    this store is such a gem!! only been twice, but each time i was warmly greeted and offered turkish coffee or hot apple cider. I came in today to get a tote bag I saw the first time, and tried the apple cider which was so yummy!! also so many cute and great quality items. definitely will come back :')

    This is one of my favorite stores. The owner is super nice and friendly. They have a variety of clothing and home items for everyone. I love the imported items she carries. She's a hidden gem for sure.

    Wow. This store is quite the hidden gem of downtown Walnut Creek! What a pleasure it was to have a good day turn into a great one--thanks to Aycim. Similarly to the reviews before this one, the owner and social extraordinaire makes you feel like you are in her home country. Aycim definitely was a helpful stylist and attended to my style needs. After she provided me with multiple clothing pieces, I chose a beautiful front-tie blouse and relaxed linen pants. Not only was the selection of jewelry, fashion, and interior accessories beautiful, Aycim was such a well rounded business host! She offered Turkish coffee and Turkish delights. We talked and chatted about ourselves for a little bit. I will wholeheartedly be back and suggest for others to positively visit this mesmerizing shop and woman! With genuine regards,

    If you are looking for a truly unique and handcrafted Mediterranean boutique store, it doesn't get any better than Wardrobe Boutique. It's a great place to shop for your mom, your significant other, your kids and yourself. They have everything from clothing items for adults and hand-knit baby clothing & dolls to collectibles and decorative items. My wife loved the handmade leather slippers she bought and I am sure she'll be a regular. The store owner is also very hospitable and welcoming. We are looking forward to our next visit. Just a heads up, it's not right on Main street. It's located in a small shopping plaza in between Commercial lane and N Main street by South Locust Garage and Mobile Kangaroo. Enjoy shopping.

    What a hidden gem off Main Street in downtown Walnut Creek. Wardrobe Boutique is a Turkish shop with real linen clothing, robes and bedding. They have beautiful lamps, jewelry, bags, wall hangings. So many home and gift options at good prices! Check them out!!

    Went in today just to grab a hat for this 99° Walnut Creek weather. I was greeted so warmly, offered the best Turkish coffee I've ever had, and stayed a while engaged in pleasant conversation. Also my hat is SUPER CUTE!!

    Here are a few of some of the items that you will find in this shop., it seemed like many styles but not mass duplication.

    I was looking for something different but special , this shop is very hip and shopping was made easy for a hip bohemian design. It's in a unique location behind the locust street parking garage.

But when I really sat down and did the math , I realized I was spending more replacing clothes that didn't last. Investing in a $200-$300 pair of jeans here that lasts through multiple seasons--including pregnancy and postpartum--actually makes far more sense. I absolutely love this brand and store concept. The quality is unmatched, and these are pieces you can truly keep for a lifetime. You don't need to build your entire wardrobe here--even a few staple pieces can elevate everything else you own. One of the most unique aspects is the no-mirror dressing room experience; but again I had to adjust . It may feel different at first, but I've grown to really enjoy it. It creates a sense of community--you get and give real feedback from other customers and the sales team, which can completely shift how you see and style an outfit. This store may not be for everyone from a budget standpoint--and that's okay. But I don't think that alone is a fair reason to leave a negative review. It's simply about knowing what aligns with your lifestyle and priorities. ‍ For me, the pricing is comparable to Nordstrom, but the quality and customer service here are on ANOTHER LEVEL. No one offered me a fitting room or asked if I needed help while shopping, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. When I went to return the tops I ordered online, I was incorrectly told that my items did not qualify for a refund because the return window had supposedly passed, even though I had received the order that same day. The cashier repeatedly insisted I was ineligible for a refund until she eventually realized it was a mistake, yet no apology was offered for the confusion or inconvenience. For a company that prides itself on a semi-luxury customer service, the experience felt dismissive and disappointing. As a person of color, the interaction left me feeling especially overlooked and undervalued as a customer. Not worth the price and headache!

I thought I could purchase the shirt and wait for it at the front...but no she sent me away. (I didn't understand why I had to leave the cashier after waiting in a long line, pick up the item I was trying to purchase at the front door area, then go back to the cashier again to purchase the item. What a weird process! Never experienced this with other stores.) I had to reiterate, that I just lined up for 10min and I don't want to have to line up AGAIN. She said, "no, you don't line up again. Just go to the side(front of cashier), and WE'LL take you IN FRONT of the line." Ok, I thought that was fair. I left and waited another 5min-10min for the replacement shirt. Walked back to the side of the cashier, front of the line. There was a different cashier, 1 person in line for purchase, and 1 person to the right at Return/Exchange line. The Cashier didn't acknowledge me when he saw me(like "do you have any question, or I'll be right with you.."). When he finished with a customer, I approached the cashier, explained that I picked up the item from stock and I was told to come back to the front of the line. Then he told me with an attitude that,"you just got here and I need to help the person in line." I further explained that I was at the cashier earlier, but was told to leave to pick up the stock and return to the front of the line. He said, with an eye roll, "well, I didn't tell you that." So I stood in line again, and waited for the 3rd time! When he finished with the customer, he wouldn't assist me, and called the other person in line for returns, avoiding me. So I stepped closer again to the cashier, asking for assistance. He moved away from me to use the other cash register, took the other customer, and told me why he wouldn't assist me, "I don't like your attitude." I was surprised..and I answered back, "you don't need to like my attitude, but you guys should know how to follow your "OWN PROCESS AND PROCEDURES." (It's ashamed that you employ a person who can't deliver professional service, who needs more training to follow Zara's OWN process!!!) Maybe if I was instructed to go back in line after waiting for the replacement stock, I would've decided then if: 1-it was worth the wait to go back in line again 2-additional wait time for a replacement stock 3-or purchase the shirt I originally lined up for, but live with the poor quality of loose threads on the seams and collar. I would've went back in line, in peace, and not be harassed by your own employee. No wonder, you guys have 1.5stars on YELP! It's embarrassing. If more customers shopped online, you're jeopardizing the dying practice of professional customer service, and corporate could close down the store, and jobs would be on the line. I'm in customer service so I know how it is to properly treat a paying customer.

My first visit was when I was in need of shoes to wear for an interview a girl helped me choose the shoe and the color. Today I was in need of basically my first pair of jeans if you can believe it. I was helped by a girl named Lizzy, I believe her name was, as I was told at the register when I asked. She asked if I needed help and she offered to pick out some straight leg jeans in my size. I ended up leaving with a pair of jeans that fit me perfectly thanks to her suggestions and feedback! It was about $138 at the register, which is a little steep for one pair, but I'll happily pay the price for a pair of jeans that fit me perfectly in the waist, fit my 5'1" frame, and feel soft and comfortable and not scratchy at all. I got the 90's Straight in a 25P. (Thank god they have petite lengths!!!) Super happy with my purchase thanks to Lizzy and will be back for another pair eventually :)

She was extremely patient and knowledgeable, helping me find my size, the jeans that fit me best, etc. as well as a top and a few accessories.
