While they did not have it in stock, the manager offered to call multiple other stores to have them sent over to try on. I found an even better pair instead and made my purchase and was very pleased by the discount added on. I returned later to ask about a sale online and the manager tried to apply that discount but was unable to after an impressive amount of time. After leaving the eyeglass store (behind Target's Starbucks if you have trouble finding it like I did) for some regular Target shopping, she came and found me because she got the additional discount to work with the help of a coworker. I was very impressed by that above and beyond care for a customer!

Before finding this clinic, I had suffered for over five years with severe dry eye, and I had very little resolution from other doctors and clinics. When coming to Granite Point Eye Care, and sharing with Dr. McGhee my severe dry eye pain and ongoing worsening of my condition, she immediately referred me to their dedicated services and treatment plan. I have completed a series of in-office treatments and my dry eye level was successfully reduced from a level of severe and worsening to moderate and stable. I have felt significant relief from the pain due to the specialized services provided by these two wonderful ladies and staff at this facility. I would highly recommend anyone suffering with dry eye disease to check out the services provided at Granite Point Eye Care.

After more than 20 years of dealing with glaucoma and seeing multiple eye doctors, I can honestly…read moresay that Eagle Eye Care has been one of the most impressive medical offices I have ever visited. In the past, I have experienced long waits, been forgotten in waiting rooms for hours, and even struggled for weeks to get important glaucoma eye-drop refills. Recently, my longtime eye doctor stopped accepting my insurance, and when I suddenly developed an urgent vision problem, I found myself without an eye doctor at all. My wife called Eagle Eye Care, and they got me in the very next day for an emergency appointment. They accepted my insurance, saw me promptly, and treated me with professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern from the moment I walked through the door. Everyone in the office was outstanding. The front-office staff was friendly and efficient, Nirav was professional and helpful, and Dr. Rock... "ROCKS!" She was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to address my concerns. The entire team worked together seamlessly, and I left feeling confident that I was receiving excellent care. In just one visit, Eagle Eye Care earned my trust. I was so impressed that I immediately decided I wanted them to be my eye-care providers going forward. If you are looking for an eye doctor who values patients, respects your time, and provides exceptional care, I highly recommend Eagle Eye Care. Thank you to Dr. Rock, Nirav, and the entire staff. Attempted…read moreto get my grandson in for a very critical eye exam (was seen at the school in May and told he needed glasses) we immediately called my trustworthy eye docs... was given an appointment for 4 weeks out. Didn't like how long but ok. (Told them at the time I was paying for this appointment ). My daughter in law was contacted a couple weeks later with a cancellation, so it was rescheduled (another month away). Cancelled again by the office, another cancellation, rescheduled another month away. Now today (the day of the appt) and arrived early and told that they CANCELLED it AGAIN! Reason? Because they called my son a few times asking about insurance. My son is IN ACTIVE MILITARY!! So instead of leaving the appt, they canceled it despite being told over and over again that this was critical to get this sorted out before my grandson started school (which is tomorrow). I'm furious, and will be taking it business elsewhere for me and my husband. Btw- I was given another appointment date for my grandson... you guessed it a month from now. I'm hoping to find somewhere else to take my grandson before then too. Signed, really disappointed long time patient.

Sometimes these experiences are good, sometimes not, and sometimes, though sadly, and very rare, they are excellent. 'Above and Beyond' is what one might say. My recent, and first time visit to Eye Designs Optometry in Roseville falls in the latter... it was just excellent. From Leanne, the Optical Dispenser who displayed the Gold Standard of Customer Service and advice for my 'Face Jewelery', to Jenny, who administered the tests (and was excellent at what she did), to Precious, who handled front desk duties very professionally, and finally to Dr. Pham (thorough, knowledgable, and a great speaking voice!)... it was a great experience. Wonderful selection of eye wear. Comparable prices to other independent eye offices. And a warm and friendly feeling you don't get at other places, where those places can make you feel more like 'a number', and an 'imposition on their time'. You don't get any of that at Eye Designs. I heard Precious on the phone with patients and it sounds like they take a wide variety of insurance plans. And the best part? They ARE NOT a part of VSP Ventures, the massive conglomerate that is buying out all of the local independent practices. That's a huge plus... you're still getting that local/home-town feel, without the obnoxious corporate greed that has taken over the optical world. So there you go... no excuses to not go! Make an appointment, and go in for the best service and a selection that is second to none.

Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more I took my daughter here for a routine eye exam, expecting a simple checkup. Instead, the doctor told her that he thought her retina was going to detach and that she could potentially go blind over the weekend. He delivered this information directly in front of her, without considering the impact it would have on a child. My daughter became so frightened that she had an anxiety/panic attack right there in the office. The experience has since left her with a serious fear of eye doctors. We immediately sought a second opinion from a specialist, who determined that what the doctor had seen was simply a birthmark on her eye and that there was nothing wrong with her. My issue is not that the doctor was concerned or wanted to be cautious. My issue is how the information was communicated and the lack of bedside manner, especially with a child sitting right there. There was no reason to deliver such frightening information to her in that manner before the diagnosis had been confirmed. We will never return, and I would especially not recommend this office for children. The way a doctor communicates with a child matters, and this experience has had a lasting impact on my daughter

This review is solely based on our interaction with Noah at the WalMart Vision Center…read more We arrived at the vision center about 45 minutes before closing, and after we shopped at two other "high end" optical centers - both of which had horrible customer service. We saw Noah helping another customer. I am instantly noticed his kind demeanor and willingness to help. When it was our turn to be helped, I noticed that we only had 20 minutes before closing time. He assured us that he can still assist us and he would be willing to help even if he had to stay later. He was knowledgeable, super helpful, and just overall kind. I'll go to a WalMart vision center anytime over a more expensive spot if the service is just like the service provided by Noah!
