What really stood out to me was that he remembered me, remembered the glasses I had picked out, and even knew the details of my insurance plan. That level of attention and customer care is rare these days. He personally helped me find the right pair of glasses and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Honestly, this was one of the best vision care experiences I've ever had. Visionworks is lucky to have someone like him on their team. If anything, he deserves a promotion to an area manager because he clearly goes above and beyond for customers.

Things went smoothly at this point and the employees were nice. Fast forward to pickup and I met the least helpful employee ever who doesn't seem like he wants to even be there. He gave me my glasses, did not check the fit or offer to adjust them. Didn't really do any customer service. Just plopped the case right on the counter and said that's it. For comparison, the man at the CH location sat down with me and adjusted the temples on my initial pair until they sat correctly. I'm going to stick with the CH location.

I had to repeatedly ask questions on my own and eventually had to go to the front desk for help. Another staff member tried to assist me, but I felt this should have been handled by the optician. I even requested a different optician, but none were available, so I was sent back to Michelle, which made the interaction uncomfortable. After my visit, I completed a survey and requested follow-up. The office manager did call me, but no resolution was offered. Two months later, my glasses became scratched. When I contacted the office, I was told I had declined a warranty. However, this was never explained to me during my visit, and I did not sign or receive any documentation showing that I declined it. Overall, I felt unsupported throughout the entire process and that important information was not communicated to me. I would not return to this location.
