I bought a car from them recently and my experience was terrible. My experience might not be yours but I just wanted to share mine. I paid cash for the car and within 5 minutes of driving it the Check engine light came on, this was an oxygen sensor which came with a $404 bill. Of course the dealer said they're not going to assist with my bill. Two days later I noticed oil dripping terribly, the oil cooler damaged and had to be replaced, this bill $1300. I haven't driven the car for more than a week and my anxiety is through the roof because I don't know what bill I have next. Oh and after purchasing the car the dealer then hands me a title reassignment, not a title and tells me that I have to wait for the title to be mailed. At this point I want to return the car and just have my money back. read more

DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP. Terrible experience from the start. I initially inquire about one of their vehicles online and got an eager response from Mustafa asking to schedule a test drive and come see the vehicle. I explained to them that I'm located about 2 hours away and would like more information about the car and a walk around video before I committed to test driving the car. I never got a response back. I reached out again the next day via text (like he said I could in the original response) letting Mustafa know that I was still interested in the vehicle and requested the additional info again. He asked if we can do a FaceTime call instead. I agreed and gave him my availability for that same day. Two and a half hours go by and we miss my availability window and still no response from Mustafa. We decide to reschedule for the next day at the same time. Our appointment time comes and again he never reaches out. We finally get connected 30 mins after our original appointment and when I begin asking him questions about the car, he has no information at all. All he knew was that it was a vehicle they got on a trade in. At this point I was frustrated having to take time out of two work days to accomplish nothing. I ask to schedule a test drive for the upcoming Saturday (4 days out from our scheduled call) and Mustafa agrees. Friday night comes and I decided to look over the vehicles details on their website. I come to find they've removed the listing. I call the dealership Saturday morning to confirm the cars availability and they inform me it's been sold 3 days prior. I asked if they were going to inform me at all seeing as I had a scheduled appointment for the day and the response I got what "I'm not sure, the salesman should have taken care of that" DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP. They have no idea how to run a business or handle customers who are coming to spend their money with them. Avoid the hassle and go to a CPO dealer, they'll likely give you a better rate too. read more

If giving a negative star was a possibility... I would. I have no idea how this place has any positive reviews. The owner lied to my face about my trade-in (Audi R8) having an oil leak from top part of the motor. Mind you, this car is in pristine condition and serviced routinely by Stevens Creek Audi. When I asked him to show me the leak, he proceeded to point (multiple times) at one of the high pressure fuel pumps. I quickly told him that no oil flows to that part or portion of the motor, so how could it have a leak? Once he realized that I knew my way around cars, he backpedaled and told me he meant the oil pan... uh huh ok. I'm sure that you misspoke (and pointed) about two parts on completely separate ends of the car. The best part is, the R8 has a dry sump oiling system, so the car has no oil pan! This was all a ploy to get me to come down off the amount I wanted for my car. On top of that, I called to ensure that the car I was interested in buying had no fault codes, malfunctions or service lights before I drove the 120 mile round trip to handle the transaction... wouldn't you know it, a big yellow malfunction light was staring at me when I started the car. The salesman blamed that on the door being open lol. When I had him dive into the computer, the culprit was a drivetrain malfunction... Nice! I hate bashing businesses and I understand the issues that arise from owning a business and dealing with customers, that's why I've never posted a review on yelp before, but this place deserves and needs the feedback. I highly advise you to steer clear of this dealership. read more

I saw the most perfect, beautiful blue low mileage used Audi TT on the YC Auto Group website, at a very competitive price, so KNEW I had to see it before someone else scooped it up. I called Mustafa to see if he could meet me on the next day I had available: New Years Day. Even though it was his day off, and a holiday (obviously), he was more than happy to meet me at my leisure. It was a bit of a drive to Pittsburg from San Jose, but well worth it. He met me and my husband and showed us the car. We drove it and were hooked. The process was extremely easy with no pressure. Mustafa offered more than a fair price for my exchange, which, although a lovely car in good shape, did have 150,000 miles, so I know Mustafa was being nice. If I could leave below 1 star, I would. I purchased a used Lexus from YC auto group in Pittsburg. I was trying to support a local business. Well.. first of all, the transmission went out after only 2 months! The extended warranty that I also purchased through them because I was told it had "bumper to bumper coverage", "all the bells and whistles" and "would cover anything that went wrong with the car" actually covered NOTHING!! They only covered certain parts and just so happens the part that went out ( which was a common part) was not on their list of covered parts. YC auto group has no integrity and they even told me I should get a refund back for the warranty that THEY sold me because it was no good. Their suggestion is that I ask the warranty to refund my money for the purchase of their warranty and use it towards the transmission of the LEMON they sold me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS THERE! Do not EVER buy a car here. This dealership is extremely sneaky and wasted so much of my time and money. I drove 6 hours (there and back) to look at a car which they said they had. When i arrived they said it had been sold even though they had told me it was still there over message. They did what is called a bait and switch tactic. A bait and switch car is a tactic used by some unethical car dealers. They advertise a car at a very attractive price to lure customers into the dealership. Once the customer is there, they find out that the advertised car is either not available or has some issues. The dealer then tries to sell them a different, usually more expensive car. It's a deceptive practice and is generally considered unethical and sometimes ILLEGAL. I am so unbelievably disappointed and absolutely would never recommend this shady sneaky dealer to anybody. I am so unbelievably mad i drove from reno all the way to here just to get scammed. What a waste of my time and money. read more

Not a bad thing but it does usually take too long and can be annoying since most of us know what we want and what we don't want. YC Auto Group was my first time not going through a dealership, I knew exactly what I wanted, found it on line and received a phone call the next day from Mustafa. Back in 2020, YC Auto had a white BMW M3 listed for sale and I was in the market for this specific car. A couple red flags right off the bat from their online postings: the car is an "M3" but their pictures showed an "M5" badge on the trunk, possibly meaning the car could've been rear ended and was re-badged incorrectly. Thankfully, the correct M3 badge was placed on the car during my visit. And secondly, the back up camera did not work during my test drive, Mustafa couldn't explain why it wasn't functioning properly, again possibly due to rear end accident, but I just dismissed it. Still, I wanted to check the car out and see how the manual transmission was in the M3. I arrived to the dealership in some basketball shorts and a white T-shirt, looking like I just rolled out of bed (that might've been my mistake apparently). Mustafa greeted me and I requested to have the M3 pulled out of the showroom floor because I wanted to test drive it. Mustafa made the comment that it was going to be a hassle pulling the car out of the showroom and asked if I wanted to see a different car instead, and I quickly responded with "Sure, if you had another M3 on the lot, I'd be glad to drive a different one. If not, then this was the M3 I want to drive." Their staff hesitated but eventually got the car out for me and allowed me to go on a test drive. This is when I noticed the back up camera wasn't working. He then proceeded to guide me during the test drive, essentially only driving down 1-2 blocks, making a U-turn back into the dealership. Mustafa then had the nerve to ask me, "How was the car? And how will you be paying for the car?" At this point, I was already fed up with his lack of professionalism towards me. I ended up leaving, driving straight to Reno, Nevada and bought a Sakhir Orange M3 that exact same day. Mustafa later texted me that evening and asked if I wanted to come back so we can make a deal on their white M3. Thankfully, I dodged that bullet. read more
