The absolute BEST customer service!! My family of four all went here for our frames & lenses, besides the prices being unbeatable, amazing selection of styles (I'm considering a third pair guys ) the staff is absolutely Fantastic, they listened to all of our concerns, gave us the best discounts and information for reimbursement from our insurance, we received all of our orders well before expected, even our progressives...we just went in tonight to have all our new glasses fitted & adjusted before we travel & it was a pleasure, James Wright took very good care of me and my kids Tonya helped us in our purchase & was also AMAZING!! but even when she wasn't available every single team member we've interacted with gave their best & all of their best is outstanding. We really had a great experience and will be returning as needed. Thank you to the whole team at Warby Parker Domain, we appreciate you guys so much read more

17 days to receive a pair of glasses is completely unacceptable, especially after paying extra for expedited shipping. This company is extremely slow and clearly does not value its customers' time. Don't waste your time or money with this company. They are incompetent and their service is unacceptable. read more

The service was super. The ladies were so nice and helpful. I got 2 pairs of glasses and saved 20%! I always have good interactions with staff and the glasses are nice and they have great selection. The price is good. read more

Great selection and customer service! This is my second visit and they were so helpful! Adjusted my new glasses in a few minutes. I will be back to order new sunglasses soon! Great quality and value. read more

The staff was so unexpectedly rude here. No one greeted us after 15 minutes even though the store was relatively empty. As we looked around, we felt uncomfortable and as if we shouldn't be there. When we did eventually ask for help, the employee was incredibly curt and refused to make eye contact. The experience was cold and bizarre. The uncomfortable vibes were enough to make us leave without purchasing the glasses I really wanted. Super disappointing considering I've been a Warby Parker customer and fan for years. :( I won't come back to this location again. read more

The staff at this location is super friendly! We walked in to get some frames for my fiancé. They helped us pick a frame shape, color, style and then ordered the prescription frame to come 7-10 business days to the house. The whole process took about 15 min and I was very impressed how seamless everything was from start to finish! Will definitely come back here for any sunglass or prescription needs! read more

Pretty disappointing! I was told this was the trendy place to get glasses... inexpensive and the "in" frames to have. My wife had bought me a gift certificate for Christmas, I had finally gotten my eyes checked, and I wanted new glasses. So my wife and I met after work here to check it out. What a complete snooze fest! Not only are the styles all pretty dull and uninteresting, but the staff is about the same as well. During the almost hour I spent in the place there were two of the staff standing up front just chit chatting... they never asked anyone if they needed help, they never made any attempt to interact with any customer... they were just collecting a check! I ended up leaving without using my gift card or getting anything... honestly the selection was nothing more then a few styles repeated over and over with slight changes... but there is next to zero color, no wow in style, and really was a serious blah! I'm going to end up going elsewhere to get my glasses. If I have to wear them day in and day our I want something fun and interesting... if that ms you too... then pass on this place! read more

Zach helped me with some glasses adjustments and not only did an excellent job but was so kind as well!

It has been a long time since I needed glasses. The staff was very attentive and they helped me find a new pair of glasses very quickly and without any pressure. I will definitely come here again. read more

Don't care for new customers and they don't accept insurance for this location don't know why.

Zack is truly one in a million. I've been wearing glasses for almost 20 years, and have been to several optometrists in the U.S. and Spain. This year my new prescription from my usual optometrist made me really dizzy and sick, and no one could figure out why. I decided to try Warby Parker and visited several stores in CO, UT and TX before I met Zack. He was the first (and only!) person who understood what I was experiencing. After trying to get my glasses made at home in CO, I ended up driving back to TX to work with Zack. All of the other stores that I had visited tried to tell me that I just needed to "wear my glasses longer" or go back to my old prescription. Zack knew exactly what was causing the issue, and thanks to him I have new glasses that don't make me dizzy. He is the best optometrist that I have ever worked with, and I have been to many! James was also a great help during my second visit. Whenever I need new glasses, I know where to go. Thank you Zack and James! read more

Say goodbye to overpriced, non-customized frames, and say hello to sturdy, customizable and cost-efficient glasses. I wish I was introduced to Warby Parker sooner! Service is fantastic and every time you come in, the staff is attentive. Even with covid in place, Warby Parker knows how to impress. When covid first started, Warby Parker changed their walk-in sessions to appointment only. The policies have grown a bit more lax, but still tightly sealed. As soon as you arrive, you must use hand sanitizer and are given a tray. Whichever glasses you fancy, you can try them on, and put them in a tray designated to you. The reason why is to ensure every glasses gets thoroughly sanitized. If you are new to Warby Parker, Warby Parker will replace your lenses FOR FREE if you change your prescription AND your glasses were purchased within a year. Even customer service via phone is impressive, and really, how often can you say that?! I once called because I lost a screw on my glasses, and they replaced THE WHOLE thing! I prefer the Domain location over the Soco location due to parking. Parking at the Domain is always free and always abundant. read more

Shame because I have had good experiences at other locations, but the customer service was terrible. I was in a store for about 45 minutes and no one came to me. I kept walking up to get help and everyone remained super busy with their head down and helping other customers. read more

I used to love wp and they seemed a lot cheaper. The glasses are pretty expensive now and they are scratched a lot after only 7 months even with paying for scratch resistant lenses. I'm pretty careful with them and not happy read more

Fantastic service from the team at the Domain. Don't remember his name (sorry!) but the tall gentleman with multiple tattoos adjusted mine and my wife's glasses within 10 minutes. They fit better than ever now. Very pleased with the measures taken considering COVID. Remember to make an appointment and wear your mask. It seriously isn't that hard folks. I came into warby parker and was helped by Zach who was super professional, kind, and helpful. Frustrated. Situation: New prescription. Existing WP frames (with outdated prescription). Want to update prescription. Solution: We will send you a new pair of glasses with the updated prescription for a $50 discount. But I already paid for and own the frames and just want an updated lenses. Sorry, we don't do that anymore. We just sell you the same thing you already own but look at this great $50 discount! This is absurd and a clear effort to take advantage of customers. read more

Glad that Warby Parker has a physical store in the city to try on glasses. Pros: They have safety precautions because of the pandemic. This includes limiting the number of customers at one time in the store. I recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before opening so you don't have to worry about waiting in line. When you try on different frames, the staff makes sure to clean them before they are put back on display. A tray is provided to collect glasses worn. The staff was helpful in helping me make my purchase in the store and also finding frames that fit my face. Free returns within 30 days. You can choose to exchange your frames for whatever reason for another pair or get a refund. If your lens(es) gets scratched within a year of purchase, you are able to get them replaced free of charge. Cons: The wait time to receive glasses ordered can take 1-2 weeks. This includes shipping time. Not all frames/sizes are available in the store. read more

4 stars for a partially interesting and very accessible collection. 3 stars for their pricing. 2 stars for their delivery time. 2 stars for their attitude. 1 star for their quality. 1 star for not being a VSP provider. I've been getting my progressive glasses from Costco for years. I did get a nice pair of Diors from an independent retailer 2 years ago and I accidentally left them on the plane so needing another stylish pair that I thought Costco wouldn't be able to offer: I asked my stylist and she sent me to Warby Parker. I didn't really want to go. When I think of Warby Parker I think of every other person in tech having their same same acrylic frames issued from this place and they're already looking well out of style. Like the tired black Tumi bags at the airport and $500+ designer sneakers with jeans and a hoodie tired. But I did find in the back of the store they had an interesting selection of metal and mixed materials frames and I selected one from there, a style called Saylor. Well actually I selected two, but when I found out they didn't work with VSP and I'd have to get reimbursed I dropped a pair and moved forward with just one frame. About 2 weeks later they arrived in the mail. Gorgeous. I put them on and something seemed a bit off. Rectangles looked like a warped rhombus. Is my new prescription THAT strong? I went to Costco and ordered two more pair of glasses since I hadn't burned my VSP benefit. I got Roberto Cavalli sunglasses and a pair of Prada eyeglasses with clear lenses. Both transitions. Unlike WP, Costco works with VSP and offer multi pair discounts so the pricing on the two from Costco was approximately 1/3 of the Warbys which clocked in at $400 for the one pair with no VSP benefit. I picked up my Costco glasses 3 business days later, they both fit right out of the box, no adjustments necessary, and the lenses using the same prescription yielded an undistorted image. I went back to Warby to find out what was wrong with my the lenses in the Saylor glasses. The Warby optometrist was able to validate that Warby entered my prescription in the computer correctly, but the person who made the lenses mistook a - for a + for that eye's astigmatism, which is what made the vision so wonky. Yes they are fixing them, no idea when they'll show up in the mailbox. I'd have left it there and not even write a review because mistakes happen. But what really pissed me off and prompted me to share this whole experience was the person helping me order a replacement pair of Warbys felt the need to insult me and repeatedly insinuate that the reason my vision is distorted is because I'm not used to the progressive multifocals, rather than leave it at the fact she herself validated which was that someone in their lab made a mistake. I've been wearing progressive multifocals for years, 8 years. I love them! It gives me the ability to wear reading glasses all day without messing up my long distance vision. I never have to take them off during the day. I don't lose them as often - only 1 pair in 8 years rather than a pair of readers every 2-3 months. She asked me if the Warbys were my first pair and I said no. And yet she still indicated that my issue is that I'll need to adapt to progressive lenses. Why she felt the need for that I have no idea, but it was really rude and annoying. Guess how much I want to get my next pair from Warby Parker after they cost so much, don't work with VSP, took a long time to deliver, messed them up, and gave me attitude? Not at all. read more

I don't know how anyone could've given them less than 5 stars. This place was great for buying glasses. The people were really responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. I came in trying many pairs and got more info such as the material of each frame I was interested in, if a low bridge fit would feel better on me, what I could add to the lenses without them trying to push on any insistent marketing, shipping options, price ranges, etc. The frames with lenses usually range around $95 and the wire ones are up to $145 without adding on any shipping charges if you want to expedite it or anything extra, which are very fair prices. I left very happy with my expedited order (and they give you the latest date it'll be available by) of percey frames with blue light filtering. Many of these frames are very up to date and fashion forward with how they look. It's more for someone that cares about the look of their glasses and frames that best suit their face and complexion, which is also very affordable so you can grab more than one for different looks. There's a good selection of out of the box yet wearable glasses. I wouldn't recommend this to someone that is just looking for a very blah looking black squarish glasses for everyday to match with old cargos and a ragged tee, although they still have more basic colors available. But if you're looking for a place that caters to Austin's bounty of trendy, young professionals that care about a good looking utility-based accessory, I'd definitely give this place a shot. read more

Tried to do this on their website. Took more time than it would have taken to just simply go to an eyeglass store and I did not find their selection outstanding. I sent my prescription in, but somehow (me!) it was not received and I didn't know until I contacted them to find out if the glasses had been shipped! I took that opportunity to cancel the order. Folks, there's no advantage in going through WP! read more

I LOVE WARBY PARKER!! I've loved the website and business model for years now, but having a brick and mortar store has been an absolute game changer for me! I love how inexpensive yet high quality the frames are. Getting prescription glasses for around $100 with no insurance is awesome in of itself, but when you take into account how current and vast the selection of frames are, it's even better. The website offers home try on which is great (since having them on for a whole day really cements your feelings about a certain pair), but having all the choices in front of you is extremely helpful in choosing a pair that you might otherwise overlook. The service in store is great, they aren't pushy at all but add great at choosing some options if you need that. I highly recommend everyone to go to Warby Parker for their glasses. I have two pairs, and I'm smitten! read more

Thanks to Gabby I know more about glasses and the frames, she's super educational on everything I asked! I do recommend asking for her!

I really have no reason to review this particular Warby Parker, I just kind of like saying, "Warby Parker." I did get my second pair here like Ashley S. And while the original SoCo storefront is bigger & brighter, with a photo booth & patio, this Northside Warby Parker at the Domain will definitely look you in the eye and beckon, "We have better parking." I've worked with Lauren both times I've been here, I got the same frames in a different color (I really like those Barnetts), and since my RX & info were already in the system, I just paid my $95 and took advantage of the one bonus this particular Warby Parker does offer - you're right around the corner from Rock Rose. Yeah, that and cool glasses makes it as good as it gets. read more

Upon a recommendation of a friend I decided to purchase my first pair of glasses from Warby Parker. They have a decent selection and the prices are great. They accepted my insurance which was a major plus. The sales lady was adorable. She took her time with this old lady picking out frame after frame until we both agreed on a pair that worked perfectly. I didn't look too old or too young in them. Just right. I felt like Goldie Locks :-) Anyways the frames were shipped to my home and looked great. Yay I can see! They were a little loose so per their instructions I went back to the store and they tightened them up so that they would fit my head perfectly. I'll be back to see them (no pun intended...or maybe it was) next year. read more

All associates working were great! Took all the necessary precautions and didn't make us feel bad for trying on many different pairs. They have a tray that you will put tried-on glasses on so the team can disinfect afterwards. Quick and easy transaction with a good price! I just bought my first pair of glasses (progressive sunglasses) from the W-P Domain store. I've had three trips to the store - First to check out their styles, pricing, etc (Katherine) - Second to place and order and get measured for the progressive lenses (Joey) - Third to adjust the fit after I got them (Cliff) All three times my service experience was very positive. Each person I interacted with was professional, courteous, efficient and competent. Very impressed. Re: the glasses, I'd agree with some other comments that though it seems like a lot of selection, there's a lot of repetitiveness in their styles so it's actually not that broad of a collection. They don't have any "wrap" styles like my Costas or Rudy Project sunglasses that I've loved over the years. And they don't have any spring hinges which is a downside. That said, I certainly found a few that I'd be willing to give a try. I can't speak to their longer term reliability yet of course. I like their method of "fitting" for progressive lenses. It seems like it would give a higher success rate and it worked well for me on the first try. Pricing seems about right. In between your Costco-Walmart-Etc cheap option and your independent optometrist office option. So far, I'd recommend at least checking it out. read more

I was like a kid in a candy store. I just love this business model. I did the try at home 5 pairs and was able to get a better idea of what I wanted. Then I went into the store to further narrow down my choices. Not only are there many trendy items to choose from, they have laid everything out in such a wonderful manner. The glasses are separated by type and style rather than gender, which I love! The staff are helpful and kind but not overbearing, they actually allow you to browse without feeling harassed and yet I was able to pull a staff member over fairly quickly when I needed help. That is heaven! I'm excited to get my glasses this week! If I have one suggestion, it would be to incorporate more flattering lighting in the store. Both days I went it was cloudy outside, and the dim lighting in the store produced so many shadows on my face when trying to decide on frames. read more

Ok I wasn't expecting much after a bad experience at the Dallas location but after doing an exchange here, I'm always going to be coming back to this location at the Domain! I came in after being alerted my new specs had arrived. Upon being greeted and stating I was there for an exchange, the employee had already adjusted my glasses (I didn't even have to ask!) and it was adjusted perfectly! Fast forward a few days later and nothing is sliding down my face, the temple parts are bound inward nicely. Thanks WP at the Domain! read more

The wait and parking kinda sucks but it is Saturday at the Domain...it is smaller than I would like inside and the assistants don't help much until you are done. However their sanitation process was great and I felt safe. But THE STAR OF THE SHOW WAS JOEY (omg I hope I got his name right?!) But EITHER WAY, this guy was super kind, patient, informative and quite frankly after months of terrible back and forth experiences with Warby online and by phone, this guy finally reminded me why I shop with them. I saw the process through even without them taking my insurance. He helped me during the checkout and was able to figure out the issues I had been having. Anyway, the reps are sweet so go here! Absolutely the worst 4 shopping experiences ever. Bought glasses, received in mail, prescription Was fine but frame needed adjustment. Showed up and was told I needed a reservation. NO ONE WAS IN STORE. Went back home called to make appt and WP said no appt needed or accepted . Went online and WP Domain said they are open. Drove 40 mins and store was closed. Same again today hours are posted 12 to 6. Other days posted 12 to 3. This is online and on the store door until you get there. These idiots should focus more on doing as a retail operation and stop trying to be super cool hipsters Called customer service three times and each time the hipster has no clue. they're working from home he said it's happening a lot. Worst customer service I've experienced, ever. Closed when they are supposed to be open (according to their website). First pair of frames broke. Replaced, but current frames will not stay put. When I sweat, they fall off my face, literally. After Covid 19 shutdown, they seem incapable of getting it together. I waited outside in 95 degree Texas heat for 45 minutes ( they make you wait while others are inside browsing) and they still were not capable of getting my glasses adjusted. I think they may have laid off all their employees and they will not come back so current employees are not qualified. read more

Going into the store at the Domain was such a great experience. They have a great store set up and COVID precautions. I had a great experience here! Probably about 30 minutes ago. I came in with glasses that had been busted and was very quickly helped by an employee. His name definitely started with an O and had two repeated letters in it. I am so sorry that I don't remember his name but I tried to make my recollection specific enough that if someone important in the Warby Parker business sees this they'll know who to make great things happen for. The name Orren keeps coming to me but I am not sure if that's correct. Anyway, I went in expecting to have to buy an entirely new pair or be out of luck completely, but I left with my working glasses back which was such a relief. I love everything about this store: the people, the glasses, the impeccable cleanliness of the store! I have worn glasses for about 10 years now. I am as blind as a bat! Buying a new pair of specs is always a very important investment for me as they will be on my face 7 days out of the week. I went with the Rose Percy glasses. There is not a single time I wear these where I don't get at least 1 compliment. They pair very nicely with my curly hair and olive skin tone! I have been back to the store 3 different times for adjustments and repair and every single time, I am seen immediately and my repair takes but 5 mins! I've been rockin my Warbys for two years now, but it's time to get another pair. I love the service here! Shopping online with them is already a blast because I can order home try-on pairs without leaving bed, but going to an actual brick and mortar is so much more fun. The staff is always so willing to help you find frames that are flattering to you, and I've never had a bad experience with anyone in any of their stores. The only pair I've ever had are their Chamberlains, which is a classic, and I've loved them since the day I got them. The prices are inexpensive compared to so many other brands, and they're absolutely stylish. They even have prescription sunglasses, which I'm currently thinking about taking the plunge into.
