The dryers are all 50 cents for 7 minutes. Dryers are not as great as other laundromats I've tried. The washers are fast, but water is very skimp. In addition the detergent/softener containers can use a deep clean since many have mold on them and residue. The dryers also had random stuff in them, which was very suspicious. As a parent who washes kids clothes in these, cleanliness is very important, so hopefully they work that. The machines are coin operated (change machine inside) or you can use the app to pay for your machine by number. They also have a small shop inside with laundry essentials. There is plenty of parking and carts available for ease on transporting your things. Bathrooms are very dirty as you can see.

An employee smelled my sweater and touched it to see it was visibly wet still, and not where the rinse gets excess water off and the employee motioned that it smells too. Upon getting the number for management from employee management said he couldn't do much about it because he was driving. Which is completely valid. No call back. He sent another employee to look at the washer and told me maybe I didn't use enough soap which a full cap is a lot sometimes and could cause the clothes to be soapy still. it wasn't. He then claims I stuffed too much in there. Mind you these are the larger loads so I filled enough where it has room to move around the drum. In the end they did not assist or resolve any issues with the incident. I've come here quite often and have not had issues before. But to not offer anything other than to rewash when I'd have to be the one paying more for it. I come here because it's cheaper than the new ones, and it's usually not packed. Disappointed in how little anyone wanted to assist with help figuring it out. Granted clothes go in dirty and come out clean, they should at least smell clean and not stale water. This place is affordable and quick service if you're not looking to wait over an hour for the other laundromats. But this is not something I'd want to come back for.

Fabric mixing does not create industrial mechanical grease--failing machine bearings and leaky seals do. More importantly, I have video confirmation from their own employee explicitly admitting that the damage was caused by their faulty washing machine. Instead of owning up to their equipment failure, the owners have ignored me directly and chose to post nonsense excuses publicly to avoid paying for the damage. Washers don't have Apple Pay ability, you have to download the Dexter app or pay cash -- they have a quarters exchange machine in the back. The other bummer for me was there was no place to sit except for a bench up front. I was hoping to take a seat at one of the folding counters and get some studying done. I'd go back only for the price and proximity to my home, now that I know what to expect.
