No receipt printed, device said "insert card". Reinserted card, tapped accept again, receipt printed. Left store. At home realized I have been double charged per receipt for the items purchased. Both store receipt and Visa notification shows 2 identical charges. Called store, was curtly informed that double charge had never happened before (implying I was lying) and I had to wait until charge was no longer pending before I could come into store "with receipt" and would be refunded for double charge. Let me explain: * I am the customer. * Ace is the vendor. * This is not my mistake. It is ACE's system * Why do I need to travel to store for them to correct their mistake? * How many other people does ACE double charge?

Only visited once, didn't have what I was seeking but the Employees were absolutely wonderful to meet and speak with. I can't contend an argument on pricing because my stay wasn't long. This is a VERY packed store with NUMEROUS household products similar to an Ace Hardware etc. The sheer amount of products that I found that you can't find in larger Orange and Blue big box stores was truly impressive. Store could use some more light, signs and clarification in addition to cleanliness but all employees were certainly bustling to put cargo away. Not one young employee was looking at their phone so it was encouraging to see so much effort being placed into working. Wished I had more time to visit and certainly may in the future. Overall, could use some cleaning up and presentation but it looks like this store does specialize in the odds and ends you just can hardly find anymore and for that, I'm a fan of stores like this!

The Show Low Tractor Supply manager, John, insists he and his store are not responsible-- only the property owner, but John acknowledged that he hires a contractor to make parking lot repairs. The Show Low Tractor Supply store then bills the property owner for the repairs. Manager John deferred to the landlord, based in Canada, who seems to use more than one corporate name. The property owner in Canada has been less than transparent. Negotiations with John ended abruptly when he learned I had recorded a conversation with him, claiming doing so was illegal. I'm awaiting a call from a district manager. We'll see how that goes. I hope I have a reason to edit or update this review later.
