We purchased a tank and filter, and the filter stopped working after only 3 days. We also bought food our pet wouldn't eat. I was told to bring it back, but when I did, I was told they couldn't accept it. If that's the policy, that's fine--but customers shouldn't be told one thing and then denied later.

They are very knowledgeable regarding the cat food brands, have excellent recommendations and suggestions and their rewards program is marvelous. In summation, you'll find first-class customer service here, kind and helpful staff and a sparkling clean store with a great variety of stock.

They did have a sign up for a while that said they were redoing their inventory and were temporarily closed until the process was complete, but now the sign is gone And the store is still closed. Can't find any information online about what's going on; the website and Facebook page are still active, as well as this Yelp listing. It's unfortunate because I really liked shopping here. It was always very clean and well lit, with a good variety and good prices. The staff was very friendly as well.

Today it was so crazy because I called and spoke to them and they confirmed my appointment only to have me show up and as soon as I walked in I could tell they didn't want me there. They stated my dogs shot record was 5 days expired and needed a new one, which why didn't they call me and say this before I drove all the way there? I called the vet on speaker and they stated it would be fine and my dogs heart worm shot is up to date as well. I get it, policy is fine but you're not going to be rude at the door and whisper and think it's customer service. Horrible experience. They just didn't want my business and that's fine but next time, call the customer to cancel.

My friend bought an English Bulldog not even 5 days ago and the poor dog is already dying. She…read morebought it for $5,000, financed WITH A 26.02% interest for 60 months, and now she cannot find a way to get out of this contract. They told her they lowered the price because the dog has a small hernia in his stomach, but we've come to find out after going to a pet clinic that the dog has pneumonia, a heart murmur, and kennel cough. She called this company and told them what was happening and they told her to take the dog to their vet, but after reading all the reviews, their vet seems to be in on the scams as well. We've set an appointment for tomorrow and hopefully she can get out of that contract before the 10 days are up. This place is a scam and I feel terribly sorry for both the dogs and the people that are lied to. These poor dogs are sick and overpriced. You can find a better dog online with breeders for half the price and the dog is actually healthy. Beware of scammers of this place!!!

I've went through great links to provide everything needed and still was pressed for more verifications I will never recommend anyone to use this adoption center ever in life. The staff was not helpful they didn't have answers to the questions we aske. they told us the bank we used wasn't a preferred bank and when we went on the sight our bank was listed at number 3 on the char. stuff was on the phone for the majority of the visit scrolling social media. pets were dirty and had poop in the cage that had been there a while. worst experience ever!!!!!

I just went into this pet smart at around 8:50 on 5/19 and was immediately approached by two…read moreemployees telling us that they were closing in a few minutes. No problem I totally understand. I only wanted to check out the harnesses for my dog and then leave. I quickly saw that they did not have the harness that I wanted so we started leaving at 8:59 to be respectful of what they told us. I did have my two dogs with us for added context. We get right outside the doors and this woman who works there comes outside and says "Is he wearing one of our harnesses?" Inferencing that myself or my friend had STOLEN a harness. We told her no and that if she was insisting that we had stolen something that she could go back and watch the cameras. She mumbled that she would and walked back in the store. I am quite honestly just shocked that she had the gall to do that. Not only were we respectful of the time that the store was closing but we absolutely did not steal a harness. He was wearing the same one that he came in with which was clearly old and not even the same color as any available in the store! I'm really hoping that this employee was not a manager because I would be seriously disappointed that someone with that kind of attitude would be allowed to run a store. Do better in selecting who you want to represent your stores. Because I certainly will not be returning there to possibly be met with a confrontation after spending a total of 9 minutes in the store.
