Communicative, professional, and frankly just downright pleasant throughout. They set up visits promptly with little waiting. They arrived exactly on time. They called 30 minutes before to let me know when they were coming. They were consistently professional and upbeat. Finished what they started same day. When he came in to show us pictures and explain his quote, we were shocked with a quote of $6350, which included replacing all box vents, the vent flashing among other things. He also sent the pictures and a video via email. We watched the video he emailed. At the end of the video, after explaining all that he thought needed to be done, he ended the video by stating "easy money." We sought a second opinion. There was nothing wrong with our vent boxes or vent flashings. We paid $1100 to the other company to clean our roof and gutters.
