When I called back after they finally reached out, the guy said that the door to door people don't know the schedule and that they don't do assessments on the day that he scheduled. I said they might want to educate the people representing their company because I no longer want to do business and I also saw the bad reviews online about horrible communication. He told me "I am just an engineer, if I say anything it will fall on deaf ears" BIG RED FLAG OF A TOXIC COMPANY! When employees don't feel heard, there's many issues within. He proceeded to HANG UP ON ME when I told him he should try because he can make a difference especially if they are losing customers over poor training or scheduling with their outreach. AVOID AVOID AVOID this mess, and management, DO BETTER! No employee should feel like they aren't heard, especially about a very serious lack of communication and training that lost you an opportunity. Shame.

Wish I didn't have to pay it off with my house. I could have sued them for miss leading me into a contract. I had Solor Panels up for two years had three panels go bad before they even got them connected correctly.. my monitoring service does not function. They will not come and take care of it but they told me I have an inverter out which will cost me over $200 labor for them to fix it. This will be the fourth problem with the Solor Panels in two years now I have to pay them labor. This is the biggest ripoff I have ever gotten myself into in my life. They are telling me I have to have their technicians work on it to keep warranty. I can't see that being true because if so, they need to do it for free. They can't tell me if I have a certified technician to work on my Solor panels that can't void my warranty. Watch out for this scam. Magnuson moss act passed in the 70s to protect the consumer. Now I find out I have 2 Solor panels that don't work. This make 5 panels Les than 2 years gone bad. They want to charge me over $200 each for repairs. 25 year warranty and I pay labor for the same problem. These panels are costing me money .

$100 K Loan, No Battery, No Power Turned On (PTO)--Beware Jeris Coleman & James Lynch…read more If you're considering Freedom Forever, be warned: our project run by Jeris Coleman (sales) and James Lynch (supervisor) has left us with a six-figure loan, zero power, and endless frustration. High-pressure, zero transparency * Jeris would never just e-mail documents or provide them on the portal for calm review; he insisted on "dropping by" so we could "look over everything together." In reality, he used the face-to-face setting to rush signatures and distract us from reading the fine print, all while promising a Tesla Powerwall 3 battery that never appeared. Only after an insufferable elongated call with him did he admit it was his error that the battery was never entered in the first place. * Given how the solar contracts are written there is no way for someone who doesn't work for them to clearly notice that a solar battery is missing since they had Tesla in there. We thought Tesla was the battery and they later claimed it was inverter options, they list 3 different inverters on the contract that the company chooses from based on their availability. Even their own staff were unable to ascertain initially when asked if the battery was included until the contract was reviewed by someone higher up. * Contract total of over $100K yet we still have no battery and no permission to operate (PGE rejected the paperwork because Freedom Forever filed the wrong address). Yes, they had the wrong address on the paperwork they needed to submit to PGE to turn on the solar. We found out after we called PGE directly since they were not responding to us anymore. Upon solar completion we received an email from Freedom Forever, stating that we should look out for another email that will let us know next steps on the inspection by the electrical company and city. Two and a half months later we have yet to receive the follow up email. System throttled * Shortly after solar installation we saw notification on their portal (keep in mind no human informed us about this) that we can only get 80% solar production and the remedy involved settling to this or incurring extra costs (see screenshot). This was after they had surveyed the location before and told us no issues and that we will get our agreed on 100% production. Jeris assured us not to worry about it that it was an error on their part/system but I can't verify since we've not heard back about it and can't confirm since the system is still not on. Radio silence since 21 May * We've sent respectful emails, calls, and texts to Jeris and James no replies since May 21. Their "reputation manager" Cinque chimed in once on June 5, then vanished too. Meanwhile, Jeris and James are presumably enjoying their commissions and living their best lives while we are left with forever debt, cheap panels, no battery, and no permission to operate. Still they have not responded. I'm not sure if its Freedom Forever issue but I would avoid working with these two

I cannot say enough good things about Mr Electric. They are exceedingly competent, do high quality…read morework, but most importantly of all, they are incredibly understanding and provide a level of customer service that is exemplary. My experience is an example of this customer service. I had a major electrical problem where the 70+ year-old main service conduit had corroded and during a heavy rainfall there was water in the conduit running to the main breaker box, as well as in the breaker box itself. Needless to say, this was BAD. Like, 80's-Hair-Band-Stage-Show-Level sparks shooting out of the main panel bad. This was on a Sunday, and Mr Electric was one of the few providers available, which made me a little uneasy since they kind of had me over a barrel, but I crossed my fingers and told them to get to my place ASAP. In the meantime I had called the not-to-be-named power company for an emergency disconnect, with the info that they needed to get here ASAP, before my house burned down. Mr Electric was onsite in well under 30 min, and this was when I met Clay, my electrical savior. Long story short, Clay basically stood in my basement and watched as my breaker box popped, crackled, and smoked for almost an hour, talking with me about options and when we should stop waiting for the emergency disconnect and call the Fire Dept. 2 min before the deadline we had agreed on for calling the 911 cavalry, the power company showed up and did the disconnect, and once disconnected and without missing a beat, Clay started coordinating with the power company to get the new service main conduit / power pole marked for installation. The subsequent work was done in a little over 48 hours. This involved new service to the house, an entirely new panel, and upgrade to 200 Amp svc, and a 50v EV charging plug installed outside. Everything was explained in detail, quoted in advance, there were absolutely no "Parts and Labor" surprises, and I went from riding the lighting in my finished basement to back up and part of the 21st century in well less than 3 days. They aren't the cheapest, but the best shouldn't be the cheapest. And their clarity on quotes, as well as a 5 year guarantee on their work is exactly what I value when it comes to a service I need at the same level as clean water, clean air, and food that doesn't poison me. So, in short, if you want it done right by electricians who are so professional they'll stand in front of a sparking main breaker box to make sure your home doesn't burn down, go with Mr Electric. If that's not what you want, I really don't know what to say to you.

A time and address isn't enough? Me and my partner had cleared our schedules to be present for the estimate. It wasn't respectful of our time and we decided to not proceed with them.
