done. *VENDING MACHINES: if you are short on laundry supplies they have a vending machine that you can purchase at very affordable price They even have a water fountain for your water bottle free' *DISLIKE: the baskets, they are shopping carts not laundry baskets which are wider and a little lower to better handle your laundry and accommodate larger loads. Wash Plus Laundry in Campbell is an absolute gem and I will not be going anywhere else. I came in with a situation -- I'd been watching a friend's dog and the smell had fully settled into my favorite throw blankets and my queen comforter. My home washer and dryer just can't handle pieces that big, so I needed a place I could trust. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in the right spot. The facility is ridiculously clean -- like, impressively so. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. He took my queen comforter and two throw blankets and had everything done in under two hours. I honestly wasn't expecting it to be that fast. The results? I cannot stop smelling my blankets. I'm not even embarrassed about it. Everything came out fresh, soft, and smelling absolutely incredible. And the pickup experience? Chef's kiss. All of my blankets were packaged in this beautiful, high-quality bag with my name on it and my receipt included -- organized, tidy, and done with so much care. It felt less like picking up laundry and more like picking up something from a boutique. That level of detail and professionalism genuinely caught me off guard in the best way.
