I popped in with nothing specific in mind. Just happy to see that there was a new women's clothing boutique to replace Specialtees which closed some time ago. I had a warm welcome from John, the co-owner of the store. Although I saw A LOT I liked, I left empty-handed. And yet I have no doubt I will be welcomed back -- unlike some stores where they seem to take it personally if you don't buy something. Looking forward to my next visit. Harper Greer may replace my favorite Napa boutique which recently closed.

They carry their brand, Lanvie, along with a few other labels. Everything is casual, elegant, and classy; perfect for the Lafayette-set. Cute and flowy cotton summer dresses and shirts, linen-blend cover ups, and shimmery tanks and tank dresses. They currently have a Spring Sale with some items 20%-40%. In addition to clothing, they carry casual and comfortable ballet flats and loafers, scarves, purses, and jewelry. They carry a broad range of items, both in terms of styles and price points (e.g., ranging from Steve Madden to Zadig and Voltaire and everything in between). They also carry a ton of jewelry, accessories, candles and more. It's the type of place where you could easily spend a solid hour sorting through the racks to find hidden treasures. They make great use of the relatively small space, which is awesome in terms of having so many options to choose from, though it can be a little difficult to sift through the tightly-packed clothing. Thankfully the staff is very friendly and will help you find whatever it is you may need. One thing to keep in mind is that they have a seven-day return policy, and returns are for store credit only. P.S. Zahra is also a hair salon. I haven't had my hair done here, but what a fun idea to get glammed up from head to toe in one store.
