Brunch was very good last Sunday. There were 4 in our party and we made a reservation ahead of the date. Upon arrival, the hostesses were very nice and organized. Our table was ready, and we were seated in the main dining area with all the bourbon bottles to look at on the walls. The room has a nice bistro setting with a disc jockey that was way too loud or really not needed for brunch as most brunchers are meeting up to share conversations which was a little hard with the music so loud. Our server, Joyce F., was excellent. She told us about the lobster omelet, which my husband decided to order. He liked it a lot, though he wished there was a little less tomato and more lobster pieces. His hashed potatoes were seasoned perfectly, too. I originally wanted to try the Warren Burger, but that one can only be served medium well to well, and I don't like well meat, so the Classic Burger was ordered rare and it was super delicious. The hand cut fries were alright. A little too soggy for me, but better reheated in my air fryer at home. Our friends had the Warren Breakfast and claimed the Sourdough toast was one of the best ever eaten. The Meaty Omelet was just that. Meaty and yummy. Plates were either scraped clean or boxed for take home. Overall, it was a nice dining experience, and we would definitely return. Value was good for food and service quality. read more

This is a tough one to review. I think for the price the food was a 3, however they do have an amazing whiskey selection and service was very good so I bumped it to a 4 overall. If you like whiskey and just want to have some drinks and are into trying some of the harder to find stuff and are willing to pay $$$$$ for it then it's definitely 5 stars. We came on a Tuesday night around 6:30pm and the place was packed. I made a reservation just before coming and I would recommend having one. Personally I probably wouldn't even bother on a weekend, but I'm a hermit... you might like that vibe. The place is gorgeous and the giant wall of liquor is amazing. They have like a 50 page book of their liquor and a lot of it is whiskey, but they do have some other stuff also. They have some select whiskeys which they say they have a deal with the distillers and get whole barrels just for the restaurant. Some popular ones I saw were Blantons, Buffalo Trace, Weller, but they have everything. Be ready to pay for it though. I believe the least expensive thing I saw was around $14 for a 2 oz pour and it goes all the way to like a $2,000 flight of 4 scotches. So yeah, whiskey the place is 5 stars hands down. Now let's get to the food. They seem to want to push their wagyu steaks. Personally I'm not a huge fan of high end wagyu. While they are tender and delicious, they are too fatty for me as an entire meal. So we decided to try their wagyu tenderloin tips appetizer. Meh. It was mostly a big plate of mashed potatoes and fried onions. Very small amount on charred meat pieces buried inside. Not bad, not great, not worth the price. It could have honestly been any old piece of meat in there considering how small it was and how charred. No way to judge the quality of their meat with that appetizer, but was not impressed. For our entrees I got the seafood bolognese and my girlfriend got the sea bass. My pasta was good, again not amazing, but not bad. Pasta was cooked well and it had a good amount of small pieces of lobsters and scallops in it, but the flavor was on the blander side. It was fine, it just didn't have any bold flavors or anything that made it stand out. The sea bass I think was better. The flavors were a bit bolder than mine, the fish was perfectly cooked and very good. This was probably the best dish of the night (aside from the whiskey). Service was great. Our server was on point for the whole meal. We were never missing anything or wanting for anything but it also didn't feel like she was on top of us the whole time. It did feel like the food and especially the appetizer took a long time to come out, maybe they should offer bread or something if they are taking that long to get appetizers out. Anyways we finished it off with their bread pudding. I love bread pudding and it was very good. However I will say when we got the bill there was a seperate $5 charge for "ala mode". I asked the server about it since I did not request it ala mode and honestly I don't care much for ice cream on my bread pudding anyways. She said that's just how it comes... probably shouldn't be a separate line item then. Makes it seem like you are trying to up the price of your already overpriced dessert and sure in the grand scheme of things $5 is going to make little difference in the bill, but it cheapens the whole experience by making me feel like you're nickel and diming me when I'm spending over $200 for 2 people. So that brings us to the price. Ultimately was the food worth $200+? No. At least not for me. The place is great and has a great selection of whiskey, but ultimately we left a bit let down by the food. We might be back and maybe just get some drinks and appetizers at the bar, but for an actual meal I just feel I could get a better bang for my buck at other places. read more

I was impressed by their drinks menu. I mean they had Boulevardier, Sazerac and so many more fabulous cocktails on the menu - and while not a bargain, they're not overpriced. My table was not disappointed. The drinks were smooth and well crafted. We never made it past the appetizers: Gloria's KFC, Frenched Lamb Chops, Pork and Apples, Small Seafood Tower, and the Shaved Brussel Salad. All were fantastic! The manager said this was this groups first restaurant; I do not believe it. That salad rivals NoMad! The cerviche and the shelling of the seafood showed a thoughtful level of detail and expertise. 95% of employees wore a mask. Outdoor seating is available and very comfortable. Went for a business luncheon sponsored by a brokerage house. Amazing place , where you are surrounded by 100"s of bourbons, ryes, single malt scotches on the walls. Started with a very good Caesar salad with an anchovy dressing, parmesan cheese, and garlic croutons. For a main, I opted for the Warren's Damn Good Burger, dry aged beef blend, Gruyere, Truffle aioli, fried egg, and Bourbon glaze on a brioche bun, very good and served with fries. For dessert, we had the Warren warm bread pudding with a walnut streusel topping and bourbon caramel sauce, One of the best bread puddings I have ever had. read more

I called to make a reservation and Mia who answered was so accommodating, as the only spot open was at 5:45pm on a Friday, in 5 min and I was 20 min away. I asked how long the sittings were and she said 2 hours, so I asked if I made sure to finish before a sitting time, would she hold the table. Yes! Done! She welcomed me at the door! Excellent customer service. Here are the highlights: The smoked Old Fashioned was perfect, smooth, fragrant and I like mine with 3 cherries. Beautiful bar with so many whiskey selections. I went on a Tuesday night and the place was packed. We sat at the Whiskey Bar, Jason was our bartender. He's very nice and knowledgeable about whiskey. He asked what we usually drink and then curated a personal flight for each of us. I had a ribeye and it was very tasty, perfectly cooked. We shared their bread pudding....the best...soooo good!! The restaurant is beautiful. The decor feels like an old library or an old whiskey club. Mahogany wood and leather chairs, library shelves filled with whiskey bottles and burgundy floor to ceiling curtains. Very well thought out. The staff were all friendly and professional. My first visit to Warren Delray was way back in June 2022. It was not a good first impression and I had no intention of going back. But a couple of positive reviews from those I trust (one on Brunch the other on a Lunch) and I decided to give it another go. My niece and I showed up at around 11:40 am for Brunch. The reservation was made the day before with no problem and when we arrived we were promptly seated in the main dining room. There were only 3 or 4 other tables in use when we arrived, although I believe there were a fair number of tables in use outdoors. Placed our order fairly quickly. We weren't participating in any of Warren's boozy Brunch options and it didn't take long for my coffee to arrive (although we had to ask twice for water to be brought). Again, all good. We weren't in a rush and our food order was in well before noon. To start we ordered a half dozen Beu Sleil Oysters (a West Coast oyster from New Brunswick, Canada). They are one of my personal favorites and they were delicious. At the same time we placed the order for Oysters we ordered a main entree, with both of us having a Garden Omelet (one with no onions or mushrooms, the other with no onions), and a side of chicken apple sausage links to share. My niece had previously had the omelet and said it was delicious --- filled with gruyere that oozed out from the omelet itself. Sounded delicious and I was looking forward to its arrival. And we waited. And waited. The restaurant started to fill up and our waiter was missing in action. I asked a busboy if I could get a refill on my coffee and I waited and waited on that as well. The hostess (who was lovely) finally tracked down our waiter, who I will assume was having a bad day, because every time I thanked him for anything, I couldn't even get a smile in return. When our omelets did finally arrive (and we had to ask people other than our waiter twice about our order since our waiter was nowhere to be found), the eggs were lukewarm and I questioned if there was even any cheese (we opened up our omelets and found what appeared to be one slice. The side potatoes and sausages were hot, so it is hard to explain why the omelets were not. Was able to get a bill, paid, and quite honestly, will probably not be returning. The sad part about this is, the Manager seemed to be lovely. He actually came to pick up the oyster shells and chatted with us a bit (I mentioned to him how delicious they were). And the food isn't bad. While the omelet wasn't what I expected, it tasted fine, albeit not hot. The sausages were delicious and reasonably priced, and the potatoes were also very good. But service seems to be an ongoing issue, at least during my visits. No alcohol, 6 oysters, one cup of coffee (with one refill, because no way I was getting a third), two omelets that were luke warm, and a side order of sausages. Total cost excluding tip, $73.83. IMO, not a bad price, but the service makes it so unpleasant I rather give my business elsewhere. read more

FOOD/DRINK: Of course, all of the Specialties are amazing, but some of my other favorite menu items include: Gloria's KFC Chicken (or Cauliflower) for the best appetizer you've ever had. We came to Warren to celebrate a family members birthday and we are so happy we did! First of all, I would like to shout out to our server Red, she was a doll!! There is complementary valet parking but self parking is available. Once you enter you are greeted immediately with smiling faces and awesome service. They do accommodate large parties, we were a party of 8. The inside is absolutely beautiful but the outside seating area is just as great in its own way. We started off with cocktails and the smoked fish dip. I loved the Head of Lettuce cocktail, it was amazing and so unique. It's so refreshing and has a little kick. The fish dip was very tasty, they use smoked salmon which is a nice touch. Entree orders: - Damn Good Burger - Classic Burger - Mahi Special - Vegan Burger - Lobster Bolognese - Side of Mac and Cheese The star of the entrees was the Damn Good Burger. So first, prior chef at berns steakhouse in Tampa. Cookings my life, so Al I know is good food. I got the lamb chops and ribs as an appetizer, short rib for dinner, and chocolate cake for dessert. I don't often leave $1 tips on dinner for two but Warren deserves it. First of all - what's with all the f$&@ing flies? I don't know about you guys but when we are drinking cocktails and eating dinner at a bar and essentially get ordered to shuffle down seats while our dinner is in front of us, all to make room for another party whose table for 6 is messed up - I always chuckle to myself. Because Batgirl is never going to comply with orders like that. Then some dumb idiotic no character barman offers us compensation to move stools - some free dessert I guess. So I ended up coming back to for dinner and drinks at Warren after a not so great brunch experience. I ordered a few drinks at the bar and Mike (I hope that was his name) was an amazing bartender. He made a kick ass margarita! We sat at a table for dinner and Kylie our server was absolutely amazing. She greeted us promptly and made sure we got another round of drinks. We ordered the charcuterie board which was so delicious, but I wish the food runner would have told us what was on the board. We never knew what cheeses and meats we were eating... but never less they were very tasty. Our meals were good... not great. I got the seabass and my friend the skirt steak. They think they are running a fine dining experience but the burgers at Duffy's are better. My wife's steak was overcooked and dry. All the sides had zero seasoning or flavor. Even the plating is sloppy and careless. It's like they hired a school lunch kitchen staff and asked them to create and execute a very over-ambitious menu. Trust me, take your money elsewhere.
