Mark and team were super helpful and did quick and beautiful work. Despite the delays from my insurance company, they were very patient and made sure to follow up. Someone always answered the phone when I called the shop and it was so easy to communicate with them. I'll definitely take my car here again should I need to. read more

Flemington Auto Body was recommended by my family and friends so I visited on 1/9/24 to get a quote to replace my rear taillight. Brad located the part and estimated delivery for 1/11 with install on 1/12. Part arrived on time and he was able to schedule me for 8:30 on 1/12. I arrived at 8:30 and was checking out at 8:40 am. I was thrilled the part install and bulb replacement were done so quickly. Team is friendly and efficient! I also recommend this business. read more

I was in a minor accident with my beloved BMW. Had it towed to Flemington Auto Body and they provided a prompt estimate. They warned me that insurance would likely not cover the entire repair and they were right. They helped me fight to get more money from my insurance company. Flemington Auto Body is a certified BMW repair shop and they use only parts that meet BMW safety standards, not the insurance company's. The repair was very timely and I might even say my car looks better now than before the accident. Flemongton Auto Body is the absolute best. read more

I just had work done at FAB ( picked up my Toyota today 9-21-21). They were efficient and provided great service. Worked directly with NJM . PERFECT. This is the second time as 10 or11 years ago I hit a deer and they did the work perfectly then as well. So they are a long established reputable auto body business. Look how clean they keep their workplace! That is a sign of pride in their work. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. read more

My wife had a few scratches on her car door. I went to Flemington Auto this morning and as soon as they looked at it, they told me it's really minor and fixed it within minutes. It was a pleasure talking to them and never did I feel them trying to sucker me into paying extra for something I didn't really need. They were very polite and courteous. I would recommend this auto body and will come back here again if I need to. read more

I just had my rear bumper replaced due to damage from someone backing into my car. My car looks brand new!! The bumper matches exactly, like nothing ever happened. The work was even completed earlier than expected. When Mark called saying it was ready, but to give him an hour so they could clean it, I thought it was just getting a car wash. To my surprise the inside was even vacuumed and dusted. These guys are amazing. I would never go anywhere else. read more

The team at Flemington Auto Body was professional, courteous and fun. I had a small problem due to the weather with my bumper. I stopped by the shop, they came out right away and took a look at it. They came back with a really reasonable estimate, ordered the part needed and knocked out the repair in a day. Dealing with car problems in any capacity should be stress free. These guys made it easy. I highly recommend them. If I have a problem in the future, I will be sure to go to them first. read more

Quality Work Takes Time! - My experience with Flemington Auto Body was nothing short of great. My vehicle was substantially damaged in a car vs deer incident. FAB advised me that they were extremely busy (their lot appeared to be full). I agreed and signed the paperwork. During the process, I gave them a few calls to check on the status of my vehicle. Each time, they were more than pleasant and told me exactly what they were doing with my vehicle and how much work still needed to be done. Later down the road, I received a phone call that my vehicle was all finished and ready to be picked up. They explained that they used all Honda parts on my vehicle. The vehicle was returned detailed and the car looked brand new again. The payment process was not a hassle at all. Their board clearly says "Credit Card Limit $1000". Any remaining balance would have to be paid in cash/check. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for detailed and quality work. read more

I took my civic to Flemington Autobody to repair the front bumper after hitting some snow that had turned to ice. These guys were great. The estimate took 15 mins and was cheaper than a few other places in the area. They were able to complete the job in three days and stayed on track with timing and price. The work looks great. read more

If you are going through your insurance company for the body work, I would never recommend this shop to anyone, regardless of their quality of work. Looking back on the process this has been an awful experience from day 1. I initially left the car with them because Mark told me the car was illegal to drive since the headlight and turn signal were not functioning, I later checked with my local PD and they said as long as no parts of the car were flying off and could cause harm to other motorist the car was legal to drive during the day, assuming I utilized hand signals when turning. If I wasn't under the impression the car was illegal to drive I would have taken it to the USAA approved shop for a 2nd quote. Fast forward 3 weeks: Despite the fact my insurance company issued a check to Flemington Auto Body, they would not release my car until they had the check in their possession. They require 100% of payment before releasing the car, forcing me to spend more money on a rental car, when I asked if they would compensate me for the extra time I had to be in a rental they said "Will you compensate me for the money I had to shell out to repair your car." (The payment issued to them is by definition reimbursement for the cost of the repair) The one document I signed when I left my car with them has no mention of them holding the car until they have received full payment from the insurance company. Furthermore, the shop never called me with any updates on my car, such as them filing a supplemental claim with my insurance company or that my car was finished. I had to call them once a week to check the status of my car and was told each time it could be done by the end of that week, yet when checking in at the end of the week I was always told no and try back next week. To top it all off I spoke to them yesterday I found out that my car had been finished for 5 days and when I went to make payment I was informed they cannot accept credit or debit cards and it would have to be a Bank Check for the total amount. All in all this entire process has been a disaster; I wouldn't wish this upon my worst enemy. read more

I called my BMW after my car got in an accident and they recommended this auto body shop do the repairs. So far its been nearly 2 months and i still dont have my car back, the auto body shop has requested adjustor come out and take a look at different supplements on the car to request more money from the insurance company. Auto body shop seems like a fraud will never deal with this company ever again as it is horrendously slow and should have probably totaled my car after having nearly $20,000 from their estimate of damage done to the car. If you want a rip off after having an accident in a BMW that wasnt your fault seek these guys out they will try to insure they suck every drop of money from your insurance company. 3 supplements and im still not done with these jerks, I hope to never see them again. read more
