Waraner Tree Experts are great. They did a fantastic job, were clean, neat and efficient. I had three trees removed and stumped ground, one tree pruned and branches removed from a neighbor's tree that were in our yard. The estimate was a little higher than another tree service, however, the other company would not cut the neighbor's branches (he said the tree was too big---What, that's their job!) I had used the other company before and their work was not nearly as good as Waraner. You get what you pay for! I called and talked to an awesome woman named Kim at the office. She was very friendly and professional. She promptly sent the owner Dustin out to see my tree situation. Turns out Kim is his wife. That is a huge plus for me because I love supporting family business. Dustin was on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable. You could tell his focus was saving my trees when possible and saving my veiw of trees and maintaining my privacy. A few of my other estimates I could tell they were just tree slayers. We recently hired Waraner Tree Experts to remove four rather large Monterey pines that were too close to our home's foundation and with their large branches hanging over our roof, my wife and I were a little worried about future accidents. Dustin Waraner was outstanding. He gave us a very reasonable quote, knew his trees, and was professional. Kim was great with all the paperwork and additional questions we had. His guys were amazing. Knocking out three and a half trees in one day (these were big trees 40 to 50 feet.). Finishing up the last tree, grinding out the roots, spreading the mulch, and cleaning up on the second day. They even cleaned off our roof and blew out our gutters. I wasn't looking forward to doing that and was pleasantly surprised that the clean up crew took the initiative to handle it for us. Dustin and his guys were great working with our concerns and worries about safety and other aspects of our property that added to our anxiety over the project (i.e. drainage pipe, power, cable, phone lines, gas main, adjacent neighbors property, etc). This wasn't an easy job but Dustin and his guys made it look easy. Bottom line we trusted these guys with our house and they did not let us down. In fact we liked them so much we, hired Dustin again to put in five October Glory Maples to replace the Monterey pines. I had a huge 40+ ft Monterey Pine in my front yard that needed to go. I had no previous experience dealing with any kind of tree removal so I asked my old man and some of his friends what they thought it would cost to have the tree removed, they guessed around 1 to 2 thousand. I called Waraner based on the sample of positive yelp reviews, they came out and examined the tree while I was at work and later that day emailed me an estimate of 1200, which seemed very reasonable. A coupla weeks later a small crew comes out and in about 6 hours they completely removed the tree and reduced the stump to nothing, I couldn't believe how efficient they were, especially considering it was raining the entire time. They left no trace and no tree, would highly recommend. read more

The guys showed up on time and went right to work on the 30' Pistach tree that extended over into my neighbors yard and also over some recently planted fruit tree saplings. The crew cut one branch at a time, lowered it down with ropes until the entire tree was gone. No damage to my neighbors property, no damage to my fruit trees, I was very happy. When they were all done everything was swept clean and you couldn't tell they were there except that the tree was gone. Waraner tree experts - FANTASTIC from beginning to end! I called for a quote and received a written quote (which I love) that came in significantly less than the other companies i also got quotes from. Scheduling was easy, and even though I had to reschedule they were great about it. On the scheduled day of work they showed up promptly ready to go, however, we had a few obstacles to overcome -a car with a dead battery in the way and city street workers working in the same area as my tree - not a great way to start the job- but the two guys were kind and professional, telling me it was fine and waiting patiently while these obstacles were figured out. After the short delay they jumped to it. I couldn't believe how quickly they worked - within about 2 hours my huge tree was trimmed down and the canopy raised giving my tree a beautiful new shape. The overall look of my tree was better than I anticipated. The workers ( I forgot their names:( ) were so fast, efficient and and completely professional. I waited for over a month just to get an estimate for tree work to be done and was called 2 days before they were supposed to arrive to give the quote and was told that they would not be available until February to do the work. I think that this is totally unacceptable response after waiting for such a long time just for a estimate, I really didn't care about the estimate I wanted to get the tree work done and was going to accept the estimate as a contract to do the work. read more

I would highly recommend Waraner Tree Experts for your tree removal needs. Our task was to remove 3 liquid ambar trees, grind the stumps and clean up the area in front of the house. Waraner's estimate was very competitive with the two other predominant tree service company's in our area. Their crew was on time, respectful of the neighbors and passing cars. Waraner's crew explained what they planned to do and how they planned to do it. They worked safe for not only themselves but also those around their work area. One of the trees was very close to our sewer drain clean-out / line and they took the extra care needed as they worked around the drain. They also took the time and care to lower 2 abandoned owls nests to the ground for my wife to care for.
