I wanted to test drive them and was told after she ran my credit to get an idea of what I can afford. I told them ahead of time the range of my credit score and was told no problem . We go in and I sit for an hour with her. She runs my credit and comes back to me with the monthly payment and a 2000.00 down payment. I still was not given a car fax report nor was I allowed to test drive either car. She wanted me to purchase that day but I told her I had to come back over the weekend with the money for down payment. I was told I would be able to test drive and get the car fax. I get a text and a call over the week asking me if I was still interested. I told them the car I wanted to purchase and they gave me an appt. We get there and the car now has a dent in the door that wasn't there before. So I asked about the second car we looked at that had the engine light on and was told she didn't know if it was still on because the mechanic wasn't in. So there was new car that was the same type but didn't have sticker on it. I inquired about it. She went in and brought the key out. My son had come with me because he knows about cars. He turned it on and we asked to test drive it. She immediately wanted the car shut off and wanted us to come inside. I asked why? They then act like they were going to run my credit again and I told them no because I didn't want them lowering my credit again when I was told by her I was already preapproved. They did it anyway. She wanted access to my bank accounts. Some man whom I never met was there, he asked an employee to put the sticker info in the car we were interested in and got upset when we were looking at it. He then came over and stated he wouldn't approve me for either car. Not the one we originally came in for with the dent which they acted like was not there or the one with the engine light on. They wasted another hr running my credit again after I told them not too and I was treated like I was delusional for thinking I was preapproved when I was told the price range of car I could buy. I should have known not to trust them when I found out that the price they had listed online was not the real price but the price for the down payment I would not recommend them at all. I would give them a half a star for lying, wanting to get into my bank account on my phone, and wasting my time.

I paid 9K over sticker to them so I could get the car that quickly ! Since I got the car at the end of August, it has been a nightmare. I ordered the car with the hash mark decals which unbeknownst to me are dealer applied. When I picked up the car, it looked like they were applied by a blind man ! no 2 decals (out of4) were positioned the same and had bubbles all over. I live on Long Island and the dealer is about 80 or so miles away in the boonies of N.J. (a 1 1/2 hour drive each way). I had to wait 3 weeks the first time to get a loaner car. unfortunately I had to cancel the first appointment on 9/12 due to unforeseen circumstances. The soonest they could give me another loaner was 10/11. I took the car back and was told that they were sending the car to a body shop that was expert at applying decals. After 2-3 weeks I was told the new decals were defective and didn't adhere properly (pure bullshit). So now they they had to redo the decals the third time. Both times the dealer had to redo the decals, it took weeks just for them to get the replacements or so they said. When the car was ready I went to pick it up only to find that they screwed it up again. All along I asked them to get me the decals so I could have someone on L.I. apply them and have the dealer pay them directly for the work. finally after the third time they agreed. I've been waiting now for 3 weeks and still haven't received the decals. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My salesman has been for the most part minimally responsive to my texts and calls. The sales manager that finally agreed to let me get the work done locally, gave me his direct phone # and promised to make this right, has not responded once to multiple calls and texts.
