I found an even better pair instead and made my purchase and was very pleased by the discount added on. I returned later to ask about a sale online and the manager tried to apply that discount but was unable to after an impressive amount of time. After leaving the eyeglass store (behind Target's Starbucks if you have trouble finding it like I did) for some regular Target shopping, she came and found me because she got the additional discount to work with the help of a coworker. Mike takes the time to ensure that these are fitted properly so you won't have to worry about constantly adjusting them throughout the day. On top of everything else, Michael invested in a low vision magnification System for his clients that are visually impaired or have some unique tasks at their house that they wish to accomplish. One incredible device is the maxTV glasses. These are actually telescopes that you slip on and it will help you see the TV picture in a larger image. Just tell Michael what you want to do at your home and he can get a device to help you accomplish that.

He apologized and allowed me to elaborate on my review and really heard everything that I was looking for and needed from a professional service, especially when it comes to Medical. He set an appointment with me and asked if I would come in to meet with him personally so he could remedy the situation. Well to my surprise Edgar diffused every issue, took care of me like I should've been taken care of the first time and earned my trust with him, and I will be back to see him as he is an amazing employee and should be commended for what he does as it took me a couple three times to get everything dialed in, but washing him work in the environment that he's in he is an absolute A1 attribute to Eye Design Optometry. They were armed with information and really listened to all my concerns. Realizing that my brain was working really hard to see things and that I really did need glasses was a little overwhelming. That message alone speaks volumes to me, especially after the way my concerns were originally dismissed. My original complaint was that I felt laughed at, mocked, dismissed, and disrespected throughout my medical exam while repeatedly expressing discomfort. Instead of addressing those concerns professionally at the time, the response I received focused more on defending the doctor and implying I overreacted. The fact that the office recently reached out to inform me he is no longer there only reinforces that what I experienced was real and not simply imagined or exaggerated. Since then, I found an amazing new eye doctor, My New Eye Doctor with Dr. Christine Snow, O.D. The difference has been night and day. The office is professional, clean, kind, patient, understanding, and respectful. Come to find out, my eyesight is still very good. I wear simple reading glasses that can even be purchased at a regular store. Yet during my appointment at Vista Point, I was made to feel as though my vision was terrible or abnormal for my age. People deserve to feel respected, safe, and taken seriously during a medical appointment.

This is my third time coming here and my third time waiting ages after my appointment time. They never apologize or give me a heads up when I check in that they're running behind schedule. I would say if this is the only place that takes your insurance, come here. But if you value your time and have other options, maybe choose a different spot.
