We came here on a Monday morning & found a "return soon" sign, so we milled about the shopping center. Once we found it open, we were greeted by a friendly & helpful female worker. The store was clean & organized with accessible mirrors. We were shown their large touch screen program to help us narrow down some good options for our faces. Then it was off to the walls to try on pairs. We inquired about deals & were told they had a Friday to Sunday weekend BOGO 50% off deal, but not on all brands. While we were there, we saw a sign for BOGO $60 off, but then learned that it also wasn't on all brands. Better signage is definitely needed to help customers to even know promotions exist & understand the details. I recommend that customers proactively ask a salesperson about specifics. There is a large & varied selection. We had the freedom to try on styles without the salesperson being overbearing. We ended up with 2 nice pairs of shades. read more

Honestly, if you're going to go to sunglasses, just go to the one that's in the mall, across the street. This one has staff that are not only uneducated in their warranties, but also incredibly disrespectful and rude to their customer base. The selection is much smaller and comparison to what you're getting in the mall, and frankly, they don't uphold the same warranties that the manufacturer will hold. So either get them from the manufacturer or get them from a different reputable source. read more

I ordered a pair of new glasses, when ordering I was warned that it could take up to 30 days to arrive. But I had ordered before and it came in about 1 week, so I didn't expect to have to wait that long and I'm not ready to go all summer without glasses. Also, when ordering I was not asked what type of delivery I would like (pick up from the store or home delivery) which I was also not satisfied with. I would not recommend this store if you want to get your glasses quickly with free shipping (better go to an official Ray-Ban store). read more

I walked in here today and asked an employee named Jovan if they carried any heart-shaped sunglasses. He said "No, you'll have to go to a kiddy store for that. We only sell real sunglasses here... Not to roast you or anything." Later in the brief conversation he reiterated, "you'll have to go to a kiddy store or Dollar Tree or something." Save your money, time and dignity and don't shop here! I have just encountered THE worse customer service of my life (and I have lived a while..). I purchased an expensive Burberry sunglass from them, came in 2 weeks ago to have my nose piece adjusted, this young lady supposedly, a store manager helped me. She couldn't get it adjusted correctly, told me she could replace the nose piece (begrudgingly and with an attitude). She never offers me my old original nose pieces back. 2 weeks (today) later, I came back in again because the nose pieces she replaced were too big and leave huge marks on my nose even after only 5min of wear. The same SM told me if I wanted the current one replaced, then I'd have to pay to have them ordered. I said no, because you replaced it and didn't give me the choice of holding on to the original Burberry nose piece, I am not going to pay for it. She started raising her voice because I wasn't going to agree with her, accusing me of lying because "I always offer the parts back to customer". I said, then pull up your security camera footage and we'll see if you did or not. She got mad, told her male sales associate "I am going to lunch!" and just walked to the back. Unbelievably rude. Both this lady and the young male sales associate yelled at me, accusing me of lying, quote "I can only assume you were lying." fr. the male SA, even though, he wasn't there when it was replaced. They are both rude, liar, condescending with zero respect for customers. When I asked for the contact for their District Manager, the SM told me "I don't have it and that the person is on vacation." That's when I cut my loss and left. They just lost a valuable customer. I am not going to spend another cent at such a trashy, no class establishment. I typically spend $1.5k-$2K a year in sunglasses, not including what I purchased on vacation. read more

When I walked into Sunglass Hut yesterday to perform a return, I was promptly greeted by Kayla. Her exceptionally calm and collected demeanor immediately put me at ease. In fact, the word 'exceptional' falls tragically short of encompassing the sheer virtuosity of her professionalism. The facade of a retail operation quickly diminished and I felt like I was catching up with an old friend. Kayla is an excellent ambassador of the Sunglass Hut brand and would be an excellent candidate for senior management. Having worked at Vitamin Shoppe for years, I can certainly recognize retail talent when I see it. The only way my customer service experience could have been better is if Jesus himself processed my return. read more

We were trying to find sunglasses in Galeria mall, both stores there had damaged or scratched sunglasse i wanted . So we came here and got it here:) so I'm happy about my purchase. One thing I dont like about hut sunglasses, they don't have brand new glasses. You have to buy one on display. I don't like to buy glasses somebody tried who knows how many times, and most of them have some damages. read more

I had a horrible experience there yesterday. Both the rep Edward and the so called store manager Nai was extremely rude to me when I attempted to exchange a pair of glasses I only had for a week. Their professionalism was lacking big time. They both need to take several training classes on customer service & get demoted or fired because the way they treated me yesterday no person deserves that. The service here was terrible. I am a fan of Sunglass Huts and this is where my wife and I always purchase our glasses. However, my wife visited this location and was helped by the manager. All she could tell me when she came home was how poor the service was and how the manager acted as if she didn't care whenever my wife would ask a question about the sunglasses. She ended up going across the street to the Mall and purchasing a pair at that store w/ "GOOD" customer service. We will never go back to this location, and recommend to others to do the same. I purchased a pair of sunglasses today largely because of the patience and guidance of the manager, Morgan Burns. I was really planning only to window shop but Morgan instantly drew me in with her energy. After asking me a few questions she took her time with me ( I must have tried on 20 + pairs) and really listened to what I wanted.
