This was our second visit, and it was better than the first. Friendly staff made it easy to order, and our waitress was comfortable taking an order from my son with autism. I ordered the Penang curry and asked for it to be extra extra spicy. Not only was it decently spicy, but the waitress checked on the spice and asked if I wanted extra chili to amp it up. Warwick Thai never disappoints! Their takeout prices are decent, and they are wonderful when it comes to accommodating allergies and substitutions. Even on a busy Friday, their delivery service is super efficient. One of the best perks is that they'll even deliver to us when we're on our boat at Greenwood Lake, which is amazing! The food is consistently delicious, and their attention to detail really stands out. Their sushi is impressively fresh and on the larger size for a roll. I usually stick to their pineapple fried rice or proteins. Depending on the meal it can get expensive but it's mostly the delivery fee that adds up. The first time I came here with some friends and everything was delicious so I'd been itching to go back. Buy am I glad I did. This time the outside dining was open and it was very nice. Even outside the service was amazing and our waters were always full. I got the hard Thai tea and it was delicious! As my meal I decided to try something new and got the blacked noodles. I was shocked to find out it was a soup but I did not regret getting it! The broth was so flavorful and the noodles were perfect! I let my friends all try my food and they loved it. The only downside is that they are quite pricey. Even their lunch specials are higher than what I'm used to. Massaman curry is creamy and tasty. The rice portion is small compared to the curry dish. Pleasant family friendly environment with a massive fish tank. I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while now and got the opportunity to go last night. I heard about Warwick Thai through a friend and that friend raved about the place. My wife and I went for dinner and Warwick is about a 50 min drive. Taking a look at the menu there are many choices, though the sushi menu is smaller than most restaurants. We started off with the specialty roll Shrimp tempura and a konni salad. The salad was good but mostly lettuce leaves topped with a small portion of imitation crab. I always expect the imitation crab but not such a small portion. The specialty roll looked very simple. No garnish, no protruding shrimp tail, no pomp and circumstance as usually presented. Actually the roll looked pretty much like a simple spicy tuna roll. Not inside out or with fish eggs or just something to make it stick out. I do understand if they are trying to keep the prices down then really put out a simple but fantastic roll, but this was not the case. We like to order a little at a time so the kitchen does not just throw the food at us as we like to enjoy dinner and eat it at a nice pace. The service was good, I'd like to say. Our server was very attentive and always checking in. The ambience of the restaurant was good as well but nothing really stood out. This is my first time here so I will post an update next time I dine with them. But all in all I give Warwick Thai 3 stars. Not bad but not the best. read more

I first discovered this place when searching for a good takeout place for my mom's birthday during COVID season, when I found a Thai place in the area. I was surprised I'd never heard of this place. We ordered the Appetizer Sampler, Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, and the Massaman Curry (we don't normally eat spicy curries at home), and the Mango Sticky Rice for dessert. Everything was so good and authentic! The only comment I would make about the mangoes, is that they use the green-red mangoes (usually shipped from Mexico), instead of the yellow mangoes from the Philippines (the ones used for Asian desserts). Their outdoor patio and indoor dining is now open as well. I've been here twice in indoor dining. ALSO, the Lychee Martini is awesome! Food comes out SO FAST. Like in 4 minutes. I ordered Pad Eggplant with shrimp but they accidentally gave me beef instead. They quickly corrected it. Everything was tasty and cooked well, albeit slightly too much sauce/oil. My husband ordered the Panang Curry. He said it was good, not amazing. It was very watery almost like a soup. In other Thai restaurants I am usually asked what level of spice I prefer but we were not asked. My husband would've preferred much spicier. One of the only Asian restaurant options in the area, it is pretty disappointing to anybody who has had decent authentic Thai food in their past. We ordered the appetizer sampler, pad thai, and pad see ew and everything was just ok, if not, poorly prepared. The appetizer sampler offered skewers that were really bone dry and stringy, and the noodles tasted overdone and unauthentic. Noodles didn't taste anything like the sweet, saucy tamarind flavor you crave when ordering pad thai and the pad see ew was choppily cut and overly sweet. In addition to the food being less than enticing, the prices were also way more than you would expect to pay for Thai food -- guess that's the price you pay when dining in a wealthier area of Warwick with no competition. Also, when me and my party barely touched our food, we had our waitress aggressively ask us multiple times what we didn't like about it. My son and I came here after karate class one day, as we went to another restaurant that was supposedly a Chinese buffet, but they did not have it available. It's very dark inside, but nicely decorated it looks like a good spot to eat. Our waitress was very friendly and took our order promptly, we both had chicken pad Thai. Junior ordered his spicy and I ordered mine nuclear and asked them to make it as spicy as they possibly could. The dishes came out and were beautifully presented. The sauce was a little sweet for my liking and it was nowhere near spicy at all, I mean no spice. I did ask for more spices and got them, but basically they just gave me hot chili garlic sauce which did not kick it up to where I wanted it to be. Certain things are very good, like their pad thai, basil noodles and curry dishes. But tonight we ordered the steak with mixed vegetables. The steak smelled like fish. Did they cook fish on the same grill as the steak? And the mixed vegetables were watery and had no flavor. What is do difficult to make a good flavorful stir fry? Friendly service. The sampler appetizer was very good! The curry puffs and chicken satay were my favorite. My parents ordered the massaman curry, which was properly creamy and tasty. They also ordered another dish they enjoyed. I ordered a vegetable pad see ew noodles dish, which tasted very burnt, as if the cooking vessel used hadn't been cleaned in weeks, as no part of my meal was abuso burnt. I did not enjoy it. Don't listen to the haters down below- the owner of this restaurant is Thai himself, and the seafood Singaporean noodles we had were not overly salty or MSG-ed as with some other spots, but a perfect blend of curry and seafood (come on guys, it's Thai so will be spicy though this specific dish wasn't). The crispy duck was perfection: we got tamarind and again, not too salty but the crispy skin and perfect blend of sweet and sour were heaven. The sticky rice was delicious too. Been here many since my first experience and must say it's one of the better Thai places I've ever been. But around here? Probably the best. Servers are polite and their bar tender is great. Their spicy levels are accurate and tend to be on the spicier side which is great if you're eating Thai food, however some of their flavors are a little bland which is not great if you're eating Thai food. Their portions are big both noodle and rice dishes. Fresh seafood and vegetables in all of their dishes and at a decent price. EPIC FAILURE My wife and I stopped for dinner at Warwick Thai. She ordered a summer roll to share and the sampler plate. I ordered the yellow curry dish. The summer roll and drinks came out fine, then my curry came out and the waitress said her order was coming right up. 15 minutes later, as I am near finishing my curry, we are wondering where her dish has gone. I tracked had to track down waitress as she didn't seem to check on tables and asked "Where is the platter?" She said she would check on it right away. I sat down and 10 minutes later, as no one came to check on us, my wife went to the bar to ask for our waitress. The waitress informed my wife that her order wasn't placed, and asked "Would you like me to place it now"? My wife went next door to get Mexican. The manager of the restaurant came to me with the bill and said "We removed the platter" Nothing more, not "I'm sorry", not "How can we fix this", not nothing except placing the bill on the table and walking away. So: Waitress - FAIL - Disinterested in her patrons and their needs during a dinner. When realizing there was an issue, she didn't even come over to discuss options of other quick meals. We had to go find her TWICE. Kitchen - FAIL -Maybe - I'm not sure if the kit hen dropped the order or the waitress. Frankly, I don't really care. Management - EPIC FAIL - Just not engaged or considerate of their patrons. No wonder the staff doesn't care, since the management doesn't care. It shows. Food: The food was OK. The summer roles were the best and the yellow curry was ok. It was listed as spicy, but throw some red pepper on a slice of pizza and it was about the same.
