Why have I never known this place existed? 10 large capacity washers. 8 regular washers (a lil bigger than your reg washer) 20 dryers. CLEAN! Credit card option on each machine! change machine and did I mention CLEAN! Open everyday and last wash is 8:30p. There's a cute patio out back for you to chill while waiting for your laundry. No more waiting for machines to open in my complex. Glad I found this place. I almost didn't want to review it so I could keep it's presence to myself. read more

Had to come here because my regular place isn't open on Monday's and my doggo got sick so I had to do laundry. I was very happy to see a coin operating laundromat nearby so I went there. It's clean enough but it's mostly miss on being able to use quarters, I lost $4 before I realized it wasn't taking the money, ugh I know, my bad but wtf?!? Just an empty sound and no 'press start' button. So I had to use my debit card TWELVE times at a quarter each to dry my clothes, very annoying and to people who rely on only having quarters, I feel awful for them. It's not a place I'd come to again but I do like the dryers. Tons of signage about 'no this/no that' and no stupid people which as an intelligent person I found hilarious but for the atypical mind it would be maddening. This makes me think a lot of unsavory people come here? Also the vending machines are like 1972, & $1 for 2 bounce sheets?? I use 6 a load, so this place was steep compared to where I go. read more

I enjoyed my first time experience at this laundromat. It's closest to my home at Santana Row, got a new duvet blanket i needed to wash in a bigger washer& dryer than the one i had at home. I like that this place has coin and card available and u don't need to refill a card and waste $$. It was very clean when i arrived Tuesday afternoon with no one else in there. There is no sink and bathroom is locked for people who apply. I saw 3 different size washers i picked the medium. When u change settings the price increases $.25. Starting was $6 for medium one. The dryers are all one size and charge $.25 each 5 min. I did 30 mins ($1.50) for my twin size blanket and it was more than enough. Smells good! Good afternoon Ken M., I just tried your laundry facility this morning between 0715-0730; two females both wearing glasses one taller than another female and I thought friendly no stupidity; racial slurs and when I came in they start blocking the walk in by the washing machines and have a very unhappy face; talking their language trying to bully me then when I was trying to get change the short female start photo my behind; both start again talking; customers coming in still trying to talking their languages; laughing and now blocking the dryers side and still talking their languages near by me.... I decided to pull out my phone and hear what they're saying and see; then this guy just came in with Black B.M.W. and they all start talking to him he doesn't even know what started and what those two female's especially the tall female you can tell her vibe bad news and she start saying in Spanish with the guys he doesn't even know what went down. He start saying stop harassing this people and his getting ready on his hand a metal stick; following around again Ken he just went by what the females was saying. Two females as they walked by calling me stupid and Filipino are STUPID while she's going to her car and her friend to her car. Used the white washing machine (#8) and it didn't release the soap. Found this out after the clothes were dried so have to wash and dry again. There's a # to text for issues but it won't replace the time I'm losing having to wash my clothes twice. They should put the digital payments on the bathroom so you can use it. read more

Came here to clean a Queen comforter cuz I didn't wanna pay the dry cleaning/wash n fold fees anymore! The machines were easy to understand and use, and the best part is, the machines take CREDIT CARDS! (They also take coins and there's a change machine available as well). There was a guy there cleaning who was so kind to help me out and explain the washers since it was my first time there. There were a few benches, including one in the patio, so it was comfortable to wait there and read! I came on a weekday (Tuesday around 11 am) and no one was there, which was nice, but it did start getting a bit busy 10-15 mins into the wash cycle. The small white washers start at $4 and the medium/large washers (just opposite the white ones) start at $5. The price goes up by $0.25 based on how soiled you state the items are, up to $5.50. I didn't use the white washer nor the extra large one so I don't have any (additional) cost info on those. The dryers all looked to be one size and they cost $0.25 per 5 mins. You need to select the time before paying. I left with a clean, good smelling comforter for $6.50 compared to $30+ at the dry cleaners/wash n fold services! I'll def be back! read more

My washing machine at home broke and i needed to use a laundromat. This one was closest and had good ratings so I went there. It was very clean and everyone using the laundromat was very helpful and caring about keeping things clean. I would definitely recommend this laundromat. read more

When you need help with a machine no one is here. When you call the number no answer either. So if the machine eats your coins there's nothing you can do. Came on Friday afternoon and I was adding coins to the medium machine and it ate $5 dollars. Will update review if they get back to me. read more

I've been coming to this laundromat with my family for the past 5 years. I enjoyed their service when it was still a 24hr laundromat. Recently I tried a few other different places because since this location is fairly small, it gets really busy sometimes. I feel like they have set the bar so high, other places just don't come close. The owners Ken and Mary are considerate and kind. The machines are well cared for and the area is clean. On match 11th, 2024 I went to this laundry and saw offensive sign posted at the entrance. I went with my emotional support dog and the maintenance guy and a lady who approach strongly to me asking me about what my dog provide in service and I told them -three times-what is my dog service provided. They seems did not want to listen to me. I have reported on Google Maps/ Yelp this place before when I was harrased by the cleaning service guys the owner KEN hired; that's why the owner recognized me. They patronized me and my dog; accusing me of lying and uncalled for telling me that I can be fined by the police if I'm lying about a licensed dog. without reason KEN the owner kicked me out from the laundromat in the middle of my washing. He gave me a bag and told me to take "my shit" out with me. The other lady who was triggered nosing our conversation call me racist without a reason. All this happened in the middle way of washing my clothes. Unbelievable!! This people and his laundromat don't respect costumers, animals, service animal and ESA's. 9/1/2021 Update: Changing my 1 star to 4 stars as the owner received my note and reached out to me. It's apparently a temporary hold on my card and the correct amount was reflected on my account a few days later. --------- The machine noted that a light load would cost $3.25, however, I was charged $5. There wasn't anyone I could ask for assistance and they didn't have any note paper I could leave a message for the owner. I ended up leaving a message on an out of service slip they had out. Very impressed by this laundromat I haven't been to a laundrymat in years since I have a washer/dryer but I just came back from camping and I had a ton of bulky things to wash. The machines are up to date and take credit cards! It's also very clean! There are no restrooms unless you have a key, however there are nearby places you can drive to use restroom such as Lucky's and CVS. read more

I like that they accept apple pay or you can pay with card, in addition to coins. I personally just use coins. They also have an outdoor patio waiting area with tables & chairs. I've been a handful of times now and the inside is always clean. My only reservations are there is no sink inside so if I get detergent on myself or wanted to rinse a stain out, I wouldn't be able to. Last thing, not really a big deal to me, but the wifi password isn't posted/easily visible. I sometimes like to get some work done while I wait but I just use my hotspot if I need to. read more

I have never been to a laundromat like this one because it is AWESOME. 1) Open 24 hours. 2) Really clean and well maintained. 3) There is a nice patio area with two tables and plenty of chairs. You can enjoy a snack or a meal or just to get some air while your laundry is going. 4) Next to a Chinese restaurant and liquor store so you can fill up on goodies. If you walk a bit there is a 7-11 on the corner of Saratoga and San Tomas. 5) A small bookshelf filled with an assortment of novels and magazines. 6) A sitting area with stools is available 7) A credit card machine will be installed soon. There is one restroom on site, but no changing table inside. If you want access to the restroom you can fill out a form and request a key. read more

Still my favorite place for the cleanliness and prices you can't beat it, the only bummer is the parking. My brand new car was dented by someone's door and I stopped coming here for about 6 months. I had only had the car for a week. I have has other issues where people just swing their doors open when throwing laundry in with no regard for others not to mention that many people don't know how to park, I use my body or hand as a shield to not damage other peoples cars but I guess many people have never read that memo. Super cute laundromat. Extremely clean for a 24hour place. Manager(owner) I'm not sure was here and was extremely nice he helped me when I didn't even ask. Monday 4-20-2020 @ 10am the outside patio is great! Makes time fly very quickly. Bathroom access only by key that gets mailed to you which is great for keeping out unwanted guests. Luckily I caught the manager right on time he was able to hand me one on the spot. I just moved in the area and have tried a couple laundromats but I'm sure this one takes the cake. Also side note they have outstanding prices for the washer/dryer and they accept Apple Pay/ cards as well as coins. read more

This is a well maintained and fairly clean laundromat I had to use when my house was being remodeled. I liked how the machines and newer and powerful. I started off using another coin laundry which had older machines (especially the dryers) and I felt that my laundry was not as dry as I like so I am happy I found this place. This establishment is not worthy of the 4 stars it has this far!!!! I went to pick up 4 loads of clothing from here at 9:30 pm and it was closed. Although it is not 24-7 anymore they do have SEVERAL signs posted indicating that they close at 10pm! I tried opening the door (which also has a sign stating that the door must remain open during business hours) and I called the number several times and left a voicemail. Completely false signage and mislead me to believe that i had until 10pm to pick up my dry clothing. Its not like i had to still dry my clothes at 9:30pm I simply had to pick them up. Now I have to go at 7am and hope they even open at the posted time to collect my clothing. I've been doing my laundry here exclusively for over two years. I first came here because it's open 24 hours, but I soon noticed it's got a lot more than that going for it than just being open. I drive up from downtown to do my laundry because the prices aren't bad, the machines are well maintained, and unless someone has trashed the place in the middle of the night, the place is usually pretty clean. So it can get a little tweaky late at night, which is why I (affectionately) call it Pruneridge Laundromat for the Criminally Insane. But the secret is, if you ignore them, they'll pretty much ignore you. I wouldn't leave my clothes, or anything else, unattended even for a minute, but the same goes for any other laundromat, as far as I'm concerned. I think it's funny that so many people complain about the bathroom key. I mean come on. Think about it. It's a bathroom. In an unattended business. That's open to the public. Twenty-four hours a day. Seven days a week. In San Jose. If the owners left it unlocked, one of two things would happen: Either (a) it would be trashed, with all the paper towels and toilet paper stolen, the toilet clogged and over flowing, and the walls covered in graffiti. Or, (b) someone would move in and make it their home. So either you wouldn't want to use it, or you wouldn't be able to. In either case, you'd end up complaining that "they should do something about the bathroom, like, idk, keep it locked or something" because "I'm a paying customer, and I deserve blah blah whatever." But hey, here's another secret: I'd bet at least half of the people who you see here are regulars, and someone probably has a key. If you ask nicely, I bet someone will let you in. Beyond that, if you can't manage your fluid throughput enough to make it through a load of laundry without peeing yourself, maybe you shouldn't leave the house. This nonsense about being overcharged is just people to understanding how banks process small debit/credit purchases. Just relax, the hot will go away by the next day. And another secret: If you're paying for the dryers with a credit card, FIRST press "Enter" to add time in is minute increments. THEN swipe your card. Anyway, the place is great, but some people just can't be pleased. read more

I Don't ever write reviews but the customer service here was horrible!!! You need to request a key to use the bathroom which is weird. My machine was leaking nothing was stuck in it for it to cause the leak. So I grabbed a towel to clean up the water. I knocked at the RV that's in front because apparently they work here. I obviously disturb the crack head security guard. I told him my problem he didn't say anything but grabbed another towel to put on top of the one I put. I went back and knocked on his door for a refund to be able to put my clothes in another washer because from the looks of it my clothes weren't washing. As im knocking he opens the door in the most rudes way telling me " Whaaat what the fuck do you want." Now i know not to ever come back. read more

They used to have a bathroom that you could use if you sent for a key I liked the idea it kept the bathroom clean but all good things come to an end and they had to shut it down but that doesn't stop me from coming there even though it's out of my way now. read more

Not a good place--barely any washers, people living outside, people bringing in massive amounts of laundry to do at once, most of the washers smelled like mold and the dryers smelled like a gas leak. this laundromat is great. I like going off hours. people can be a little tweaky at those hours but they're just doing their own thing. the bathroom is kept locked but you can request a key by filling out a form and putting it in a little slot located next to the bathroom. super nice bathroom. don't ruin it. a couple of washing machines are leaking water and if you use pods in any of the machines they often get stuck in the rubber seal in the front of the machine because they are front load washers. all of them. the dryers work awesome and only require very minimal time to dry so big money saved there. overall the prices are fair and they take credit cards/atm. they only charge 5 bucks the actual time you use the first machine and no matter how much you wash or dry that visit, the rest of the charges you accumulate aren't posted for 2 or 3 days. so if you're low on funds but have 5 dollars in the bank and are days away from getting more money and need laundry done, there ya go! just don't forget the other charges are coming or it could end up costing you triple with bank overdraft fees. read more
