Called and emailed but they never got back to me. Not responsive. I guess I'm not important enough.

We test drove a 2019 RS3 four times before we decided to purchase it. Brian (the owner) helped us…read morefrom beginning to the end of the process. He was able to answer all of our questions and was a no pressure salesman. He offered us fair market for our car and had the paper work done and keys in our hand in less than an hour. Mark the co-owner was also very helpful with the paperwork. They both stayed after closing to finish the job. We don't need another car, but would have no issues purchasing from M Sport again.

UPDATE: I sent the picture of the "tar" oil to the owner and to his credit he responded quickly and…read moreapologized. He said that it was indeed obvious that the oil wasn't changed, and acknowledged this was a "miss" by his mechanic. I appreciated this bc at the time I was contending that the oil hadn't been changed, I felt like the "bad guy" when his mechanic was telling us that he had changed it. So I appreciated the call. In any case, this could have been a real problem for me had I not done my own checking and changed the oil myself, and no doubt I would have just been out-of-luck with no recourse. So even if not attributable to malice in this case, stuff can fall through the cracks and I recommend that you do your own thorough due diligence and not necessarily just take everything that is said at face value. ORIGINAL: Be careful and you should buy here only if you know cars or if you have a good mechanic. I came here only because they happened to have a rare model that I was looking for. The owner represented that they had changed the oil after I expressly asked. I honestly didn't care if they did or not, I just wanted to know so I would know to do it. After a cursory check after some driving, it was obvious from the dipstick that the "mechanic" had not. I went back to the dealership to get them to do it. When I returned, the owner swore up and down that his "mechanic" changed the oil, and that he didn't want to ask him to change it again bc then he'd be "calling his mechanic a liar." I said I couldn't speak to whether the "mechanic" was a liar or not, but see can see from the photo what eventually came out when I changed it. So yea, man, your "mechanic" is indeed, a liar. The owner then offered to reimburse me if I went to go change it at Midas nearby. Not trusting a "quickie oil change" place either I asked instead if the owner would just pay me the cost of the oil and filter and I'd do it myself. So buyer beware. They have a decent selection of interesting cars, but you should assume, regardless of what they tell you, that they did not do any maintenance to the car. Unless you are physically watching them as they do it, and even then I'm not sure I would trust them. You will either have to check everything yourself, or take it to your trusted mechanic. The one thing that is good, is that the salespeople seemed like decent enough people, but definitely are not thorough or take proper care in what they are doing. For 90% of buyers who don't know anything about cars they can probably get away with their behavior. But I'd recommend that you only buy here if if you really know your cars and know exactly what to check.

Outstanding Car-Buying Experience My family had a fantastic…read moreexperience purchasing my 2014 Lotus Evora S, thanks to Moe and the sales manager who truly went above and beyond. From start to finish, the negotiation process was fair, transparent, and refreshingly stress-free. They took the time to listen and worked with me to reach a deal that felt right for everyone. What really stood out was their commitment even after the sale--any minor vehicle issues were addressed promptly and professionally, which gave me great confidence in my purchase. Most importantly, this experience resonated deeply with my teenage daughter, who was with me throughout the process. It was her first time being part of a car purchase, and Moe and the team made it engaging, educational, and genuinely exciting for her. That alone made the experience even more memorable. If you're looking for a dealership that combines professionalism, integrity, and a personal touch, I highly recommend working with this team. The Morales Family.

I took 2020 BMW M2 in on a Thursday and they sold it over the weekend by Monday at a price they committed to. Chris is a class act and a gentleman. They also fixed a dent on my 2024 M2 I had bought elsewhere at a fraction of the price it would have cost me elsewhere. Chris also gave me a can of odor remover to get rid of the cigarette smell in this replacement car. I've always been hesitant to deal with car dealers, yet these guys were professional, helpful and problem solvers (even for a car that they were not trying to sell for me). I'd be sure to refer them and also take all my future and subsequent cars to them to move!

I will never buy a car from a dealership again!…read more These guys are amazing and made the process quick, simple, and without any of the shenanigans you find at the dealerships. I was literally out the door with my brand new car in 15 minutes. The last time, I bought a car from a dealership it took me over 8 hours. Never again! Ryan Foley came highly recommended to me and he is one connected guy. He was able to solve all my car problems with an email, a few texts, and 15 short minutes to sign all the papers. Amazing! I learned Ryan has extensive contacts in the industry and could get me a great deal on any kind of new or pre-loved car I wanted. Once I told Ryan what wanted, he started the search. He quickly found exactly what I wanted in both a brand-new and almost-new car with a few thousand miles on it. I loved having options and being able to pick what worked for me with no pressure. I was going to save some money with the pre-loved car, until I saw what a great deal Ryan could get me on the brand-spanking-new car with 0% factory financing. That's right, he was able to offer me all the same dealer incentives and financing without me setting foot in the dealership. It was a no brainer! Ryan got me the car, with the options I wanted, at the price I wanted to pay, with NO HASSLE! Ryan was simply great to deal with and is both super knowledgeable and very easy to get along with. If you need a car Ryan is your guy. I not only saved a ton of money, but I didn't have to waste my whole day in a dealership. I should also say I was also able to trade-in my old clunker and got a more than fair price. Most people know they can sell a used car to a broker, but I think it's obvious that I was also really impressed with what they can do with a new car as well. That said, the trade-in process was just as smooth as the purchase and couldn't have been easier. I can't recommend Ryan enough. He will take care of you!
