Appointments are always available, drop…read moreoff is usually easy, owners get to speak with the actual grooms to share desired outcomes, your pet even gets a report card at the end of the visit, and the expected times are usually met. The only thing I don't like about PetSmart (not just limited to this location) is coupons for grooming are strategically sent AFTER the grooming appointment. Doing so really makes me feel like un-boo-boo if I were to move within the specified time period of the coupon.

I am extremely upset and disappointed with the way my Husky was handled during his grooming…read moreappointment at PetSmart. He was left practically BALD, with his coat cut drastically shorter than expected, and his skin was visibly irritated afterward. This was completely unacceptable. A Husky has a thick double coat, and I did not take my dog in expecting him to come home looking practically shaved and suffering from irritated skin. I trusted PetSmart to provide professional grooming and to properly care for my dog while he was in their possession. What makes this especially frustrating is that I was paying for professional grooming and expected my dog to be treated with care and common sense. Instead, I was left dealing with the consequences of a grooming job that I am extremely unhappy with. Pet owners should think twice before trusting their pets to this location. At the very least, make sure you clearly communicate exactly what you want done and inspect your pet carefully before leaving. I expect PetSmart to take responsibility for what happened, address the skin irritation, and explain why my Husky was left in this condition. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in their grooming services. This is the third time this has happened two husky's and now my Pomeranian

I only wanted to check out the harnesses for my dog and then leave. I quickly saw that they did not have the harness that I wanted so we started leaving at 8:59 to be respectful of what they told us. I did have my two dogs with us for added context. We get right outside the doors and this woman who works there comes outside and says "Is he wearing one of our harnesses?" Inferencing that myself or my friend had STOLEN a harness. We told her no and that if she was insisting that we had stolen something that she could go back and watch the cameras. She mumbled that she would and walked back in the store. I am quite honestly just shocked that she had the gall to do that. Not only were we respectful of the time that the store was closing but we absolutely did not steal a harness. He was wearing the same one that he came in with which was clearly old and not even the same color as any available in the store! I'm really hoping that this employee was not a manager because I would be seriously disappointed that someone with that kind of attitude would be allowed to run a store. Do better in selecting who you want to represent your stores. Because I certainly will not be returning there to possibly be met with a confrontation after spending a total of 9 minutes in the store.

The staff was exceptional! They were so kind to me and sweet to my fur baby. She was very nervous and scared for the vaccines. They comforted her like she was their own! I was grateful for that. His shop has a variety of corals, fish, and some inverts along with lots of equipment available as well. I tend to call ahead of time to see if he has specific things I'm looking for and Dennis will usually be pretty good at letting you know if its available. One time he also found something after I called and he followed up to let me know he found it and saved it for me. It is a smaller shop and may have more of an eclectic variety of livestock but they seem to carry quite a bit of equipment. I do wish it were closer so I could just make an easy trip to check things out but it may be good that its further for me as I can't always buy new things.

Great, but was it because I spent allot of money? I said that the fish, especially the betas, look bad and she said "we just got them on friday." I resisted asking what that has to do with anything.
