It is an affilated company email, with no prior guidance or warning. You just get a pop up saying thank you for your payment to ...(foreign name) @gmail.com. A company name @gmail would have still been ghetto but less scary (own your domain yo! Business 101!) But some random workers name? Anyone making the electronic payment, beware. Don't. Just do a paper check. Overall, I'm sorry. But I can not give Unity a good rating. We have limited solar companies in my area and they were the better price. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Our house was built in the late 1960's. Which means that the outlet plugs and other components that were installed back then (over 50 years ago) have become brittle. Jostle them a bit and they can fracture. This happened to the circuit for the room on the other side of the Battery install. Apparently they jostled the wires running to one of those outlets and it fractured it, disabling that circuit. It being a guestroom, we didn't notice it right away. When we did, Elemental did not hesitate to step up. I would use Elemental Energy again if I needed any of their services in the future.

We didn't even know it wasn't grounded! They coordinated with Pacific Power. All great. But... I have tried to call the number they have provided several times and have spent soooo long on the phone. Granted I am late paying my bill, I tried to INQUIRE and pay over the phone and also online. I could not find anywhere to pay! Twice they typed out my payment due as $$46.03. After over 30 minutes on hold today, I gave up. at least my banking app works for paying bills... See my latest call record below.
