The cashier desk in the men's section is completely incompetent. One cashier took 12 minutes to ring up four shirts. The other cashier, who was new and kept mis-entering items to the purchase while having a high maintenance customer who was asking for help while ringing ....stupid questions like should I do a pocket square with this? There were two other Nordstrom staff looking up stuff on their phones but no one to help a customer. I get to the register, ask for the big & tall section for suits, and Nordstrom doesn't have one. So I waited, waited, and waited just to find they didn't even have what was needed. Nordstrom should staff up for big sales and get efficient cashiers in the men's section. I got a lovely Michael Kors suit at Macy's in a 44 Long and they have a much bigger suit section. Also, their Black Friday in July sale was worth it so Nordstrom's loss is Macy's gain. Take note!

I have purchased two pairs of RX glasses here over the past year and I am a very happy customer. The employees are all super kind and professional and knowledgeable. They helped sort out my vision insurance also. They have an extensive selection of frames - designer and not designer. The process is smooth and easy. Both pairs of my glasses took about two weeks to be ready. I like that they text you updates and it's just so simple to go in and pick up your glasses. Both pairs were pefect right when they arrived. The receptionist could care less being there, the doctor didn't listen when I kept saying everything was blurry on my bi- focal (i don't have any issues seeing up close) and even suggested to me I shouldn't use my phone as much because it's just me not adjusting to her prescription. I have a job that requires use of a cell phone, text messages, and emails. That response was a very out-of-touch response. During the exam, she kept asking me which slide was clearer but nothing was changing in the machine. When I commented I can't tell the difference, she got agitated with me and just kept repeating, slide 1 or 2. i have had exams in the past, and something always clicks in the machine so it's clear difference between slides but nothing was happening with this machine. I finally did my best to answer but I think I ended up undermining myself. I was then fitted with a contact lens, given a couple of samples but then told, save the last one for the doctor. So I could wear them 3 days to see if they worked. It gave me a terrible headache and only figured out the adjustment period is actually three weeks (AI taught me that, not the doctor). I paid $150 in contact exam, fitting, and whatever else fees and none of that was discussed with me ahead of time. When I called back to ask questions I was brushed off being told the doctor will explain that to you next time. I don't usually take time to write reviews because I don't honestly think these companies care. I am just so tired Of having to over-advocate for myself every time I go to a doctor because their boredom/arrogance keeps getting in the way.

While they did not have it in stock, the manager offered to call multiple other stores to have them sent over to try on. I found an even better pair instead and made my purchase and was very pleased by the discount added on. I returned later to ask about a sale online and the manager tried to apply that discount but was unable to after an impressive amount of time. After leaving the eyeglass store (behind Target's Starbucks if you have trouble finding it like I did) for some regular Target shopping, she came and found me because she got the additional discount to work with the help of a coworker. I was very impressed by that above and beyond care for a customer!
